I move my head from left to right in search of Sonia and finally found her sitting on a bench and crying her heart out.

It pained my heart to see her weeping like this.

I slowly walk to the same bench and sat down beside her.

She is my sister, my own sister, my own blood. I still can't believe that I found someone who's actually related to me.

But the same person is now shedding tears and it's all because of me.

A lone tear escaped and rolled down my cheeks.

I wiped the tears off, inhale deeply and shut my eyes for a while to stop myself being vulnerable.

It's not the time to get weak Adhya. I'll have to be strong for both of us.

"Sonia, please don't cry.", I finally spoke.

"They lied to me. All the time I was thinking that they are my parents and I'm their own daughter but I'm not. They lied to me.", She sobbed.

"Sonia please look at me.", I requested.

I kept my palm over her and squeezed slightly in order to pass some of my strength to her. If I can?

She look at me with her red tear filled eyes.

"They're your parents Sonia. I agree that they didn't give birth to you but they did give you their name and their love too.

I've seen it in their eyes. The unconditional love, only for you, only for their Princess.

You know? When you came out without saying anything. Your mother was shattered. She stood up instantly to follow you and this shows how much she cares for her daughter.

I agree that they are not your biological parents but I can guarantee, I can guarantee Sonia that our real parents can't love you like the way they do.", I said and it's all true.

She listen to my each word carefully. Her eyes were still shedding water and wetting her cheeks.

I wiped off her tears and shook my head indicating her not to cry.

But instead of stopping she burst out crying loudly and I hugged her tightly.

"I *hiccup* am *hiccup* sorry *hiccup* Sandhya *hiccup*.", She said.

I furrowed my brows in confusion.

Why is she saying sorry to me?

I broke our hug and looked at her questioningly.

"Why are you saying sorry to me?", I asked.

She bend her head low, wiped off her cheeks using the back of her palms and said,

"Because of me they abandoned you to get adopted. Because of me you never get to have your own parents. Just like I got a family you also deserved to have your own family."

"Who told you that I don't have any family?", I said.

She looked at me completely mystified.

"Yes, it's true that no one adopted me because that Suresh Bansal never allowed anyone to but I do have a loving family. They all are always ready to shower their enormous love on me.

Yes, it's true that I didn't get anyone whom I can address as my mom and dad but instead of that two relations God gave all the other relations to me.

God blessed me with;
Two loving uncles like 'Raj uncle' and 'Rahul uncle',
Two loving Aunties like 'Karuna Aunty' and 'Kareena Aunty',
A very caring Mamu, 'Karan Mamu',
A very cool and supportive Mami, 'Riya Mami'.

These are only name of the elders. Their kids also treats me like their own sister.

I've four little and protective brothers, 'Luv', 'Kush', 'Dheer' and 'Raushan', and one cute little sister 'Roshini', but after meeting you now I've two sisters.", I said remembering everyone.

It's been too long since I met them. Suddenly a brilliant idea popped into my mind.

"You know what? I want you to meet all of them. Will you meet my family? Please!", I reveal my plan eagerly.

But my excitement doesn't lasts longer.

I remember the promise which I had given few minutes ago to her parents that I'll not bother them in this life ever after they'll tell me the truth.

I genuinely want Sonia to meet everyone but I can't be selfish. I don't want to be an obstacle in her happy life. My presence will always remind her that she is adopted and I genuinely don't want that to happen. I'll have to go away from her.

I'm happy just by knowing that I've a sister. Now, I don't need anything else.

"Hey what happen?", She asked me worriedly.

I guess she noticed the sudden change in my behaviour.

I simply shook my head and said,

"Because of me don't get angry with your parents. I'm not alone. Trust me, I've a very huge family."

"I'm really excited to meet them Sandhya. I'm ready to meet your huge family. I want to thank them for taking care of my sister.", She said all excited.

"No Sonia, you can't. This is the first and the last time we're seeing eachother. I've promised your parents. I won't interfere in your life after knowing the truth.", I said.

"No beta.", Said someone.

