Red's POV:
"RED!!!!" I smile a little and then smirk when I turn around. "If you don't get your lazy self up and hug me." I get up and run to him. He hugs me and swings me around. He break apart and go stand in front of everyone else. "Who is this?" I see Keith looking confused. "My name is Braden. People call me BJ. Red is my sister. Play sis of course. Been knowing each other ever since we was 5 years old." He sees the spider on my shoulder. "Got a new pet?" I nod my head. "Named it Lyrical." I pet her. "So who are yall?" Everyone looks at him. "Carol, her cousin." I smirk. "Jackie, her best friend" We high five. "Eric, just met her today." I shake my head. "Keith, same as Eric." BJ just nods.

School is finally out and we all are walking out the building. "You want a ride Red?" I turn to BJ. "No. I got my skateboard." I pull it out my bag. We hug and part ways. I was just about to leave on my skateboard when I hear Stacy. "Hey slut!" I turn straight into a hand slapping me on my face. I turn my head back towards her. "That is what you get for talking about my mother." I shrug and she hits me in the stomach. Her minions hold my arms and she keeps stomping me in the stomach. I got punched in the face, cut with a pocket knife, stabbed in my arm, a busted lip, and a broken finger. They let me go and I fall to the ground. They all spit on me and leave. I just sigh and try to get up. Once I got to my feet, I see a police car pull up. 'Is that officer Tom?' I see him pull up and see Dan in the passenger seat. He rushes out towards me. "Squirt! What happen?! Come on, we got to get you to a hospital." I black out from blood loss.

'Ugh. The hell is that beeping?' I open my eyes to a bright white light and close them again. I wait a few minutes and open my eyes again. I see nothing but white. I look over to see a monitor. "Red?" I turn and see officer Tom and Dan in the room. "Where am I?" I ask. "The hospital. You were beaten so bad, plus you had stab wounds and lost a lot of blood." Officer Tom tells me. I shake my head. 'Ugh.' I hear yelling outside the hospital room. 'Who could that be?'  I see BJ, Carol and Jackie burst through the door. "Red!! You're awake." Carol come over and hug me. I flinch a little, still hug her. "I'm so glad you're okay." Jackie said walking to the other side of the bed. "BJ tried to beat up the girls who hit you and he was arguing with the nurses." I laugh. "You didn't have to argue with the nurses BJ" He smiles. "I was worried about you. They didn't let me back cause I was disturbing their patients." I laugh even more but stop because my chest started to hurt. After a few hours, Carol, BJ, and Jackie had to leave. I just lay there for a few mins until there's a knock at the door. "Come in" I see Officer Tom and Dan walk in. "Hey there squirt. How you feeling?" I shake my head. "Ehh I could be better. Have endured more pain than this. When will i be able to leave?" Officer Tom starts talking. "You can go right now. They are releasing you." I nod. "Not trying to be mean but what are you doing here Officer Tom?" He just laughs. "Someone wanted to see if you were alright." He steps aside and I see Keith walk in. "Hey Remedy. I heard you were in the hospital. How you feeling?" He just looks at me. I just look at him. "I've been better. Aren't you suppose to be home?" I ask. He shakes his head. "I am home. Officer Tom is my "dad" " He throws up quotations around dad. I nod. "Oh alright. Well Dan and the rest of you. Can you step out so I can get changed?" They all step out. I pull the covers back and see bandages all around my leg and my chest. I look around and find some shorts and a black tank top, with my black converses. I put it on and open the door. They all turn to me. "Are you okay enough to walk?" I nod at Dan. "Yeah, can we just go somewhere Dan? I don't want to go to the house yet." He smiles. "Sure. Do you guys want to come?"  Officer Tom looks at Keith. "You want to hang out with Remedy today?" He shrugs. He nods. "Yeah we'll hang out. Meet at Dave's Haunted House in 5 mins?" I nodded and dragged out the hospital. "You want to change, squirt?" I shake my head. I'm not ashamed of my scars. "Just need to pack up a bag with extra bandages in case these start to get blood on them" Dan nods and we leave.
