Everyone looked at Payal shocked and for Akash it turned into anger.

"Payal....What the hell is wrong with?........ Do you realised the nonsense coming out of your mouth........ These two women and their beloved daughter has been the black mark  and responsible for the traumas on this family and yet you are sympathizing with them!?....... You are my wife and instead of standing by me you are standing against me.......You disappoint me Payal and am beginning to regret marrying you. "

Akash spewed out the harsh words shocking Payal and the others who gasped knowing he has gone too far in his anger.

Payal stumbled backwards and Shashi caught her before she hit the ground.

"Akash." Manohar yelled out in anger. "Do you realise the nonsense you just spewed out of your mouth to your wife and the mother of your son...... Do you think she will stoop that low to side with them without having a good reason...... In your anger you just hurt the woman you love. " Manohar whispered the last part looking at Akash who looked at Payal.

He now realise the damage he has done in his anger and tried to move closer to Payal but she raised her hand stopping him and lifted her head and their dewy eyes met each others.

Payal sniffed and stood up right and wiped the tears in her eyes before they threatened to fall.

"I didn't stop you because I side with them...... Helping that psycho sister of yours will also mean putting our son and nephew in danger and I can never do that." Payal voiced out in a hurt tone with tears streaming down her cheeks now. " I only stopped you because the observers coming here to observe Aarav will become suspicious of the absence of Mami and Dadi if we let them leave...... Remember they were here when they came and those people are determined to take Aarav away and this time on even the entire family's influence will stop them...... Khushav can't live a day without seeing Aarav and you know it........ That's the reason why I don't want them to leave....... And am sorry if I made regret marrying me. " Payal said and walked away in tears.

A remorseful Akash tried to follow her but Shashi stopped him with anger on his face and in his voice.

"Stop Akash...... "

"But Babuji I need to speak to her...... Am sorry. " Akash said almost on the verge of crying .

"She needs to be alone and it's better if I go to her than you. "

Akash was about to retort but Shashi showed his hand to him and walked towards her direction.

After he disappeared Akash sat on the couch in tears with his head bowed regretting what came out of his mouth.

He felt a hand his shoulder and looked up to find Arnav.

Arnav kneeled to his level and looked him straight in his eyes and wiped his tears with his hand.

"Stop crying Akash..... She will come around soon. " Arnav voiced out.

"I wanted to apologize for what is said...... I didn't know what come over me like that when I spewed those toxic words...... I swear I didn't mean to hurt her. " Akash revealed in confusion and Arnav chuckled making him frown.

"What you just experienced is called rage and I know it for sure because I spew toxic words I don't mean most of the time in rage....... Welcome to the world of rage little brother and in your situation it's normal because it burnt up anger which unfortunately was directed at the wrong person....... Give her time okay. "

Akash nodded and Arnav stood up and he felt a soft arms wrap around his arm and he smiled looking down at his wife who's short height compared to his six foot two made her look so adorable.

He wanted so bad to kiss her but held back because it wasn't the right time.

Their reverie was broken by the voice of Manohar who was looking at Nani and Mami.

"The two of you will stay for the moment but be prepared to leave after the observers leave and this time...... I won't spare the two of you. " Manohar exclaimed in anger at them and they nodded and he turned back to his family with a soft expression and whispered. "Am jet lagged so see all of you later and Akash........ Fix the mess you've created. " Manohar voiced out the last sentence sternly.

Akash nodded at his father's words and Manohar left to his room.

Mami helped Nani to her room leaving the others behind.

The others sat down on the couch in silence until Nk spoke up.

"Wow...... So much has happened in this family in the past few days and it's becoming so overwhelming. "

Everyone nodded agreeing with him on that.

"But we will definitely pull through in the end. " Surbhi said and looked at Khushi and called out to her.

"Yes Aunty. " Khushi answered.

"What are you going to do about your uncle?" Surbhi asked and Khushi sighed knowing where this conversation was heading. "You know sooner or later you both will have to talk to each other and straighten out your differences. "

Khushi nodded and said.