I turn my head to see whose voice is that and my eyes capture her parents along with Pihu standing there.

"We know whatever we did in the past was extremely wrong.", Said her mother.

"We can't reverse our past deeds but we won't repeat our mistake again in the future by keeping you sisters away from eachother.", Said her father.

"We'll not keep you both away anymore. We've realised our mistake and have decided that now you can meet eachother, you can hangout with eachother and you can go wherever you want to. Flaunt yourselves. No one is gonna stop you both.", Said her mother.

"Thank you mom. Thank you dad.", Said Sonia and kept her hand around my shoulder.

"Umm! Twinny, as you can see now my parents have no problem. So, now, If you permit, Can I meet your family?", She asked.

I nodded my head in approval and she beamed brightly.

"Thank you Uncle, thank you Aunty for showering so much love on my sister and taking care of her.", I said.

"She is our Princess and we are her parents.", Said her father.

Her mother stretch out her arms gesturing her daughter to come to her.

Sonia looked at her doubtfully.

I know it's not easy for anyone to behave normal after such huge revelation. Same goes to her also.

I kept my hand on her shoulder and squeeze it slightly.

She look at me with her doubt filled eyes. I nodded my head encouraging her to go.

Slowly, she walk closer to her parents and both of them engulfed her in their warm embrace.

"We're extremely sorry beta. We both love you alot. You're my daughter and will always be.", Her mother sobbed.

"Please forgive us.", Her father pleaded.

A lone tear escaped from my eyes while witnessing their family reunion. I notice that Pihu is also crying. I went to her and hugged her tightly.

'Tring! Tring! Tring! Tring!'

Suddenly, my phone buzzed interrupting the emotional moment.

I took out my cellphone from the bag which Pihu is holding because I'd left it inside the restaurant.

I checked the caller ID and it's none other than else but Riya Mami.

The moment I saw her name flashing over the mobile screen, a natural smile cover up my face.

Without wasting any second I picked up her call.

"Hello!", I said.

"I am not talking to you.", She said.

"Why Mami? What's my crime?", I asked taken aback.

"Your crime is that you called your Karuna Mam in the morning before your exam but you forgot to call your super Mami.", She said.

I chuckled on her childish behaviour. She very well know that I always take the blessings of Karuna mam before my every exam.

"Okay! So, what'll be my punishment, my lord?", I asked sounding like a criminal.

"Now we are talking.", She said amusedly and continued,

"As you know that past few months I've inaugurated many new showrooms in different cities of India and all the showrooms are doing very good business.

So, upcoming weekend your Karan Mamu has decided to organise a success party for my entire team. Specially to celebrate the success of his beautiful wife who's none other than else your Riya Mami.", She declared proudly and I chuckled.

"So, your punishment is, you'll have to be the part of that event and I don't wanna listen any of your excuses.

And yes, your friend Pihu is also invited. I've already heard alot about her now I wanna meet her personally.", She said.

I thought deeply about her invitation. I guess, this is my golden chance to introduce Sonia.

"Sannu are you there?", She asked interrupting my thoughts.

"I accept your punishment my lord but can I invite one more friend of mine?", I asked hopefully.

"What! one more friend? you mean your boyfriend? Oh God Sannu! You made a boyfriend and you are telling me now. I want each and every details about him.", She blabbered excitedly in one go.

My eyes drew wide after hearing her words. From where she get such thoughts?

"Oh God Mami, pull down the lever of your mind horse and please stop making such assumptions. I don't have any boyfriend.", I said.

"But as far as I know you've only one friend and that is Pihu then when did you make one more friend?", She asked.

"Today at exam center. In a very short period of time she became a very important part of my life.", I said looking at Sonia.

"Then bring her too. I'll love to meet her as well. Come soon beta we all are eagerly waiting for you specially the kids.", She said.

"Okay my lord.", I said and hung up the call.

I realise that everyone's eyes are on me, as if they all are waiting for me to announce the final verdict of an important case.

