Ashley Wheeler is Karen Wheeler's sister and she recently moved at the start of season 3.

ASHLEY'S POV.

Mike was over at mine I was teaching him ways of keeping a girlfriend. I worked at Scoop's Ahoy with Steve and Robin but I had a few days off.

"Aunt Ashley?" Mike asked.

"Yes Mike." I answered.

"Why are you teaching me about relationships without having one yourself?" Mike asked.

"Hey I have kids." I answered. I sort of did. I took the kids in. Mike and his friends. Even Steve and Robin.

"I think you caught the eye of the chief." Mike continued.

"Oh Hopper. He's alright." I stated.

"I'm dating his adopted daughter." Mike says.

"Well done Mike." I said laughing. I heard a knock on the door. "That could be Lucas and Will go get it for me?" Mike got the door.

"Ashely?" Mike yelled.

"Yeah." I said walking to him.

"It's for you." Mike said. I saw Hopper.

"Right okay go get ready your mom is gonna kill me if I keep you any longer." I said a he left.

"You're related to the Wheelers?" Hopper asked.

"Yeah I'm Karen's younger sister." I answered.

"Oh yeah I can see." He stated.

"Wanna come in?" I asked opening the door.

"Sure." He answered walking in.

"I was wondering if you were free?" He asked.

"Yeah I'm free." I answered.

"Good I was wondering if you wanted to have a date." He asked.

"Yeah want a drink?" I asked.

"Coffee will do." He answered. I nodded.

"One coffee coming up." I stated walking into the kitchen. I gave him his coffee.

"Thanks." He said. "So your Mike's aunt?"

"Yeah I am." I answered.

"Yeah I was wondering since you were always seen with him and his mates." Hopper said.

"Yeah I haven't seen him in 4 years so I was making up for the four years I lost." I stated.

"That's sweet." He pointed out. He drank all his coffee and leant in and kissed me. I clearly responded and we started making out on the couch.

A FEW DAYS LATER

I walked out of a shit Starcourt Mall with El. I helped stop the mind flayer and thanks to that piece of shit I had a limp. El held my hand slightly and we were walking down looking for Hopper. Over the course of the last few days we got closer to the point we were dating. I saw Joyce upset. I could tell something was wrong with how she looked. I had to stay with the kids to make sure they didn't harm themselves. I did say I would stay because if something happened to me I could say bye to Mike. She looked at me and El with sorry eyes.

"No no no." I said before collapsing onto the floor in tears.

"Aunty Ash." Mike yelled catching before pulling me into his chest as I screamed. I hadn't felt like this with anyone before Hopper. He became my first proper boyfriend since ever.

"It's gonna be okay Ash." Joyce said grabbing my hands.

"El." I sobbed opening my arms for her to go into. She did and we sat down in the middle of the car park crying.

2 MONTHS LATER

It was the worst two months of my life. I rarely left Joyce's house. My house got burnt down. I sent all my kids to my parents house so they didn't have to see me like this. It was hard being a mom and having to go through this. I had to ask help of my mom and dad because I can't do this alone.
