A year after being adopted by Kiritsugu, Shirou, along with Ilya, Rin, Sakura, and Shinji, end up in the digital world. They are partnered up with digimon and must help save the Digital world from Grandracmon.

Plot points:

Sakura's crest worms and corrupted grail fragments- they encounter Dr. Datamon after escaping Lady Devimon, said digimon caused the grail Fragments to react and hurt Sakura, Datamon finds the Crest worms and Grail Fragments, and begins an operation to remove them, in doing so, he also creates a vaccine for her body, that'll allow it a permanently fight off the Crest worms, and purify the Grail Fragments, which could not all be removed(with the fragments now purified, should all the worlds evil try to possess Sakura, it'll be stopped, the fragments removed were given to Datamon as payment for the procedure, however, he'll return them in the future in the form of a Digiegg(digimental of Miracles)
