Basically before the letter to hogwarts is sent to Harry, Arceus pulls Harry into the Hisui region, and destroys all the Horcux, and unalives a few people, primarily Peter Pettigrew(his body with return to human due to dying) and Albus Dumb-as-nails. Arceus will also pull Sirius and Remus to the pokemon world about a month after Harry, along with the Lovegoods.
