The reader was born from the Gremory Family, only one problem, HE WAS BORN HUMAN!!! His family still loved and cared for him, but the Counsil doesnt like the idea of a Human having the Bael bloodlines gift. He is then supposedly assassinated by a Stray Devil, sent by the head of the Bael Clan. But he wasn't dead, he was found on the edge of life and death by a certain devil who wants to create Super Devils out of his peerage(Koneko's previous master). He is experimented on, tortured, and altered, made to be compatible with a strange belt like device. When Kuroka kills her master, she also Released the reader, who has lost a fair amount of sanity, but was still sane(basically Mad Rogues personality).
