The reader dies while in a forest fire, pushing a kid out of the way of a falling tree, trapping himself and saving the child, who was to scared to leave, and died as well. The reader was reincarnated while the little girl went to heaven. He is reborn as the first born son of Sirzech and Grayfia, however he resisted the corruption of his soul, keeping him purely human, a human with the powers Bael, but a human none the less. Fear made Sirzech and Grayfia give the new born reader up, and let him grow up before ever reuniting, but the Orphanage the reader was left at, was closed years later from the caregiver dying. The reader had a greater control of The Power Of Destruction, able to morph it and control what it searched to devour.

The readers birth was never released to the public of the underworld, saying the child died at birth. When Sirzech and Grayfia found the Orphanage they had left their child at to grow was abandoned, and closed down, they had no way of knowing.

The reader likes to morph the power of destruction into moving constructs, like a crocodile head that closes on a target when punching, or the Crack Up finish attack from Kamen rider Rogue.
