What If....Captain America & Black Widow exist & fought together in WW2?

Synopsis:

We all know the story of Captain America & Black Widow. Two individuals born in worlds apart & time. Steve Rogers was born after the Great War and was chosen for Super Soldier serum during WW2 and became Captain America. Natasha Romanoff was born in a complicated origins as she was captured and trained her into deadly assassin by the infamous Red Room when she was child.

The two meet as allies & friends when they along with Iron Man, Thor, Hulk and Hawkeye form into Earth's Mightiest Heroes known as "Avengers". Yet they did not find feelings each other until it was too late. Black Widow sacrifice her life for a Soul Stone. Captain America retired after the final battle against Thanos and went to the Past as he lived together with his love of his life, Peggy Carter.

But what If that change? What If in the alternate timeline both Captain America & Black Widow not just exist each other but fought together in WW2?

In 1943 as the war rages on around the world, the United States of America & Soviet Union put aside their differences as they learned about Hydra, a small but powerful secret organization bent on world domination against anyone especially the Axis Powers with a super weapon powered by an ancient artifact known as Tesseract. Because of this, the two nations joined forces as they enacted the secret project called "Super Soldier Serum Project".

They found two volunteers for the project: a young Brooklyn man with health issues named Steve Rogers & a Soviet femme fatale agent named Natasha Romanoff which her deadly skills with seduction to kill earned her nicknamed as "Black Widow".

Little the two nations knew that the two people will lead not just to fight for their countries & its people as their new guardians of freedom against tyranny but also, the two will form a friendship that will turn into something else, despite their different ideologies.

My Thoughts:

This idea has been in my mind for a long time since only few of fanfics about Black Widow exist in WW2. Not even Marvel's What If show had balls to do an episode about Captain America & Black Widow were both exist & fought together in WW2, only if Natasha was also volunteer in Super Soldier Serum project.

This also my response after that She-Hulk episode where Bruce Banner/Hulk reveal to Jennifer/She-Hulk that Cap loses his virginity during his USO tour before he was deployed into battlefield who he was now and like others, I was definitely SHOCK & PISSED! What's worse that blonde woman who want a signature sign from Cap was Star-Lord's grandmother according to Guardians of the Galaxy's director James Gunn. I was like "What?". I mean "WTF, Marvel?!" This has to be the Worst Plot twist since Mandarin reveal in Iron Man 3.

And that's how my idea about this was created. Take that, Marvel!
