The entire Raizada Mansion was lit up and decorated in a spectacular way.

Afterall today is the birthday of the youngest Raizada in the family.

All the guest looked up to see Akash and Payal looking absolutely gorgeous in their outfits come down with their son.

Payal placed him in the chair closer to his cakes and he looked happy to see all the decorations and cake.

Next followed Arnav and Aarav both father and son looking absolutely gorgeous in their outfits.

Everyone looked at them in awe as the Nani and the others followed and surrounded Akash and Payal who held the hand of Khushav with Aarav and cut the cake as everyone clapped.

Khushav seeing this also joined in the clapping bouncing in his chair making everyone laugh.

Aarav played with Khushav as a worried Payal moved away from them. Akash sighed knowing she was worried for Shashi who had called saying he couldn't make it because he came down with a fever. He moved closer and snakes his hand around her waist and Payal lean in.

"Don't worry..... It's just a slight fever. " Akash said.

"I know Akash...... But I have this feeling something bad is about to happen and I can't seem to shake it off........I." She paused for a moment." Let's go back to the party. " Payal said and went back to the party only to stop in their steps hearing what Anjali and her friends were saying.

"I really pity Anju...... That gold digger has your brothers wrapped around her finger and look at that orphan, he is even more important than you. " Ampita one of Anjali's friend said and the others nodded.

"I don't know what black magic she and that orphan boy had down on my brothers and uncle..... Even my Nani and Mami are against me and only speak to me when necessary..... Even when I lost my baby they even left me at the house and all because Payal was more worried about  that sick orphan than taking me to the hospital. " Anjali cried.

Immediately she was done someone turned her around and slapped her and it was none other than Nani.

Anjali's friends moved back seeing this and the party came to a halt as everyone turned their attention on Anjali who was holding her abused cheek.

Anjali turned to find Akash and Payal looking at her in disgust and Arnav and Manohar fuming in anger. Arnav knowing about this turning into a confrontation signalled Hari Prakash to take Aarav and Khushav to his room.

"Just when I thought you won't stoop any low you end up stooping low...... " Nani said almost on the verge of crying and she turned to her friends. "Today everyone will know how you really lost your baby...... Doctors told her the baby won't be born alive as it had a heart and lungs defect which is not curable..... She hid it from us and ended up giving birth to a stillborn child...... She planned this with her doctor but unfortunately for her that doctor was arrested for fraud the day before she had the baby and through the investigation she was exposed for paying the doctor to go along with her plan in which she will blame her brothers for making her stress out and because of that she lost her baby and that way her brothers will feel guilty for her lose and make them her slave but it failed and instead of thanking them for making sure she didn't go to jail she is hear spreading lies...... " Everyone started murmuring amongst themselves and Anjali felt like dying. "Aarav may not be our blood but he deserves this family more than you...... You are evil Anjali. " Nani cried. "Aarav was just three years old when you cornered him and told him he was adopted and lying that chote, Akash and Payal doesn't love him...... You hurt him so much that he almost run away from home after finding out about Payal's pregnancy and if Arnav hadn't seen him on time ,he would have been lost.... What do you want from them?...... Why can't you see them happy?....... You have proved time and time that you are indeed the daughter of Arvind Malik and not my Ratna but I always gave you the benefit of a doubt...... But no more...... Now leave from here...... I want let you ruin the party with your venom. " Nani yelled at her and she limped away from there in anger and shame.

Nani then turned back to the guests.

"Am so sorry you had to witness that..... Please let's get back to the party...... Please. " Nani begged and the guests nodded and the party resumed again.

After that the party resumed, Arnav went up to his room and brought Aarav and Khushav back and they played with the other kids.

"Am so sorry for inviting her. " Payal said to Akash who shook his head at her.

" Don't be..... She is who she is but we have to be more careful about her. " Akash said and Payal looked at him confused. "Now she is wounded and will try to do something against us by using the boys...... I will want her out but it's better she is closer to us than far away. "

Payal nodded agreeing with him.

"Aarav is back home and I think we better take him and Khushav to work from now. " Payal said and Akash nodded and went down to join the party.

Two Days Later.

Delhi Airport.

Two ladies in their mid twenties got out of the airport and got into the Uber waiting for them.

They entered and Preeto asked the driver to drive faster.

She saw how nervous her friend was and held his hand.

