Methods of Adoption!

First come first serve!
This is usually seen in "Name and Claim!" You simply need to give the adopt a name and their yours!

You are required to draw one of my characters to adopt the adoptable!
It works as a small contest!
Anyone is allowed to draw within the time limit! When an entrant finishes their art, any other entrants are given 24 hours to finish their art before I decide who gets the adoptable!
Art needs to be colored!

Similar to an Offer to Adopt except you can only offer currency.

Please reply to the specified comment to bid to avoid confusion! Retracting or changing bids are NOT permitted. Bidding over the AB makes it invalid and winner will receive bonus art. Auctions normally end 24 hours after the last bid.

- PAYING -

> I take DeviantArt Points and Fox Coins (Fokkos In-Specie Currency) as forms of currency payments only! Money Vouchers are for people I trust only.

> Please claim responsibly. DO NOT edit, retract, or hide claims.
False claims will NOT be tolerated.

> Please only purchase when you have the Points on hand. Failure to pay more than once will result being Blacklisted.

> If you offer points or claim something involving points, I expect to receive the points within 24 hours, 48 hours at most. If you win an adoptable auction or autobuy the adopt, I expect to receive payment within the same time frame. If not received within the time frame the next highest bidder will receive it or the adopt will go back up for the auction. Flatsales, NYP, or anything else follows a similar logic.

> I do not do holds unless otherwise stated.

> I do not do refunds unless I am willing to give the refund myself for a reason. Generally I'm a fast worker and I prioritize those who pay first.

> I will not start on any commissions until I receive payment. Usually I do things in order of how I'm paid in; not the order of the claims.

> The adopt will only belong to you ONLY WHEN you finish your payment.

- ART -

> Please do not claim my art as your own, heavily trace/reference it, heavily reference my OCs/Designs, reupload my art WITHOUT written permission, redistribute/make profit off my art, editing my art without permission! Just use it for personal use only!

> I retain my rights to repost the art on any of my social media for self-promotion or to show my friends my art. I will not claim your characters as my own and I will only credit their ownership to you upon direct request.

> Please, if you offer art and I accept,, if I link you feral characters please do NOT draw them  as anthros! They are feral for a reason!

- ADOPTABLES IN GENERAL -

> I retain the right to decline an adopt to anyone if the adopt is unsold and still under my legal rights to choose what I want to do with it.

> I do NOT give adoptables out to accounts that are:
1. Less than two weeks old. (Unless can prove it's an alt or trustable account)
2. Have an empty profile
(Unless can prove it's an alt or trustable account)
3. Have obvious stolen content (stolen and falsely claimed art, or a book of stolen adopts, or anything that can be considered stolen) on their account.
4. Is a scammer, liar, thief, rude, racist, sexist, etc to other people

> DO NOT ASK FOR "PENDING" ADOPTS
I've had multiple people ask for Adopts currently pending so I thought I'd clarify what pending is.
Pending is where I've already accepted someone else's offer, but they're still in the midst of the payment, whether it's be art or a custom character or anything else. It's like a hold in a way, but unlike a hold, it's in the middle of being paid for. Please don't ask for a pending adopt. It's rude, and why would I give you something that someone else had already done half of the art for the adopt?

> You are not permitted to steal, repost, and redistribute any adoptables that do not belong to you without my consent. You will only have permission to reupload the adopt's art WITH credit if you are the owner of the adoptable.

> You are not allowed to claim an adoptable as yours, repost it, or trade them off before you send payment.

> Please contact me if you wish to use your adopt in commercial uses. I would like to be informed first, thanks!

- ORIGINAL SPECIES -

> The only In-Specie Currency I take voluntarily are Fox Coins from my Original Species, the Fokkos. You can find their book on my profile.
Other Specie Currency can be offered for Offer to Adopts unless otherwise stated.

> You are NOT allowed to make adoptables off of my Species without permission! It's unlikely I'll accept anyone unless if applications are open, so please don't ask unless if I ask first!

> Please do not rip-off of my Species! Try to get creative on your own!

- RESELLING / TRADING / GIFTING -

> You may resell, trade, or gift your adopt at any time as long as they are under your ownership. For repricing, you may only resell for the same worth you got it or less, BUT you can only resell higher if there is extra art!! Please reprice fairly--don't make a sloppy headshot sketch and sell a 50 point adopt for $20.
Please do not buy from me if you only wish to scalp my designs.

> If possible, PLEASE let me know who the new owner is! I don't want to call anyone a character theft!
Saving proof of ownership is always super helpful to keep around too!

> Anyone who is unfairly scalping or scamming will have their trading AND reselling privileges from my designs removed. They cannot adopt from me directly anymore, and they can ONLY gift adopts they have gotten from me beforehand from that point on.
Once an adopt leaves their ownership the new owner (if they are not a listed scalper) can gift, trade, or resell normally.

- BLACKLIST -

These are the people who've broken my ToS multiple times. Any adoptables they own created by me before they were blacklisted will remain under their ownership but they are NOT allowed to receive any other existing adoptable made by me! Those Blacklisted cannot resell their adopt WITHOUT my consent whatsoever; but can trade or gift freely. Once the character is no longer under their ownership; the character cannot return to under their ownership.

You can get Blacklisted if:

> Guilt tripping, throw a pity party, send disrespectful messages, continuous pestering even if I ask you to stop multiple times.
> Harassment
> Scalp my designs
> Multiple instances of failing to pay
> Forcibly making me do a refund without a proper reason or neglection of my own reasons.

- SCALPER LIST -

This is a list to publicly warn people who to not trade/resell/gift to. Please do not attack anyone on this list.

Listed scalpers cannot resell or trade adopts they got from me, and they can only gift.

If a scalper gets a new account and "gifts" their adopt to their new account in attempts to get around this restriction as their old username is listed, will be forced to give the adopt back to me or someone else as a whole.

- GRAY LIST -

Being on a Gray List is only for my own personal reference, you are not subject to any blacklist consequences. You will receive a warning if you break a rule or two, but if done so more than once you will be Blacklisted. If you are able to keep a clean record for majority of the time after your first warning, you're name will be removed from the warning List.
