Izuku wasn't a happy boy, he lost his mother as he was 6 and was put into the system. But nobody liked him.
He was just the poor quirkless good for nothing boy but that changed soon after one stormy night his quirk activated. A mutation quirk, it wasn't overpowered but it wasn't weak either but people still hated him for it after all it was a mutation quirk. This made Izuku's anger only grow and soon enough he had to take it out on someone and so it happened that he became the youngest vigilante in the world.
In fact he was so successful that he not only caught the eye of the Japanese hero comission but also the one of SHIELD and especially of a certain female red haired agent.
