i walked through the street, it wasn't crowded. everyone was taking a break, eating at the restaurants or maybe taking strolls.

i held onto my bag and stopped at a stall. well, i only sat there. i didn't order anything.

"argh damn it. seriously guys? you lied to me. i'm alone here though. fine okay fine!"

a guy was yelling at his phone. i could clearly hear his voice since i sat close to him. he had a very deep voice like chanyeol but it's a bit different.

his hair was brown and his skin was tan which suits him. he groaned and bit his bottom lip in anger.

"why would he be angry at this time?" i muttered and decided to sit accross him.

"hye erm." i said and his gaze turns to me. i barely can see his eyes because his front hair covered half of it.

"who are you.." he asked slightly raising his voice.

"erm i heard your conversation just now and you seemed..angry. maybe i could help you?" i said and he chuckled.

"it's nothing, my friends just ditched me so it's okay. not a big deal." he said and i nod.

"i'm shin hyeju by the way." i bowed my head.

"kim taehyung. just call me taehyung." he said.

kim taehyung?

"eh, i think i heard that name somewhere. do you have a little brother?" i asked and he nods.

"kim taewoo. why?" he asked and raised his eyebrow.

"ahh, you are his older brother. kim taewoo is one of the kid at happy house right? i'm the helper there." i said to him and he mouthed 'o'.

"so, why didn't he live with you?" i asked and he sighed.

"i want to save money. i'm currently living with my friends in a small apartment. i have financial problems so i had to do a street performance with them." he explained.

"ah..street performance." i nod. "who's your other friends?" i asked and he pouted.

"jimin, jungkook, hoseok.." he stopped and laid his head on the table.

"what's wrong? are you hurt?" i panicked and he cleared his throat.

"no. i'm just tired." he said. i felt relieved and took out my phone. it was 10.35 pm.

but still people are here to enjoy their meals.

"do you know where is the nearest convenience store? i need to buy something and i'm unfamiliar with this place." he lifted his head and stared at me for a long time. he snapped his finger and i flinched.

"oh, sure."
