Sunday, October 24th, The Year 2220

Talise's POV

I felt little hands on my cheeks, and then they said, "Ma. Ma." I opened my eyes and saw Dalis on the bed with me.

"Hi, pretty girl. Ma is not ready to get up yet. Join me under the cover."

After pulling the covers back just enough for Dalis, I looked around the room but didn't see Tristian.

"Dalis, where is your daddy?"

Suddenly, I smelled breakfast.

"Daddy had brunch made for his favorite girls."

"Brunch? I've been asleep that long?"

Tristian sat on the bed. "Sweetheart, yesterday was a very long day. And, you are carrying an extra load. You can stay in bed all day if you would like."

"You don't have to tell me twice. But, I would like to get a nice, warm bath first. Then, Junior, Dalis, and I would like to eat the delicious brunch you brought us."

Monday, October 25th, The Year 2220

"How far away are we going for our honeymoon? You saw how upset Dalis was when we left the castle. I hope we aren't leaving the planet. The last time was a disaster."

"Don't remind me. We're not leaving the planet. We are traveling to a private, lakeside castle just for the royal family. My parents had the castle built for their honeymoon, and I thought it would be a beautiful place for us to have our honeymoon there."

Once we made it to the spaceport, Tristian helped me out of the royal limo. I waddled onto his ship. Tristian stood behind me and massaged my back.

"Okay. As long as we're not leaving the planet, that's all that matters."

"Where would you like to go on the ship?"

"To our room. I'm tired, and I need to elevate my feet."

I was swept up in Tristian's arms and carried to our room in a flash. I'm not going to complain. Once inside the room, Tristian gently placed me on the bed. I didn't even bother getting under the cover. I rested my head on the pillow and fell asleep.

"Brooklyn, it's time to wake up. We have arrived at the spaceport."

After yawning, I smacked Tristian's arm. "Stop calling me that."

"You were knocked out asleep, so I knew that would wake you up. We've landed at the castle. Let's get out of here. I can show you to our room in the castle."

"Okay." After helping me off the bed, Tristian and I made our way off the ship. There was a royal limo waiting for us. I rested my head on Tristian's shoulder as soon as we sat in the limo.

"How long is the ride to the castle?"

"Well, it is a short ride because we have a private tunnel just like our castle in the city."

"Okay."

Tristian was right. It was about a 10-minute carriage ride to the castle. The castle is amazing!

"It's a beautiful castle. And Junior likes it too. He's moving around in my belly."

"It really is a beautiful castle. If you need anything, there is staff here too. I'll introduce you to everyone."

Tristian and I linked arms as we walked into the castle. Once we stepped inside, the house staff was lined up in a row. Everyone curtsied as soon as they saw us.

"Welcome, Prince Tristian and Lady Talise."

"Talise, I want you to meet Alastair. He is in charge of the staff at this castle."

"It's nice to meet you, Alastair."

Alastair then went down the row of staff and told me their names.

"It's nice to meet everyone. Forgive me if I don't remember everyone's name. And, you don't have to worry about me being too demanding. That's not the type of person I am. All that matters to me is that we respect one another. Tristian, I need to sit. My back is bothering me."

"Where would you like to go?"

"I need a tour of the castle, but not today.
I want to go to our room. You have an active son inside my belly."

Tristian rubbed my belly as we started walking. "Does this one have secret passageways too?"

"Yes, it does. It is not as extensive as the passageway at our castle. We can take the elevator."

Once we took the elevator, we walked down the hallway to our room. Tristian opened a pair of double doors to a massive bedroom.

"Is this our bedroom or an apartment? It's beautiful."

The room had a king-sized bed with a huge walk-in closet. There was a vanity with a mirror and plenty of makeup for me. I also saw a door to a patio. I just had to check out the master bathroom.

I opened a pair of double doors and the bathroom was equally amazing as the bedroom. There was a jacuzzi tub for two, a shower with a bench to sit on, double vanity sinks, a toilet, and another walk-in closet.

"How about running water for us to relax in the jacuzzi tub?"

"Yes, my future queen." Tristian curtsied before me.

"Oh my gosh. You're so silly."

After our relaxing jacuzzi bath, Tristian and I went on a tour of the castle. I needed a cart for a ride halfway through the tour.