"Khushi relax...... Remember you are no longer the Khushi you use to be anymore...... You are now an independent and confident woman....... Adarsh trusted to take care or this deal and we can't let him down..... That man believed in us so much that he is trusting us to close this deal...... And we won't disappoint him. " Preeto said and Khushi smiled and nodded.

"You are absolutely right...... I am no longer weak...... I won't let ASR or anyone bring me down...... After we are done I want to visit babuji..... I own him an apology for not contacting him all this years..... The only information I get is from Happy and it's only of babuji..... I hope he forgives me. " Khushi said and Preeto smiled at her.
"I missed so much....... I don't even know how my nephew looks like but all I know is he turned one two days ago....... I don't understand why there is no picture of him on the net. " Khushi said and Preeto chuckled.

"They are hiding him to protect him from the media and public eye...... The Raizadas are really private people and like to keep their lives a secret....... Most celebrities do it........ Media are vultures who will not let him be in piece.... So it's good he is hidden from the world. " Preeto replied and the car moved towards AR.

AR Designs.

The media were every where as a Bentley with two jeeps by it sides stopped at the entrance and out emerge the man of the hour ASR.

Surrounding him was his bodyguards as he bypassed the media and entered the building ignoring their questions.

But stopped feeling a breeze blow and he turned around but found no one.

He ignored it and entered and went straight to the conference room.

Khushi and Preeto got down as the car halted at the entrance and put they came and Khushi looked up amazed at how the building has changed.

They were even more mazed seeing the interior.

They moved to the receptionist and introduced themselves and she lead them towards the conference room because they were being expected.

"Aman..... Are they not yet in India? " Payal asked as she sat beside Akash who was facing Arnav.

"According to Mr Gupta they are in India and on their way here. " Aman replied.

"They must be really trustworthy for Mr Gupta to send them to close the deal. " Akash said and they all nodded.

"But why didn't he show up himself? " Payal asked curiously.

"He had some personal issues to deal with but he claims we can trust his representatives who are also his top designers and I have seen some of their designs and I have to admit it's flawless. " Arnav said surprising all because he never praises any designer.

A lady entered and moved closer to them and whispered something onto Aman's ears who nodded and she left.

"They are here. " Aman said and the door opened and in entered Khushi and Preeto.

Everyone was shocked seeing Khushi but one was shocked seeing them both and it was Payal.

"Khushi!? " Arnav whispered in shock.

But what shocked them was how neutral her expression was and they immediately knew she wasn't the Khushi they knew before.

"Hi Mr Raizada...... Am Khushi Kumari Gupta and this is Preeto Sinha. " Khushi introduced herself and Preeto extending her hand to a shocked  Arnav as if they were meeting for the first time.

Everyone was shocked about it and Payal who could no longer hold it in rushed up to her and pulled her into a hug before Arnav could shake her hand.

"Am so happy you are here..... We have so much to talk about...... Am so sorry Khushi...... I didn't mean to hurt you...... I just don't know what came over me..... Please forgive me. " Payal cried as she broke the hug.

She moved away from her with a smile shocking everyone except Preeto who smirked knowing this Khushi wasn't going to be pushed into a forgiveness spree easily.

"I forgave you a long time ago..... In fact I forgave all those who hurt me because they are all insignificant to me. " Khushi said casually and Payal gasped hearing this and Arnav bowed his head in shame and hurt knowing Khushi was also referring to him. "So Mrs Raizada...... I would be happy if we drop any formalities and go straight to business because that is why we are here for. " Khushi concluded and they all nodded in sadness but they only had themselves to blame.

Everyone was introduced and the discussion started and Arnav, Aman, Payal and Akash were amazed at how she did the presentation and handled the contract signing.

After everything was done, Khushi and Preeto stood up to leave when Payal called out to Preeto.

"Preeto....... Khushi was with you all this while and you didn't call me to tell me?...... I thought we were friends. " Payal said and Preeto who has been waiting all this years to confront her couldn't wait any longer and looked at her in anger taking Payal aback.

"You are absolutely right Payal..... We were friends but that friendship ended the day I saw Khushi at the airport looking like a walking dead. " Preeto uttered in anger and Payal bowed her head.

"Preeto please stop it. " Khushi said not wanting any argument.

