lawn boy;

clasping his hands behind his head, the boy yawns lazily as he stretches out his arms and leans back onto the grass. having spent his entire morning squaring the yard, he has become so restless now that he desperately needed
some sleep. propping his head up, he lets out a sigh and looks up into the clear blue sky.

"wouldn't it be best if i could just lay down here and chill for the whole day?"

"you might just wanna rethink about that,"

it startles him when the face of a girl suddenly appeared in his view, blocking out the warm rays of sunlight. and flinching, he could only then ask back,

"w-why so?"

"'cos this is the time my lawn's sprinklers actually goes off,"

a story in which a part time lawn boy and a girl get all wet after their failure from escaping the sprinklers.
