Synopsis: In an alternative reality where the Cold War of the 1980s turned hot and triggered a devastating war, humanity was decimated, and 50% of the population perished. The world, now a wasteland, is dominated by the "Sections," a formidable new species of humanoid robots. One young Botswana femboy named George W. Etenga invents an EMP railgun, which he uses to disable a Section MCV, leading to an encounter with Section 0619, a young Section with a lost memory.

As they navigate the chaos of the wastelands and encounter various factions, including the Underground Humans and rebellious AIs, George and Section 0619's paths converge.
