Aman rushed down stairs to find Arnav sipping on his coffee and strolling through his apple iPad Pro totally engrossed in it.

"What the? " Arnav exclaimed startled by Aman's sudden entrance.

Aman looked around and relax seeing that the women were not around.

"Good they are not yet back...... Rohit just called from India and apparently Shyam is helping the police reopen cases he intentionally lost and so far...... Three people had be acquitted and over thirty cases are being looked through and you know what that means. " Aman revealed making Arnav fume in anger because he knew Shyam sentence will be reduced with every case he help solve and it pissed him off.

"Aman,we have to find a way to make sure he doesn't get out...... I don't care how much money we have to spend to make sure he stays locked up..... We have to do anything even if it means throwing our ethics out of the window and bribing whom ever we have to bribe. " Arnav said clearly pissed off and Aman nodded.

"Rohit is already on to it..... And we better keep this a secret between us and send someone to protect and guard Shashiji and the family back in India. " Aman said and Arnav stood up and run his hand in his hair frustrated.

"This is the reason why I didn't want them leaving...... The closer we are together the easier it will be for us to protect them but they want to be independent. " Arnav said angry at Shashi, Garima and Buaji who left back to India a few days after Akash's incident and Anita's scandal to rekindle their sweet business which is booming over the past months. and only visits them once a month for a few days.

"I know how you feel my brother..... We both can take care of them but they denied our help and look at how bhabhi and my Payal's restaurants have boomed and yet they refused to take help from them also..... Not even their emotional blackmail which the two are really good at could work on them for them to stay. " Aman said and Arnav chuckled.

"They are really prideful. " Arnav voiced out with his hands on his waist.

"It has more to do with self respect than pride and they have passed it on to their daughters. " Aman replied and chuckled and so did Arnav and he nodded. "I miss them and it hasn't even been an hour since the left to the mall. "

"Me too..... I miss my chubby cheeks..... It's the first time she has been away from me since we arrived in Australia. " Arnav said sadly and an idea lit up in Aman's mind and he smiled widely making Arnav quint his eyes at him.

"Let's go and meet them at the mall. " Aman said and Arnav thought for a few seconds and nodded and they rushed to the parking lot and drove to the mall to met their women and kids.

Chadstone Mall Sydney.

Khushi, Payal, Maya and the kids were roaming the mall buying toys and clothes for themselves and the kids.

They found a nice ice cream and snack shop and sat down and ordered some ice creams and cakes.

"Khushi..... Payal..... Am getting sick and tired of Preeto rejecting Nk bhai all the time..... I don't get why she thinks NK bhai is so shallow that he would reject her when he find out the truth about her...... I feel so bad about the promise we made to her not to disclose the secret to Nk bhai or brother in laws. " Maya said and Khushi and Payal nodded knowing she was right and they all didn't like the fact that they had to hide this from their husbands.

"Let's wait and see what comes out of their first date but I hope she tells him soon because I can't stand the disappointment in Arnav's eyes each and every time he asks me about Preeto's secret...... One of these days I might end up telling him for sure. " Khushi said and Payal nodded.

"Me too. " Payal said and the waitress brought their orders and Payal fed Aadijay who was sitting on Maya's lap as Khushi fed Amaira who happily eat her ice cream and chocolate cake giggling joyfully.

"Dada." Amaira exclaimed making Khushi frown and glare at her.

"Amu..... Enough of your father already..... It's mummy and daughter time today. " Khushi scolded but she didn't care or look at Khushi.

"Dada." She exclaimed happily again and this time she clapped making khushi frown even more as Payal and Maya laughed at her.

Khushi lifted Amaira making Amaira face her.

"It's mama...... Say mama. "

"Dada." Amaira responded.

"Get over it Khushi...... She is daddy's little princess...... And all babies say Dada first you know..... Stop being jealous of your husband. " Maya scolded and snickered and Khushi sighed.

"Khushi you have to get used to it because they love their father and prefer them over us..... I got used to it since Aadijay was born and you have to get used to it too. " Payal said to Khushi and she nodded.

Even though she loved the unbreakable bond between Arnav and Amaira, she always can't help but feel jealous of Amaira who is the center of Arnav's universe now.

She knew she was being selfish but she couldn't help it.

Aadijay all of a sudden started bouncing happily on Maya's lap making all of them confused.

"Dada." Amaira exclaimed this time pointing at something.

They all looked at the direction and their eyes widened in shock seeing Arnav and Aman walking up to them.

Aadijay got of Maya's lap and run to Aman.

And he scooped him in his arms and showered his face with kisses making him giggle joyfully.

Amaira was also bouncing on her mother's lap and Arnav moved closer to them and took her away from Khushi.

"My little princess. " He exclaimed and kissed Amaira and she giggled uncontrollably.

"What are you doing here? " Khushi questioned clearly angry at their moment being stolen again by the men.

Arnav chuckled at his wife's jealousy and kissed her cheek but it didn't wipe the scowl off her face.

