Orenji-Injigo Legends PT1 (Pokespe x DnD)
(All questions will go to the "Hidden Secrets")
(This is my sister's [who's on Wattpad], dad's [who's not] and my own mind's fault for this. It's also Purple's, but we don't talk about it)
Purple opened up a binder with a huge grin on his face. He hadn't been this successful since the treaty of The Star Foundation and The Cult of Crime. His eyes scanned over the binder's lists of of contents as a knock came to his door.
"Crime scene. Stay out."
"Purple..." He let a sly smile cross his face before he rolled his chair to the door and he opened the small curtain there.
"What do you want, Pink?" She huffed.
"I have a question. Open up."
"No." He replied with a light chuckle. He rolled back to his desk before the door slammed open. He gently closed the binder as she loomed over him.
"You're not cute."
"I'm adorable. What did you need?" She put a paper in front of him.
"Do you know anything about this?" He scanned over the paper.
"'The warfare of Dusk?'?" She nodded. "Never heard of it."
"Then it's something in the allies. Thanks." He nodded as he opened the binder and she put the paper in her pocket. "Whatcha working on?"
"None of your Beedrillwax. Why are you still here?"
"I'm being annoying."
"Get out." She giggled softly as she went out. He sighed before he went back to the binder. "Now to perform the final stage of my success. The Quest of the Orenji-Injigo."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Purple smiled as Ruby, Cedar, Admiral, Taen, Garret, Heath, Dijon and Lavana joined him. The binder was tightly held close to his chest as they sat down.
"Pink's looking for you."
"Oh well." They giggled as they got situated. He smiled as he pulled something out of his binder. "Oh yeah... I got the pictures done." Admiral's eyes lit up.
"I'm really excited about this. I have been dying to see your art skills." His face warmed up as he held out a paper.
"Here's yours..." She took it with gentle hands as she showed the group.
"Oh wow..." He smiled lightly as he passed out the other papers.
"Here's yours, Cedar..."
"... Heath..."
"... Taen..."
"... and Garret."
"What about yours?" Lavana asked. He gulped before showing the group.
"Now that looks scary than you described it." He smiled faintly at Dijon's comment. "But they look great."
"Thanks..." The others nodded as Ruby pulled out a tablet.
"Shall we get started? We have a mission to complete."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Pink called as they were taking a break. He had to pause eating his lunch to answer it.
"Two things, Mr. Impostor. One, where are you?"
"Doing a mission. I'm on lunch break. Relax."
"... Two, Why didn't you tell me that Reukra was planning the Warfare of Dusk?"
Purple almost choked on his drink at her words. He took about a minute to regain his composure before he was able to reply.
"What?! I wasn't told anything!"
"Well Audrey just told me."
"Then you're on your own. Cause I have no info. Bye."
He hung up and gulped. That was close. Truth was, Reukra was assigned to get that going. That was bad that she was closing in on it. He texted the older man to alert him before going back to his food.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Oh Arceus, I'm dead."
"Wow."
"One HP..."
Purple giggled as Admiral eyed Cedar's next throw.
"Oh darn. 1 and 3." The group lost it as Ruby wrote something down on the tablet.
"This group is hopeless." Purple caught the older Wave mutter before he spoke aloud. "As Retaw goes down, Cheng attempts to save her with her Prayer of Healing, but barely gives her the HP she needs. So who will save the dying Retaw?"
"Um... can I get a grace throw?" A hum escaped Ruby before he nodded.
"Cedar, please don't let me down..." He rolled a 6 and 8.
"22... Ok, Cheng retries her Prayer of Healing and gives Retaw the HP she needs to get back up." Admiral let out a sound of relief as Heath gulped.
"How much health does this boss have?"
"25." Heath gulped.
"I'm taking it down." The group cheered as he grabbed his dice. "One Greataxe attack, Flurry of Attacks and Unarmed attack." Purple whistled lightly as Heath rolled his dice. It was quiet as Ruby did some math and smiled.
"With three deathly blows, Hanelore deals a total of 35 damage to the boss, finishing the fight." Purple punched the air as Heath sighed with relief. "As the boss fades into a glob that runs in fear, the team does a quick celebration before heading for the town, where the townsfolk cheers for your actions and a celebration is made at the tavern to hear of your great journey. Peace had been restored. Or at least you thought so. But at this time, this chapter closes." The group cheered a little before Purple growled.
"He's already planning the next chapter. That's not good." They laughed as they cleaned up. Lavana hummed.
"This story was quite the challenge. But it'll be famous." Purple smiled.
"Thanks for doing this, Lavana." She nodded as they headed out.
"I can't wait to see this mission get a success. Between this group's success with this and Reukra holding the line with his part, we already have 2 of the 7 things of the Quest of the Orenji-Injigo underway." Dijon smiled.
"Let's get that 7 out of 7 done quickly." Purple nodded as they went their separate ways. One thought filled his head.
Yeah... before the wrong hands interfere... Regardless... the Quest of Orenji-Injigo shall rise.
(I'll say this, there was more than just what I said at the beginning of the chapter that inspired this. But that's all I'm saying. Let me know if you need more info about anything.)
