Amaury looked to his right and smiled at the nervous teenager. He put a hand on her shoulder,

"Ally, do not worry. Everyone is going to love you,"

Alice looked up at him and frowned,

"What if they don't?"

Amaury chuckled and patted her shoulder,

"They will, trust me,"

Alice smiled softly and nodded,

"I trust you...thank you for helping me get this job,"

Amaury smiled brightly at her,

"You will do amazing as a tennis coach Ally,"

Alice smiled,

"I hope I do,"

Amaury nodded,

"You will,"

Alice smiled as the two walked into the small building right next to the tennis courts. Two people looked up and smiled at the young girl. The taller woman walked up to her,

"You must be Alice, nice to meet you. My name is Christine but you can call my Chris,"

Alice smiled brightly at her,

"Nice to meet you Coach Chris,"

The next one walked up and smiled at Alice,

"My name is Sandy, nice to meet you Alice,"

Alice smiled and shook her hand,

"The pleasure's all mine,"

Chris gave Alice a tennis shirt,

"Here, wear this tomorrow, you don't have to wear it all the time though,"

Alice smiled and nodded,

"Thank you,"

Chris smiled at her and nodded. Sandy patted Alice's arm,

"Come with me to the courts, I'll introduce you to everyone else,"

Alice smiled brightly and nodded. Sandy explained what Alice would be doing and the times that she and her coworkers bring the kids in for breaks, Then they go onto the first tennis court and Alice immediately noticed three guys talking while holding their racquets. Sandy smiled,

"So, the tallest one is Derek, the one on the right of him is Ender, and the one in front of the two is Cosmo,"

Alice smiled and nodded her thanks. Sandy looked at the three,

"Guys, this is Alice, she will be working with us for the camp,"

The three smiled at her and Derek stuck out his hand,

"Hey Alice, I'm Derek,"

Alice shook his hand and Ender smiled at her,

"Names Ender,"

Alice smiled back at him and Cosmo stuck out his hand,

"Hey Alice, my name's Cosmo,"

Alice shook his hand and smiled,

"Nice to meet all of you!"

Sandy smiled at the interaction,

"Alright, camp will be starting in a few minutes, just finish setting everything up for the kids. Alice you will be working with Cosmo, Ender and Derek work together to split up the rest of the big kids,"

Alice smiled softly as Cosmo nudged her and winked at her,

"Guess we are partners miss Alice,"

Alice chuckled and smirked,

"I guess we are Mister Cosmo,"

Alice laughed with Cosmo as they left together, Ender and Derek had to stay at work but the they could leave. Cosmo nudged Alice,

"What's the next step bunny?"

Alice giggled and smiled at him,

"Well I gotta get home now, buttt it was amazing meeting you Nebs,"

Comso smiled and nodded at her,

"Nice meeting you too bunny,"

Alice smiled and shoved him playfully and he laughed,

"So how are you getting home?"

Alice smiled,

"I'm taking the bus,"

Cosmo shook his head,

"Nope, no coworker of mine is gonna take the bus home if they live close to me,"

Alice gave him a confused look and Cosmo took out his car keys,

"You are riding with me dearest Alice,"

Alice chuckled,

"You don't have to,"

Cosmo shrugged,

"Chivalry is not dead,"

Alice laughed and nodded,

"I guess not,"

They laughed together and got into his car. Cosmo gave Alice his phone and nodded at her,

"Pull up maps and get directions to your place,"

Alice smiled and did as told. Cosmo pulled out of the parking lot and started driving to her apartment,

"So, tell me about yourself Bunny,"

Alice chuckled and smiled,

"Well, my last name is Zaro, kinda like Zorro ya know the movie and stuff, uhh...I have a twin brother named Maximus and I'm the older one. I live with him and my mom even if it's usually only Max and I because she's always busy with work and stuff like that...uh I really love the color blue. I met Amaury when I was like 7 I think or something like that. Your turn,"

Cosmo chuckled,

"My last name is Xenia, which is kinda cool I guess because it basically means be kind to your neighbors. So I have a younger brother and sister my sister is sixteen and my brother is twelve. I help my mom and dad a lot since they are busy with a business that they started up a bit, it's a clothing store in Astoria. I love the color blue too, I met Amaury a few years ago through a friend and started working here last year."

Alice smiled,

"Nice. What kind of hobbies do you have other than tennis?"