"We missed you guys so we came here. " He answered nonchalantly and sat on the spare chair and so did Aman.

Khushi rolled her eyes at him and Payal giggled at her.

They then ordered for themselves and fed their little ones happily all this while totally oblivious of the pair of eyes watching them with a huge smile on his face.

It was Akash and he was working at the shop Khushi and the others were sitting in but he hiding when he saw them enter the shop.

He felt a hand on his shoulder and flinched but relaxes seeing the person.

"Natasha?" He called out and she smiled at him and looked at the direction his eyes was before she broke his trance.

"Is the woman in the purple blouse and wife jeans your ex wife and the little boy your son? " She asked in her heavy Australian accent and he nodded happily.

"He is such a handsome boy...... I finally understand why you asked Davina to serve them instead of you serving them. " Natasha said with a huge smile on her face but it dropped remembering what Akash told her few months ago. "Akash..... I think you should accept your ex wife and her husband's invitation to get to know your son. "

The smile on Akash's face dropped immediately and he moved away to the locker room for the workers and Natasha followed to find him sitting on one of the bench.

"I can't do it Natasha...... I can't let him know the kind of monster I was to his mother and the fact that I nearly killed him all because of my insecurities and Anjali's manipulations...... Aadijay deserves the best and only Aman can give him that..... He loves Payal and Aadijay immensely and his actions proves it...... It's better I don't interfere in their lives..... It's time I move on..... And it's the best to do for all of us..... But don't worry I will always be around him even if he doesn't see me..... I will protect him and the family. " Akash said sincerely and Natasha fell in love with him even more.

"And what about your so called sister? " Akash shook his head hearing her name.

"She is a bum who does nothing but sit at home and watch television with my aunt and bad mouth Khushi bhabhi as if she was the reason for their problems when their deeds were the only reason for their suffering...... To tell you the truth and don't like their recent closeness..... My aunt Anita is still in denial that she is a divorcee because her infidelity not Khushi..... I only let he stay in my apartment because she is the reason am here in this country. " Akash replied and Natasha sighed.

They both heard their names on the intercom and moved out of the locker room to find Aadijay and the family leaving the shop with smiles on their faces.

Diane Cafe.

Nk and Preeto sat down eating when Nk dropped his cutlery and the sound it made Preeto stop eating.

"I have expressed how I feel about you and you know my love is genuine..... If my mother is the problem then she is out of our lives so what's stopping you from being with me? " Nk asked impatiently waiting to for her answer. "Please tell me Preeto..... I know my sisters know bit you not saying anything because of you..... Please Preeto."

"Am a daughter of a criminal Nk. " Preeto immediately replied but frown seeing his face which was void of shock like she expected.

"So you think am that shallow to not want you just because your father is a criminal...... If I remember correctly you did commit the crime but he did and am sure you are bit in contact with him so what the problem. " Nk asked surprising Preeto.

"The problem is that he killed my uncle because he had an affair with my mother....... Even though my mother assures me he started it with his secretary and his secretary confirmed it but he denied it and they both made my life a living hell with fights and I cut ties with them and moved in with my grand aunt...... Nk you are a famous person and  people will definitely dig into my past and this could destroy your career and life...... And I love you too much to do that to you. " Preeto cried out and Nk cupped her face.

"Let me deal with it..... And from now on you are my fiancee whether you like it or not. " Nk said with a smile and stood up and kissed her and she reciprocated and smiled.

Hours Later.

Outside an apartment building, Natasha was impatiently waiting for Akash but he hasn't come out and she didn't want to go in because she didn't feel like dealing with a rude Anjali who always taunted her when she visits Akash or Mami who calls her characterless for being friends with a man and for her choice of clothing.

She and Akash has become good friends for the past eight months since he started walking at the shop and she has began to fall in love with him but kept quiet because she knew he was still in love with his ex wife and was willing to wait for him for as long as she can.

She got tired waiting for Akash to come out for them to go out like the planned and decided to go in.

She entered the apartment building and took the elevator to Akash's apartment but was surprised when she found the door opened and walked into it only to find a large pool of blood on the floor with an unconscious Akash laying in it.

She rushed up to him and shook him as tears streamed down her face but he didn't respond.

She then checked his pulse and found a faint beat and immediately called the cops and an ambulance and they arrived five minutes later and took Akash to the hospital.

Nk's Mansion.

Arnav and the others where heading off to bed since it was late and almost midnight when a loud yelling and screaming was heard outside and they all rushed outside to find a young blonde woman fighting with the security.

"What the hell is going on here? " Nk yelled out and they all stopped and she rushed up to then hyperventilating and in tears.

"Please help..... My name is Natasha Fonda and am a good friend of Akash..... I found him stabbed multiple times in his apartment this evening and he needs blood and signature from a family member before they can operate on him further....... His family is no where to be found and he told me about your people so please help me. " Natasha cried out shocking all of them.
