I understand I write a lot//bc I'm tired of dealing with the same few things that constantly keep repeating over and over.

So this is for those people.

A simplified af version.

Please be aware, even if you do read the simplified rules you are still accountable for reading the entire Rules + ToS page.
This shortened version is to merely help you digest it all better, and not be a separate set of rules.

1. Please be respectful. No killing allowed
You are not allowed to steal and redistribute my designs or art without my consent. Basically do not steal these character designs and giving them to other people. They are not yours.

Inspiration is fine, but if it heavily references to the point where it's a literal copy of a design, then that's also stealing

Co-owning is alright with me, but only one person will be listed as the owner publicly. It's not exactly recommended by me.
I will NOT step in and break any arguments or solve any issues between you two if something happens that causes the co-ownership to become a problem
IMPORTANT!!Fokkos CANNOT be co-owed, regardless of who created them

2. PLEASE CLAIM RESPONSIBLY.
once you put down an offer/claim, you cannot just force haggle.

I will no longer tolerate backing out, it's becoming a prominent problem and I'm getting tired and discouraged from it.
If you back out of any offer you make that I accept, you will NOT be permitted to adopt from the next three batches I post.

I choose offers quality over quantity. If you offer a lot of art, I may likely not pick your offer bc that's a lot of stress man.

False claims will not be tolerated either.

no refunds. all claims are final

Also, you are held accountable to your offer, even if I don't pick an offer within weeks after you offer. This includes auctions too, even if you're not the highest bidder; in case if the top bidder drops out you're responsible for your bid too.

3. Do NOT ask for "pending" adopts

4. You can resell, trade, or gift an adopt you get from me. For reselling any adopt at a higher price than you got it from, please reprice FAIRLY. (Count all the arts they have for worth approximation)
Scalpers will NOT be tolerated, and if you are caught scalping you will be banned immediately from adopting anymore adopts directly from me
I cannot revoke a design from you, but once you are caught scalping you are only allowed to GIFT my adopts from that point on. Any scalper is FORBIDDEN to trade/resell my adopts anymore. Once the adopt is no longer in their ownership, as long as the new owner isn't listed scalper either, they can gift, trade, or resell like normal.
A list of caught scalpers will be made public if necessary, however you should not go attack any people if it does become public. It's simply a WARNING LIST of who to AVOID while trading/reselling/gifting.

5. I take DeviantArt Points, Fox Coins (Fokkos In-Specie currency), Art, Characters, and maybe other things as forms of payment. Sometimes I may raffle off things or give them away for no cost at all. For art, at least flat colored; and don't draw my ferals as anthros or I will literally make you redraw it. (They're 4 legged for a reason)

6. I do not give adopts out to empty/less than 2 weeks old accounts unless if you can prove it is your alt account or a trustable account
(im scared of where they go...)

7. for crediting purposes, you don't need to tag me to show me what you've done. I don't really mind, but it's appreciated.
You may ONLY reupload my art of your adopt WITH credit if the said adopt belongs to YOU. Otherwise no one is allowed to reupload my art, even if they do credit me.

8. Don't be butthurt if I don't choose your offer or something! don't forget, before an adopt is sold off to anyone, they still legally belong to me, so i am free to do whatever I want with them, like making a choice of who I want to give them to.

10. Please DO NOT mini mod (as in telling people if something is taken or not)