"No I won't......." She said in anger to Khushi and turned to Payal. "Since our childhood you have always stood up and by Khushi even against your vicious aunt...... And when she needed you the most you abandoned her........ Yes your marriage broke but what was the need to punish her when you knew what she did was for you own good...... You not onto lost a sister but a friend in me too..... So please we are only here for business and I will appreciate it of you all stay away from her....... Any one who crosses their limit from professionally to personally, I will rain hell on that person....... I don't give a damn whether you were good to her or not" Preeto said and Payal looked at Khushi thinking she will say something to defend her but Khushi didn't and they all knew she is absolutely in support of what Preeto said.

"Well we will take our leave now...... We have wasted enough time on useless and unimportant arguments....... See you all tomorrow. " Khushi said and walked at not sparing any of them a glance.

Arnav sat in his chair defeated because he knew getting forgiveness from Khushi will be impossible but he was a man on a mission and nothing can stop him but to win Khushi back he knew he had to show her the real Arnav not ASR.

Akash was hurt about Khushi's hostile attitude towards him and his wife but he knew his wife and brother deserves it because everything was mostly directed to the two and they also had a hand in her leaving.

Payal who was sitting in the swivel chair was realizing for the first time in years that her silence has caused her to loose her sister and she wished at that moment she could turn back time and fix everything but it was impossible.

Aman who stood there didn't know what to say or do because he knew how Payal and Arnav hurt Khushi in their own respective ways and even though he felt hurt about Khushi's ignorance towards him, he totally understood her.

Akash moved closer to his wife and she looked up at him with misty eyes and hugged him waist while sitting down and started crying.

"She hates Akash..... I have lost my baby sister and it's all my fault......... I swear to you I didn't mean to hurt her. " Payal cried and Akash rubbed her back to calm her down.

After a few minutes all were lost in thought and Payal stopped crying and everyone jerked out of their reverie when the door suddenly opened and in entered the nanny of the kids with Khushav in her arms looking scared and worried.

"Am sorry to bother your Mr Raizada but I want to the cafeteria to get some hot water for Khushav's food and when  I came back Aarav was gone...... I have search for him everywhere but couldn't find him. " She explained making everyone widen their eyes in shock.

Arnav immediately sprinted out of the room with the other trailing behind.

At that moment Khushi and Preeto who were on their way to the entrance to wait for their Uber saw a little boy running to pick up a ball in the middle of the entrance and a truck was moving towards the boy who was so lost in chasing his ball that he didn't see the truck coming.

Khushi run towards him and yanked him from the street and both fell on the pavement with a thud.

The truck driver who saw this swerved and crushed into the water fountain attracting the attention of Arnav and the others and some of the employees.

Khushi stood up with the boy and immediately he saw her, the shock of seeing Khushi and the incident made him loose consciousness in the arms of Khushi who held onto him tightly.

Arnav run up to them and was horrified seeing an unconscious Aarav.

He took him from Khushi and started shaking.

"Aarav please wake up...... Please!? " Arnav said almost in tears and lifted him up into the building with the others following.

Khushi was shocked seeing this and wondered who the boy was to Arnav.

Just the way Arnav was behaving made her realize the boy was really important to him and she felt a pang of jealousy come over her which shocked and confused her.

"You are so dead. " One of the security who pulled the diver out of the truck said making Khushi and Preeto who was beside her turn around to face them. "You nearly killed the boss's son. " Khushi was shocked hearing this. We all know how possessive he is of his son and you nearly killed him...... You are dead man. "

The truck driver gulped in fear and Khushi zoned out at that moment.

"Arnavji and Lavanya has a son...... But there is no information about his marriage on google..... And from what I know Lavanya and Arnavji broke up..... Did Lavanya get pregnant and abandoned the boy!?...... Because I won't be surprised because how self-centered she was....... I wish he was my son......... What the hell..... Khushi stop it. " Khushi thought and scolded herself as Preeto shook her out of it.

"Khushi are you alright? " Preeto asked in concern as she checked to see if she was hurt but Khushi smiled at her.

"Am fine Preeto...... Let's go. " Khushi said and immediately she was done their Uber arrived and they entered and left the AR.

Sydney, Australia.

In a the posh neighborhood of Sydney stood a beautiful apartment building.

In one of the top apartment study stood a frustrated Adarsh Gupta who slammed the reciever on the table in anger and he seat down in his chair and picked up a picture and caressed it.

"Where are you Aahan bhai..... I wish I wasn't in boarding school at that time........ I know you had every right to leave and protect the love of your life whom I wished I had met....... Where are bhai? " Adarsh said with misty eyes as he caressed the picture of his elder brother Aahan Gupta.
