"Get in the passenger side." I scooted as Steve was going to drive and Robin went in the back. We drove fast to mall. We saw Billys car, Nancy shooting at him. Steve steps on it and crashes Billys car. We spun around.

"Ask me tomorrow?" Robin said. We all looked up to see the monster hovering over the mall. "Holy shit!" Robin yells.

"Get in!" Nancy screams at us as we quickly got in the back. Steve and I sat in the trunk.

"Dusty-bun, you copy?" I heard a little girls voice coming from the walkie.

"We need to go back." I told her.

"El, Max and Mike might still be there! So turn the car around! Nancy i swear to my parents if you dont im going to jump out of the car!" I yelled. Everyone looked scared.

"Hang on!" Nancy said as she did a u turn. We sped back and got fireworks that Lucas brought along. We ran and started to throw fireworks at the flay.

"Flay this, you ugly piece of shit!" I heard Lucas yell.

"Hey, asshole! Over here!" I yelled as I threw a firework at it. The more we threw fireworks at the flayed, the more aggressive it got.

"We're out!" Robin yells. We were out of fireworks. The flayed looked at the kids. Dustin and Erica huddled together. I jumped in front of them, as i jumped, i was stabbed by the flayed. I screamed in pain. Steve threw the last firework, making the flayed dropping me. Steve ran to me. I held my stomach.

"Hey stay with me." Steve told me as he touched my wound.

"Son of a bitch." I grunted. My eyes started to close From the pain.

"Wendy!" Will ran to me. He grabbed my hand. "Come on Wendy!"

"Wendy, dont you dare close your eyes." He picked my head up. "Dustin! We're out of time!" He called in the walkie. "Come on Wendy."

"Im fine, im okay." I whispered to them. We heard a scream and the mall shook. I crawled to the railing and saw that the flayed died. "I need to see the girls." I told Steve. He helped me down the stairs. I saw Billys body on the ground. Max and El hugged. I winced as i kneeled down to the girls. They both ran to me crying. "Shh, its okay. You did great sweetie." I whispered into Els ear. "Its okay Max, i know. I know. Let it out. Its okay." Max cried into my shoulder.

"The ambulance is here." The girls let me go. Steve carried me to the ambulance. He sets me down. The paramedic pulled out alcohol and a needle.

"This is going to hurt." My eyes widen.

"What is that? Wait no!" I screamed as i he poured alcohol on my wound. "AHHHHH!" I screamed as i felt the needle.

"Hold her still." The paramedic told Steve. He grabbed my shoulders and pushed me down.

"Wendy, baby, i know it hurts, just a few minutes okay." He smiles at me.

"Ahhh!" I screamed in pain. Steve leaned in kissed me. It did shut me up for a good while. I closed my eyes. The kiss felt so good. Steve pulled back and smiled.

"You didnt pull away." He smirks.

"Haha." I mocked. The paramedic patched me up and gave me a shock blanket and said I saw ready to go. I stayed in the car, my head on Steves shoulder.

"Thats going to be a badass scar." He told me. I saw Will running to aunt Joyce. El started to looked around for Hop. I slowly walked to her.

"No! No!" She cried. I caught her and we fell. I saw aunt Joyces face. Hop didnt make it. I gasped and cried with El.

"Shh. Its okay." I pet her. Mike came in and took my place.

"Wendy oh honey." Aunt Joyce saw my bloody shirt.

"Im okay aunt joyce." I sniffed. I was lying.

"No, youre not." I broke down. Hop was gone. My father figure, gone.

"What happened?" Steve asked as he told aunt Joyce.

"Hopper didnt make it." Steve wrapped his arms around me and i cried.