"The scenery is beautiful around the castle. I'm going to love our time here. How long are we staying?"

"I wanted us to spend some quality time together before Tristian is born. We'll spend a month here, then go back home. My parents will have Dalis for two weeks. And, she will spend time with your family for two weeks. That way, Dalis can spend time with both families."

"And we are calling to talk to Dalis, correct?"

"Yes, we are calling to talk to Dalis."

"Good. Now, Tristian II and I are hungry."

Narrator's POV

Tristian and Talise were having a wonderful beginning to their honeymoon until they received disturbing news.

Monday, November 8th, The Year 2220

King Lachlan's POV

"Nerina, Florian, and Koko, in two months, Tristian II will be here. We are going to have two grandchildren within a year."

"And don't forget that Dalis is walking now. These are exciting times for the royal family. Divis and Chanelle may be next down the aisle, Koko," Nerina says to everyone.

Koko added, "These are exciting times indeed. Caspian and Simone are another couple to watch. They seem to be growing closer in terms of a relationship."

The four of us continued talking while watching Dalis walk around the study room. Dalis had the biggest smile on her face too.

Suddenly, one of the armed guards ran into the room.

"Sorry to disturb you, King Lachlan. We have received disturbing news. Security in the city has discovered that several Duamians are living amongst us in Paerus!"

"There are several of what living on Paerus?!"

Everyone in the room was shocked! Dalis ran to Koko.

"Where are they now?"

"Security placed them in an interrogation room in the castle in the city."

"Please ready my limo. Florian and I will be there shortly. I need to inform Tristian of this news."

"Yes, King Lachlan."

"Oh, this is not good news. How many other Duamians are living amongst us?" Nerina asked.

"That's not all we have to worry about. Talise is close to giving birth to Tristian II. How are we going to keep her as relaxed as possible?"

Tristian's POV

"Tristi, don't get me wrong on what I am about to say. I love our castle in the main city, but I love this castle so much. The views are amazing! It's so tranquil here. I wish we could stay here longer and have Dalis brought to us."

"We can stay as long as we like. And, we can have Dalis flown to us. Unfortunately, we have to live in the main castle."

"Excuse me, Prince Tristian, and Lady Talise, lunch is now ready. Where should I have the staff bring it?"

Talise replied, "Alastair, we would like to have lunch in the dining room. And, I want every staff member in the castle to join us."

Alastair was surprised by Talise's request. "Yes, Lady Talise." He curtsied and left the patio.

"I need help to stand up."

"Of course."

After helping Talise out of her lounge chair, we made our way inside the house and into the dining room.

Everyone stood up from their seats as we approached the table. Once Talise and I took our seats, everyone sat down. I'm guessing they are just as surprised as Alastair.

Talise's POV

"Excuse me, princess. I'm Ramiel. I don't mean to disrespect you or Prince Tristian by what I am about to ask you. I am curious as to why you wanted the staff to have lunch with you and Prince Tristian. You're part of the royal family. We are just the staff."

"Ramiel, it's not disrespectful because I knew everyone would be puzzled. It's a simple answer. I don't like calling people my servants or staff. Everyone at both castles is my friend. Just because we are royals doesn't mean I should treat you differently. The only thing that matters is that we mutually respect each other. I'm not some stuck-up, bossy princess that will brag about being royalty. I'm easy-going and friendly. Now, if someone betrays my friendliness, then problems will arise. Now, let's eat lunch."

One of the palace guards rushed into the dining room as we started eating our food.

"Prince Tristian, you have a call from King Lachlan. It is urgent."

"I'll be right back." Tristian and the guard both ran out of the room. It must be highly important. I wonder what happened? I hope Dalis is okay.

I played with my food because I'm worried about the message Tristian received.

"Thank you so much for answering my question. And thank you for the invitation to lunch. We all appreciate it."

"You're welcome, Ramiel."

Tristian ran into the room. "Sweetheart, I'm sorry about cutting our honeymoon short, but we have to leave immediately."

"'I'm sorry, everyone. Is Dalis okay?" I stood up from the table. Tristian and I exited the dining room.

"Dalis is fine. But you're not going to like what I'm about to tell you. My father told me that the security team in the city discovered that Duamians live in Paerus."

"What?!"
