「 Sebastian x Farmer Grace 」

This one-shot was originally in a fic You Are My Entire World which was a one-shot book I made with two one-shots based on Stardew Valley and Genshin Impact. Enjoy!

Grace set down the blanket and looked up the sky, making sure she has the angle just right. She had mentioned earlier that the weather report called for a possible meteor shower that night and Sebastian suggested they go outside and watch it, as a family, Psyche, their dog included.

"Have you figured out a spot?" He asks, carrying Cody and Persephone, their two young kids, in each arm.
"Yes, I believe I have. Just don't complain we're sitting in front of the strawberries. I'm the breadwinner in this family." She says matter-o-factly, taking Cody from her husband and sitting down.
"I won't, I promise. I'm grateful for how hard you work for us." Sebastian said, also sitting down and kissing her cheek. The farmer smiles back at him before calling Psyche over to sit on the blanket. The German Shepard obliged and was granted a lot of belly rubs before settling.
"Mama?"
"Yes, sweetie?" Grace asks, looking down at her son.
"What are we doing?"
"There's going to be a meteor shower tonight so your dad suggested that we all watch together."
"What's that?" Persephone asks curiously, sitting on her dad's leg.
"It's when a bunch of stars come down from the sky. You know that big, purple rock I was chopping at two days ago? They're going to be like that, but smaller and not near us."

At least, that's what Grace hoped. She didn't need any more loss of energy over one of those stupid rocks again.

"Oh, will there be treasure inside?" Persephone's eyes light up at the thought and Grace chuckles amused.
"I don't know. I might take you two outside tomorrow and see if we can find one. Would you like that?"
"YES!" Both six year olds answer excitedly and Grace nods.
"Ok, if you can be good and help feed our animals then we can go."
"I can come with you if you want?" Sebastian suggests and Grace is shocked by this.
"You want to come? That's odd coming from you." She says, half-joking. Sebastian rolls his eyes and shrugs.
"What can I say? You've grown on me." He gives her a look of fondness and if it wasn't for the darkness, she could've sworn he was blushing.
"I'd hope so after 6 years of marriage!" Sebastian would retort but Cody interrupts.
"Look! A flying star!!" He says, pointing up at the sky with a chubby finger and a look of wonder in his eyes.
"Woah!" Persephone says, mirroring her brother's expression and Psyche barks excitedly, jumping up and making Grace scream before laughing as she runs around the farm for a moment.
"Hey." Grace turns to Sebastian as he looks at her with a fond smile.
"I love you." She smiles warmly at him and they share a quick kiss.
"I love you too."

When Grace first came to Stardew Valley, she didn't except to stay, but when she saw the state of her grandpa's farm and caught the eye of a certain brooding loner, she had to stay. Something about this place charmed her and enraptured her.

And 8 years later, that hasn't changed. She feels safe and couldn't imagine going back to her corporate job in Zuzu City. No, this was the place she was meant to be.

Surrounded by friends and people she loved.

Context:

•Grace is the name of my farmer OC (and my actual name lol).
-Reference photo:

•I named my farm Bat Farm for... well, obvious reasons lol
-I did briefly chronicle my adventures in the game in my spam book (called Huntress) so check that out if you wish <3

•Also, yes, I did name a child and a dog after Greek mythology gods. I can't help myself lol
•Also I aged up the kids since they only stay as toddlers and it annoys the heck out of me!

My OCs feelings were basically mine when I saw Sebastian in game. Every other romance option immediately became irrelevant lol

Hope you all liked this one shot, I'm a big fan of slice of life and fluff for romance-any romance really. It's adorable ^^

Next one shot is a Genshin impact one which is a bit more angsty (though still has a happy ending) and then the outro x