"I know Aunty....... And the sooner the better........ So please can I ask a favour form you and uncle. "

"Ask away my dear. " Manoj replied.

"Can you please call him to come here tomorrow morning. " Khushi exclaimed nervously.

"Anything for you my daughter. " Manoj said with a smile.

Delhi Police Station.

Garima was coiled up in the corner of her cell crying when she heard a loud bang against the cell bars and she jerked and looked up only to find a tall police woman with a baton in her hand staring at her in disgust.

"You have a visitor. " She revealed in disgust and behind her emerged Adarsh Gupta.

She then walked away leaving the two alone.

"Why did you do it?...... Why did you kill them?....... Why if you when you claim to love bhai? " Adarsh asked Garima stood up and moved closer to him with only the bars separating them.

"I don't really know...... I guess it was my jealousy of seeing them happy and seeing symbol of their love which is Khushi made me go mad and hurt me........ I thought killing them will make the pain go away but it didn't....... Not even torturing Khushi emotionally made me feel ever lasting peace....... Talking to Khushi today made me realize I could have had a better life if I had moved on because I failed in wiping Aahan and Shreya off the surface of the earth because they life in Khushi and in the hearts of all the people they met....... Am sorry Adarsh....... I knew and saw the jealousy in your eyes seeing them together and took advantage of it...... Am sorry Adarsh...... Please forgive me and please beg Khushi to forgive me also. " Garima cried out sincerely as Adarsh looked at her without sympathy.

"Never will I or Khushi forgive you....... I will never let you have peace and in a way I am just like you....... Deep down I knew Shreya was innocent but I let my jealousy over power me and it killed my parent in the process....... But be rest assured Garima Mehta, I will make sure you never have peace until your last breath...... Bad luck to your stay at the Women's prison where you will be transferred soon....... I will pay the head of the inmates and the gangs there to torture you for the rest of your life......... Goodbye Garima." Adarsh said and walked away leaving a remorseful Garima behind crying for all the bad things she has done.

Adarsh got into his car and the tears he has kept bottled up burst out and he wailed in pain of what his uncontrollable jealousy had caused.

"Am so sorry bhai...... Our family is destroyed because of me........ And it's a pain I will live with forever...... Garima would have never been able to destroy us if I hadn't been so jealous of your love for Shreya...... Garima is not the culprit of this story....... I am and am so sorry. "

He cried for nearly half an hour in his car and wiped his tears.

Took out his phone and made a call and spoke to the person for about two minutes before hanging up and drove out of the police station.

Payal and Akash's Room.

Payal came out of the bathroom to find Akash sitting on the bed looking at her with remorse and she knew he regrets what he did.

Akash stood up and hugged Payal and started crying.

"Am so sorry my love...... I didn't mean to scare you...... Please forgive me. " Akash cried out sincerely as he broke the hug and Payal wiped his tears with her hand and shook her head for him to stop crying.

"Stop crying Akash...... It's okay..... I forgive you but please don't say such words to me again because it really hurt me." Payal said and Akash placed her hand on her shoulder and looked straight into her eyes.

"I will never say those words again or any word that will hurt you again...... I love you Payal and you and Khushav are the best that ever happened to be. "

Akash said and crashed his lips on her soft ones kissing her passionately and she reciprocated it.

Lavanya's Room.

Preeto sat on the bed with her head on the lap of Lavanya who was stroking it.

They both after opening up to each other realised they not only had the same experiences but were equal victims of greed.

"Lavanya." Preeto called out and Lavanya hummed in response and Preeto lifted her from her lap and sat up right facing her.

"Your marriage with Nk...... Will you give him a chance if he wants you two to work it out? " Preeto asked and Lavanya sighed looking at her sister.