"Ummmm! Uncle, Can Sonia go with me for few days? I want her to meet all the important members of my life.", I asked hopefully.

"For how many days?", He asked strictly.

"For a week.", I wishper getting nervous.

I am scared. I guess, they won't allow Sonia to come with me for 7 days.

"Okay", He said and I instantly look at him.

Did I hear him say 'okay'?

He nodded his head and my lips spread wide. I smiled brightly.

"She is your sister first then our daughter. You can be with her as long as you wish.", He Said.

"But you'll have to call us daily and inform us about your health and whereabouts.", He said strictly looking at Sonia.

"Thank you Pops.", She screamed excitedly.

We all bid our goodbyes to eachother. Pihu dropped me at my hostel. I also took permission of Pihu's parents.

It's decided that all three of us will be leaving tomorrow. We'll stay there for the entire week.

I'm so excited. I don't know how everyone is gonna react after watching Sonia? I can't wait to see their reactions. I hope none of them faint like Pihu. Hehe!

I packed all my necessary belongings. I also went to the market with Pihu and purchased some gifts for everyone.

I bought key chains for elders, butterfly earrings for Roshini and some cool T-shirt for boys. I hope they all will like these presents as they always do.

I desperately want this night to pass as soon as possible. My excitement is not letting me even blink my eyes ones. I'm going to see them after one year and that too with a surprise cum shock. Hehe!

While imagining their reactions, I drifted off into the deep slumber.

"Tring! Tring! Tring! Tring!"

I squeeze my eyes tight to get some more sleep but this irritating sound is not in the mood to show some mercy.

"Tring! Tring! Tring! Tring!"

I stretch out my hands and roam it around my bed in search of the morning devil.

"Tring! Tring! Tring!"

I failed to spot that little enemy of my sleep.

"Tring! Tring! Tring!"

I groaned in frustration and stood up from the bed.

"Tring! Tring! Tring! Tring!"

I gave a good look all over the bed in search of screaming device and found it connected to the charging point.

"Tring! Tring! Tring! Tring!"

I walk to the plug glaring at my cellphone and shut it off.

Suddenly realisation hit me like a big stone. Oh shit! I'm running late.

I grab my belongings and rushed inside the washroom. I did all the morning chorus as soon as possible. I ate breakfast and then dialled Pihu's number.

"Hello.", She answered.

"Are you ready?", I enquired.

"Yes, I'm...", I didn't let her speak anything after hearing the word 'yes' and said,

"Okay.", I hung up the call.

Without wasting any second I called Sonia.

"Hello.", She said.

"Are you ready?", I enquired.

"Yes.", She replied and I sighed in relief.

"Great! Where will you meet me?", I asked.

"Actually Dad doesn't want us to travel by any public transport. So, he arrange a car along with a special driver for us to go wherever we want and right now I'm on the way to your hostel. I'll be infront of you anytime.", She said and hung up the call.

Her father is exactly like my Rahul uncle.

If he would've any idea that I'm arriving today then I bet one of his car must be standing infront of my hostel to fetch me.

Yes, he knows that I'll be attending the party but what he doesn't know is that I'm coming today.

Today is Monday, the party is on Saturday night. They might be expecting my arrival on Wednesday or on Thursday. I'm going to surprise all of them with my surprise visit. Yeah!

I heard continuous honk of some car and decided to check who's this maniac.

I came to the balcony and saw that this maniac is none other than else but Sonia.

I wave my hand as a gesture to stop the screams of her car but she shook her head and continued to blow the horn and shouted,

"Come down soon."

I immediately lift up my bag and headed downstairs before her stupidity make this entire society deaf.

The driver came out of the car. He analyses me from head to toe properly.

Is he really a driver? Because he doesn't look like one from any angle.

He is well dressed but drivers can also be well dressed. Right? I guess I'm overthinking.

His eyes and mouth turned wide like big round candies.

I feel awkward by his reaction. I think he's also shocked after watching me, Sonia's duplicate.

He kept my luggage inside the car trunk.

I got into the backseat and my twin giggled. I squeeze my brows questioningly. Why is she giggling? Did I do anything funny?

