"This is CHAOS." Lightning roared, slamming his fist down. "Snow has been missing for weeks. It's not much longer until everything goes out of control. The temperature is already dropping! Food supplies are dropping! We need to find him!"

"We know, we know." Wind muttered, rolling her eyes. "But we don't have time to look for him ourselves. We have to try to delay the coming storm."

"Well, you control wind. Can't you do anything about it?" Thunder muttered.

Wind glared. "You know I can't! Just because I can control wind doesn't mean I can blow it away! It's snow and ice we're talking about. That's the problem!"

"Um, I might have a solution.." Rain started timidly, but was ignored.

"We need a better solution, but what?" Sand asked, trying to think.

"I literally just said I might have a solution! We could always find a way to get someone to do it for us..." Rain said, slightly louder.

"Um, e-excuse me, but Rain might have a point." Rahasy spoke up. "If we find someone from each village to go look for him, then we'd have a group of eight. With eight people searching and only seven places Snow could be, we have a high chance of finding him."

The other Spirits pondered this for a moment. "Hey, they could be right." Lightning muttered, raising an eyebrow.

"We'd have to find the best from each village, though!" Wind muttered. "It could take ages to find the right group..."

"Actually, I might know a few." Rahasy rasped. "There's a group that meets in the forest a lot. I've seen them before. I might be able to find them."

"Well then, what are you waiting for? Go find them! We don't have any time to lose!" Thunder demanded. Rahasy nodded and ran off.

Meanwhile, there was a group of friends playing together in the forest. None of them noticed the wolf creeping through the shadows towards them.

"Any of you noticed how cold it's gotten recently..?" Cory muttered, shivering.  "B-because it's gotten really cold..."

"It IS kinda chilly." Kasai muttered.

"I guess." Doug said quietly.

"I dunno, I just find it COOL." Zakk muttered, doing finger guns.  Everyone groaned.

"ZAKK!"

"Whaat?  You know I can't resist a chance for a pun." Zakk muttered with a smirk.

Katie's ears twitched when she heard a twig snap.  "Hey, does anyone hear that?"

"Hear what?" Flash muttered.

"It sounded like a twig."

"It was probably just you."

"Naw, I heard it too." Streak muttered, looking around. 

Cory whimpered and hid behind Doug nervously.  "Calm." Doug muttered.

Sasha just slowly started walking towards the source of the sound.

A masked werewolf in wolf form looked at her with a note in its mouth.  It gave her the note before fleeing into the shadows.

The group ran over.  "Sasha?  What is it?" Kasai asked.

"... there was a werewolf with a mask.  It had a note." Sasha said, holding up the note for everyone to see.

"Well, what's it say?"

"It says, 'please come find me near the enterance to the Forbidden Hills.  You are needed immediately.'"

"T-t-the F-f-forbidden H-h-hills!?" Cory stuttered.  "B-but a-aren't t-t-they f-forbidden?"

"Well, yeah, kinda in the name." Flash muttered.

"Well, it sounded important!" Kasai said.

"Should we trust them?" Katie asked.

"I say it's worth a shot." Zakk said with a shrug.  "I mean, what's the worst that could happen?"

Doug just nodded once.

"So it's settled then.  Let's go!" Streak insisted.

Those with second forms switched to their forms and started heading off.  Everyone else ran to follow.