"No I won't because he deserves better than me. " Lavanya said and Preeto was about to retort but she stopped her. "Am serious Preeto...... Am not the right woman for him...... People know I was once in a relationship with Arnav even if it's fake....... I have done really despicable things in the past and I am the daughter of two opportunistic vile people who will take advantage of my marriage to him if they found out about it...... I can't do that to Nk..... He is a good man and he deserves someone better. " Lavanya said with dewy eyes and Preeto sighed in defeat knowing she won't be able to change her mind.

"You have changed and that's what matters...... Yes we had terrible pasts but we also deserve a better future and mine is with Aman even though I hurt him and yours maybe with Nk...... I like Aman and I will do anything to get to know him...... So please give Nk a gave if he asks for it. " Preeto said and Lavanya smiled and nodded.

A pair of eyes watching them smiled and walked away from there.

Khushi was in kitchen cooking with Payal and Surbhi when Lavanya and Preeto came down with smiles on their faces.

The trio immediately knew they have made up seeing their smiles.

"Looks like everything went well. " Surbhi said and Lavanya side hugged Preeto.

"Yes it did aunty and am glad we talked. " Lavanya replied as she joined them.

Preeto sense there was something wrong and asked and that was when she was told about Anjali and both were shocked hearing this.

"I don't believe it...... Anjali is a very cunning woman and Nani and Mami are her puppets...... This is definitely a setup am telling you. " Lavanya voiced out.

"Me too....... They are doing it to fool all of us and let Anjali get away with her crime. " Preeto supported.

"Well if that is so Arnav and Akash will definitely never allow it and Aman called a few minutes ago confirming that Anjali was indeed insane and is currently receiving treatment in isolation. " Khushi revealed but everyone noticed the drop in the face of Preeto when she heard Aman's name.

Lavanya placed her hand on her shoulder and she smiled but it didn't met the eye.

Surbhi wiped her hand and took of her apron and moved closer to Preeto and cupped her face in her hand.

"Don't worry dear........ Just speak to him....... Aman is a very understanding man and am sure he will definitely understand they circumstances surrounding whatever happened between you two..... I have invited him over for dinner. " Surbhi revealed with a smile surprising Preeto. "Use it to apologize to him...... I can see the spark between the two of you and I will hate to see it die...... Okay. "

Preeto nodded and immediately afterwards Aarav walked into the kitchen rubbing his eyes.

"Mummy." He called out and Khushi smiled and moved over to him and picked him up and kissed his cheek.

"Ugh..... My baby is up....... You hungry? " She asked and Aarav nodded.

She moved closer to the fridge and opened it and took out an apple ,washed it and gave it to Aarav.

"Here..... Eat this for the moment...... We will finish up dinner soon okay. "

Aarav nodded and munched on his apple. Payal then excused herself to go check on Khushav but stopped seeing him being carried down by Akash with the men following him.

They joined the ladies and helped them prepare the food with laughter and jokes being thrown here and there.

Within a few minutes the food was done and they all settled down to eat when Aarav who was sitting on Arnav's lap asked a question which halted everyone.

"Papa...... Where is Anjali aunty? "

Arnav froze both knowing how to answer him but Khushi was there to save the day.

"Aru...... Anjali fell very sick and has been taken to the hospital and doctor said she has to stay there for a very long time to get well so you won't be seeing here for a very long time but don't worry because the longer she stays there the better she will feel. " Khushi replied with a smile.

"Oh.... Okay..... When though she didn't like me I still wish she gets well soon...... Now feed me papa. " Aarav said to Arnav who smiled at his son and started feeding him.

A few minutes later Aman joined them and greeted everyone and took a only seat left which was by the side of Preeto.

Preeto looked at him but he royally ignored her and started a conversation with Nk.

After the dinner the door bell rang and Hp when to open it and in came a middle aged man none of them knew.

"Good evening. " He greeted and they all responded.

"Which are you and how may we help you. " Arnav asked carrying Aarav.

"Am Vishesh Sinha....... And I have a courier for Mrs Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada. " He replied and handed a letter to a confused Khushi who opened it and read it content.

Tears started streaming down her cheeks threatening everyone especially Aarav and Arnav.