"He also became shocked.", She said pointing the driver.

I nodded and started giggling with her.

He sat down on the driver seat and Sonia giggled once more this time a bit louder.

He shook his head on her antics and made the car engine roar.

We reach Pihu's house in no time. She became confuse after spotting us inside the car.

"We're going by Sonia's car.", I informed.

"Wow! Really? It seems like we are going on some road trip. Yeah!!", She chimed happily and hopped into the car.

She settled down beside me at the backseat while Sonia is being seated on the passenger seat.

"Let's go bhaiya (brother). Guys meet my brother Saurya.", Sonia introduced his brother.

My observation was right, he is not the driver.

So, he is the same little boy who had been offered to choose between me and Sonia. If I would've not cried that day? then today I might be in Sonia's place.

"Huh! He is your brother? I thought that he is your driver.", Said Pihu.

"What! From which angle do I look like a driver to you?", He seems offended.

"To know that, you'll have to look yourself from my eyes.", She said.

He glare at her through rear view mirror and she roll back her eyeballs.

I guess, this journey is going to be a very long journey.

Me and Sonia look at eachother and try to suppress our giggles.

After driving for sometime Saurya bhaiya pulled the break and said,

"I am going to get some tea for myself. Do you all want anything?"

"Tea! why? We just commenced our journey and you are already feeling tired.", Pihu taunted him.

"If you are feeling so fresh then why don't you go by walking and utilise your freshness.", He backfired.

"Don't cross your limits you driver, just focus on your own job and drive the car like a good driver.", She mocked.

"Urrrrr! Sonia tell her to shut up or else I'll throw her out of my car.", He said angrily and left to buy his tea.

"You nailed it girl. Even I don't have the courage to irritate him at such extent.", Said Sonia amusedly.

"Hey, this is not fair Sonia. How can you say like this? He is your brother.", I said.

"Oh come on Twinny! Don't think too much and enjoy the show. I'm totally enjoying it. Keep it up Pihu.", She said.

Well, she is correct even I'm also enjoying their silly fight.

"I love to irritate those who get irritated very easily and your bhaiya is one of them. I'm not gonna stop irritating him throughout the journey. You just wait and watch.", Pihu smirked evily.

"Poor Saurya Bhaiya", I felt pity for him.

"At the end of this journey you'll end up saying Irritated Saurya Bhaiya.", Said Pihu and laughed loudly.

This time I also lost my control over my laughter and joined them.

The moment we spotted him coming back we controlled ourselves.

He got inside the car and restarted the journey.

I peek outside the window and the first thing which caught my attention is the clouds. It feels like these clouds are also moving. I tried to build some shapes with them, like a boy is riding a horse, a mother is carrying her baby, someone is playing football, etc.

I was lost in my own world but Pihu distracted me.

"Hey, don't you have any music player in your khatara car (Jalopy)?", She asked.

"How dare you call my car khatara?", He roared.

"Because that's what it is.", She said.

"It's my baby and I'll not hear anything bad about my baby.", He said angrily.

"I didn't know that your choice is so bad.", She said making disgusting expression.

I notice Saurya Bhaiya, he glared at her through rear view mirror and tighten his grip around the steering wheel which proves that he is genuinely getting irritated.

I nudge Pihu to get her attention and shook my head as a gesture to drop her plan of irritating him.

She shrugged her shoulder casually as if she didn't do anything.

She move her head towards rear view mirror and saw Saurya Bhaiya's eyes giving her deadly glares.

"Don't glare at me instead focus on driving this khatara carefully, we all want to reach our destination in one piece and alive.", She mocked.

Saurya Bhaiya's jaw dropped after listening to her words whereas Sonia burst out laughing hard.

"Oh God Pihu! You are really something, even I can't irritate Bhai the way you did in past few minutes. Bhaiya look at your ears, they turned red in anger.", Said Sonia.

"What! Really? He must be looking very funny. Adhya move, I also want to see his red ears. After all, it's the result of my hard work.", She said proudly and pushed me aside to bend a little bit forward.