Cosmo smiled,

"Well, I actually have a pretty big following on Instagram because I post a lot of stuff for my parent's store and I also do a few things for other companies too,"

Alice smirked,

"So a model?"

Cosmo blushed and shrugged,

"Yeah,"

Alice chuckled and took out her phone,

"Drop the insta man,"

Cosmo chuckled and nodded,

"Cosmo three underscores Xen is my main, and my spam is GrateCosmos,"

Alice smiled and nodded,

"Great!"

Cosmo burst into laughter,

"Your spam is Ally in Wonderland??"

Alice pouted,

"Yes, what about it??"

Cosmo chuckled and smirked,

"Nothing, I find that just adorable,"

Alice rolled her eyes at him and pouted while he laughed.

Alice smiled,

"Yes! Bring in the clout!"

Cosmo burst into laughter,

"If you want clout, then we gotta post a picture of us on my main,"

Alice smirked,

"Bet,"

Cosmo chuckled,

"Okay okay but I think for now I'm only gonna post you on my spam for you know, safety,"

Alice smiled hugely,

"Awe, you care about my safety,"

Cosmo rolled his eyes and chuckled,

"I think I would be killed by your twin if I didn't,"

Alice shrugged,

"Yeah, nothing he ain't used to. I just wish he wasn't so protective,"

Cosmo shrugged,

"I mean, I get it,"

Alice shook her head,

"He will barely let me go anywhere alone Neb, unless like he knows the people I am going somewhere with,"

Cosmo frowned slightly,

"Why?"

Alice fiddled with her hands, "Am I really going to tell someone I just met something I never told anyone unless they witnessed it?" Cosmo looked at her momentarily,

"You don't have to tell me,"

Alice shook her head,

"No no, I should,"

Cosmo nodded and pulled over, Alice looked at him in confusion,

"Why did you pull over?"

Cosmo smiled softly at her,

"This is something big, I want to make sure you know that I am paying attention to you,"

Alice smiled widely and nodded nervously,

"Okay so...I have these attacks that happen every now and then. Sometimes weeks apart, sometimes days. It's like a panic attack but worse because sometimes I feel like I'm not even there anymore, like disassociation. It started when I was like six or something like that. I got an attack for the first time when I was home the doctors were thrown off cuz the way I described it, they thought it was a panic attack or something. Not many kids get panic attacks so the docs were completely baffled but gave me some anxiety meds for if it happens again. Then I got another one a month later during a group lesson with Amaury and Max. Amaury called the ambulance cuz like I was having a hard time breathing and apparently passed out. My mom was making sure I took the anxiety meds every morning so the docs were confused as to why it was not preventing these weird attacks. They gave me a heavier dose of the meds to see if that would help. That went on for like two years, me getting stronger meds after like three attacks. Then when I was ten, a big attack happened and I was passed out for like a week. They then decided to start giving me tests because my doctor thought I would grow out of it cuz I started young...When they started testing me, they couldn't figure out what was wrong or causing these so-called 'panic' attacks. This is why there is no name for it cuz they have never seen anything like it. So uh now they still like take blood samples and I get MRI's and stuff like that every month or if I have a bad attack then I would have it biweekly for two months. So yeah,"

Cosmo looked at her in pure shock and immediately pulled her into a hug

Alice smiled,

"What's this hug for?"

Cosmo smiled at her,

"You are so strong Alice Zaro, don't you ever give up,"

Alice smiled tearfully at him and hugged him again,

"I won't,"

Cosmo smiled and nodded,

"Good,"

Alice smirked,

"Now, about that clout,"

Cosmo burst into laughter and took out his phone,

"Only on my spam Miss Bunny,"

Alice laughed and nodded,

"Good enough for me!"

Alice laughed at the picture,

"You really did post it,"

Cosmo smirked,

"Of course I did Bunny,"

Alice punched his arm playfully,

"You called me a bunny in front of your fans,"

Cosmo laughed,

"I mean, not really since I don't have any of my fans on my spam, only people who I know aren't gonna be all weird,"

Alice shrugged,

"Whatever you say,"

Cosmo laughed and they finally got to outside her apartment. Cosmo nodded at her,

"Text me when you get inside,"

Alice rolled her eyes,

"Yes mother,"

Cosmo laughed and Alice smiled and they both waved goodbye before Cosmo left.
