BACKGROUND

Being child of the late King Arthur or by her real name Artoria Pendragon and the third-rate magus, Shirou Emiya. Things were pretty wild for Charles having to fight other servants, dealing with his D rank luck, trying to keep his half-sister or brother as she wants him to say at her aka Mordred out of trouble, and etc.

Has been known to attract a lot of female population due to his looks but like his dad his dense as the blades in UBW. During his 12th birthday, he got his signature sword from his dad Shirou due to being fused with the legendary blacksmith, Senji Muramasa, and had the sword enhanced by Merlin who appeared suddenly and put the soul of a dragon inside making it sentient as well.

Excalibur Requiem converts Charles's magical energy into offensive power and releasing it. By accelerating it with his Magic Core, intensifying the kinetic energy by convergence and acceleration, allowing for it cause devastating damage. This can bypass some defensive barriers.

*Excalibur Requiem builds up it's power before Charles's charges the enemies before disappearing and a lot of slash cuts appearing in the air and on the floor. He reapers and is about to sheath his sword not before saying*

Excalibur Requiem has a restraint seal on it which can be unlocked by the original Excalibur or something with a close connection to it like Avalon, during which the whole sword changes into its true form. With this seal undone Charles changes classes from Rider to Berserker with his stats boosted and new skills added on.

The sword becomes so powerful it would shake worlds, change already existing futures, break so many laws and makes fate as well as destiny his bitch. But there's a massive drawback with this move once it is used Charles starts becoming a dragon himself (a powerful, uncontrollable and instinct prone dragon), luckily Merlin gave him strange crystals to reset his body to its original state but the amount is small.

Charles can only ever use that move once a day, anymore than that and the transformation process to a dragon is increased a lot.

A subspecies of the skill Clairvoyance. Improves both static and dynamic visual acuity. Insight specialized only for battle action. Due to the values of being the descendent of Muramasa, the eyes of karma pierce not only the prey, but also their destiny that lies ahead.

He possesses absolute power over all existing Dragons, including himself, and can freely bring new ones into existence. Though he can't control some higher level of dragons, in time he'll have many dragons of great power at his beck and call.