She checked his visible ear and pull it slightly.

"What are you doing? Are you mad?", Saurya Bhaiya bashed on her getting irritated by her action.

He pushed her hand away from his ear.

"Yes baby, only for you.", Said Pihu and laughed aloud.

"Oh really baby?", He said and smirked at her.

Pihu's eyes became wide like candies when she realised what she said in the flow.

She immediately sat down on her seat and bite her lower lips to suppress her blush.

Blush! Oh God! Pihu is blushing. I can't believe she is really blushing. I've not seen her blush ever in all these past months.

I had witnessed her irritating the shit out of many people and what's shocking is she had said such things before to many of her victims but whenever someone try to trap her? She had always backfired.

But today it's different. She didn't reply. Saurya Bhaiya is the first person who succeeded in zipping up her mouth with just a mere smirk.

What's going on in her mind? or I guess, the probability says that it's happening inside her heart.

I slightly tap on her shoulder and when she looked at me, I raise my eyebrows questioningly.

She again blush and shook her head and immediately turn her head towards the window.

I focus my attention at Sonia and raise my eyebrows questioningly. She shrugged her shoulders as a gesture that she too didn't understand.

I then look at Saurya Bhaiya. He is looking at Pihu with a smile on his lips through the front rear view mirror.

I came up with a plan to tease both of them. I lean closer to Sonia's ear and wishper,

"Follow my cue."

"Kuch to hua hai." (Something has happened.), I sang and pinched Sonia to sing alternatively with me.

"Kuch ho gaya hai." (Something has happened), She sang.

"Do char minute se." (Two to Four minutes), I sang.

"Lagta hai jaise." (Looks like), She sang.

"Sab Kuch alag hai." (Everything is different), I sang.

"Sab Kuch naya hai." (Everything is new), She sang.

"Kuch to hua hai." (Something has happened.), I sang.

"Kuch ho gaya hai." (something has happened), She sang.

"Will you guys shut up and let me drive peacefully?", Said Saurya Bhaiya.

We laugh loudly. I notice that Pihu is smiling sheepishly which means, Kuch to jarur hua hai. (Something has definitely happened.)

He glare at us and we immediately shut our mouth.

After that incident the entire journey passed in silence. Pihu didn't try to irritate her prey anymore. The only source of sound was the music coming out of the music player.

I notice that Pihu is trying to avoid looking at Saurya Bhaiya and Saurya Bhaiya is trying to peek glances at her whenever he gets a chance.

After 8 hours of long drive finally we cross the border of my hometown. I guided Saurya Bhaiya and we reach our destination.

I instructed them to wait inside the car and come out only when I call.

I came out of the car all excited and head to the main gate of Rahul uncle and Kareena Aunty's house.

I hit the bell and waiting for anyone to open the gate.

The door knob twisted and finally the gate opens revealing a young girl.

Young girl! Who is she?

"Ji Didi apko kis se milna hai?", She asked me.
(Yes sister whom you want to meet?)

"Aap kon ho? Baki sab kha hai?", I asked.
(Who are you? Where is everyone?)

"Mein is garh ki caretaker hoon. Sahab pure parivaar ke sath memsahib ke garh Gaye hai.", She answered,
(I am the caretaker of this house. Sir along with his entire family went to mam's house.)

Okay! So it means that they went to Riya Mami's house.

"Jankari dene ke liye sukriya. (Thank you for the information.)", I said and came back to the car.

"What happened Adhya?", Enquired Pihu.

"They are not here.", I said.

"Now where we all will go?", Sonia enquired worriedly.

"You forget that I've a very huge family. Let's go.", I said and hopped inside the car.

I once again guided Saurya Bhaiya and came to Riya Mami's house.

The moment our car halted infront of Singhania Mansion. I notice that Raj uncle's car along with Rahul uncle's car is standing on the parking lawn.

Great, I got everyone in one place. It will be fun. I excitedly came out of the car and rushed to the main gate.
