Bio: Jubilee is an artist. She loves drawing and painting, and she is also a talented sculptor. The tye-dyed dress that she always wears was handmade: she bought the dress and went crazy with clothing dyes until she created the final version that is seen in the stories. Her weapon of choice is a scalpel because it allows her to trace designs onto people. It is revealed that Jubilee is one of the few members of the Dragonway group that doesn't enjoy hearing people screaming. In Jubilee's case, she uses her victims to provide paint for her artwork and finds the constant screams to be annoying and distracting, to the point where she will cut a person's jaw off in order to prevent them from uttering a sound. She refers to anyone she has selected as a victim as simply "paint".
