Personality: Incredibly sassy when she deigns to speak, Nyssa just keeps to herself.  However, if she’s disturbed, she’ll lash out at anyone except the people on her “Be nice to” list.  So far, that’s only Student #1 and Student #5.  She wanted to be a lawyer when she grows up, but at this point she just doesn’t care.  She used to be cynical, but nowadays she just stays away because people are mean.  Her nice side is more of a “I won’t be rude if you aren’t” side.  Has a morbid fascination of dark jokes.

Why did the chicken cross the street?: To get hit by a car.

Strengths: Feelings not easily hurt, isn't very talkative and knows how to keep her mouth shut.

Weaknesses: Has a hard time letting people in, not good at making friends, weak minded.
How many stars would they use to rate life?: -3.  What?  -3’s not a valid rating?  That’s why it’s not -2 instead.

Fears: Small spaces, being the center of attention, something bad happening to her family.

Is a tomato a fruit?: Not a fruit and not a vegetable.  Food’s food, doesn’t matter what you call it.

Gift: Can flicker in and out of sight.  This means she can still bump into things, and it doesn’t work on anything that can’t see.  She can extend it to one other person and three other objects at maximum, not counting what she wears.  Nyssa still doesn’t have full control over her gift, and it can be influenced by her emotions or if she’s in danger.

Background: Her parents Clara and Norris are good parents, but often occupied with their work.  Because of that, Nyssa found herself spending a lot of time with her aunt Ingrid and cousin Felicia.  She has come to look up to her aunt, who is the mayor of the town she used to live in.  However, after being taken by the government, she's only had contact with her family through her phone.  It didn't seem like much of a difference, though, as she wasn't spending any less time with her family.  Her powers emerged when she turned two, though she doesn't remember a time when she didn't have them.  Though she's had it for over a decade, she hasn't bothered to control her powers.  They've only gotten her into trouble, and she was invisible in class even without them, so she didn't see the point.

Appearance: Long, straight, dark grayish-brown hair, green eyes, olive skin, dark and plain t-shirts with jean shorts, wears baseball caps regularly and contact lenses, but she keeps her glasses in her bag if she loses her contacts.  She often wears a hoodie, but only when it's cold or when she has to stay in the sun for too long.  She's 5'2", but still taller than her mother.

What do they have on them: She brought her phone with her, her glasses, a cap, and a case of contact lenses, but really nothing else.  She didn't have the time to do much else.
