Basically the plot of To Love Ru but with pokemon in the mix. The rest of the galaxy doesn't realize the earth has pokemon for some reason, and most planets that have pokemon(ultra beasts technically) are forbidden territory due to how dangerous they are seen as.

When Rito was younger he went on a journey, his starter was a Chespin, now a Chesnaught. The most of his team are with his Professor, due to having little room at home.

Rito's team:
-Gridon( Chesnaught):he lives with Rito and Mikan.
-Aka(Minior, red core): also lives at home)
-Bancho(Pangoro): hes at Prof's.
- Nya(pronounced Nia)(Espeon): she lives with Rito
-Nero(Braviary): she lives at Prof.
-Goro(Carracosta): he's at the Prof.
Due to going on a journey, Rito will have better survival skills and be quick thinking, plus will be less effected by his strange version of Murphys law.

When Lala realizes some species of pokemon were artificially made, she creates 2 Type: Full, from information from illegal experiments for making a Ultra beast to kill Ultra beasts(this information is not from earth, its from Deviluke), this leads to a rampage which leads to Lala having to restrain and seal up both Type: Full she made. This leads to her feeling very guilty and feels she shouldn't have a pokemon, especially when she learns that the Type: full are suffering from being restrained, which leads to her releasing them, but keeping the limiter(the helmets on Type: Null) on.

When Yami shows up, she encounters a Croagunk, she would later offer it Tokoyaki.
