Coonkit heard a yelp as stinky smelling cats started to pour in the camp. Coonkit was scared so he yelped for his mom but she was fighting a Shadowclan cat so he went to his best friend that he kinda had a crush on Foxkit, he asked what was going on and she said that stinky Shadowclan was attacking. Finally, they had left, and Coonkit could see his mother's blood soaked body on the ground, "mom wake up"whined Coonkit, all she did was moaned in pain and then, her tail twitched and she stopped with a thump. She was dead, "NO MOM YOU CAN'T LEAVE YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO WATCH ME BECOME A WARRIOR LIKE YOU SAID YOU WOULD"cried Coonkit, "Don"t worry you will see her again in Starclan" said a sad old she-cat that was looking at the blood soaked ground "May she have good hunting in Starclan" the elder sighed.
Chapter 2 "second life"
Soon they went to burry Mintleaf, Coonpaws, mom. Coonpaw and Foxpaw became apprentices little, after the elders went to bury Mintleaf then a elder pelted to the camp, eyes wide open giantly, in a whisper like tone he said "she's alive ". Most of clan bolted over there and Coonpaw heard a cat say, it's a miracle and another said, thank Starclan. there was a surge of energy in Coonpaw could Mintleaf still be alive? he raced past the clan and saw Mintleaf sitting down telling the elders how she had been granted another life by Starclan and how awesome to see her warrior ancestors. Suddenly, a cat bit his scruff and knocked him out, then everything went black.
Chapter 3 "captured"
As soon as Coonpaw could see light, there were Shadowclan cats everywhere, he was scared then they started asking questions, all Coonpaw said was that it was none of there business, so they took him to Flarestar Shadowclanclan's leader, "WHAT DO YOU WANT" shouted Coonpaw, "Oh, I thought you were the nice one" Flarestar said with a grin. "Tell me, Coonpaw what do you want"." HOW DO YOU KNOW MY NAME YOU FOX HEART" Coonpaw shouted,"first tell me what do you want" Flarestar said with a grin, "ii-i ddon't know , why are you asking me this?"stamered Coonpaw "I geuss I want to be a warrior"said Coonpaw more clearly ,"I can give you that if you join my clan, we need more warriors, and I heard from Redstar that you were almost done with your training and you were out standing" "NEVER MANGEPELT" Coonpaw screeched. Coonpaw quickly ran away before they could get him, making the excuse that he needed to use the dirtplace.
Chapter 4 "rogue"
Lizardtail and Ivyclaw chased Coonpaw, until he hid and they couldn't find him, but it was very far away from the clan territory. Where am I?, thought Coonpaw, he was scared, wishing he was snuggled right up next to Foxpaw safe in Stormclan but he wasn't. Only if, he didn't decline Flarestar's offer, he could have escaped what trouble he was in. It was getting dark, owls would be after him so he should find a place to sleep for the night.
Chapter 5 "Minty"
......."So you really just let anyone who needs shelter come here to stay" Coonpaw asked,"well....it's embarrassing but, mom only let's young Tom's about my age come, surprisingly a lot, but mom says it's cause I am getting old enough to find a mate"muttered Minty, embarrassed. "I'd hate that"Coonpaw said, blushing "but why doesn't she just let you out to find your mate?"Coonpaw asked, "Because, she says I am still young, and she wants to see the "touching" moment when I fall in love, it's stupid"muttered Minty. "That's stupid"said Coonpaw ,"well you two, it's time to sleep" called, Mintys mom, Minty and Coonpaw got into the moss, a few minutes later Coonpaw felt embarrassed with shame, as Minty cuddled up next to him.
                                 Chapter 6 "Love"
Coonpaw woke up with a jolt hearing Mintys mom yell, " Ahh your so cute together" Coonpaw felt embarrassment swell inside of him, then finally she left and he got up. "So where is your home at?" he heard Minty say, "huh oh" Coonpaw murmured. "Oh, I'm a clan cat you probably have not heard of them" Coonpaw mewed, "I have actually my mom tells me stories of them" Minty answered. "So you really eat bones and drink blood?" Minty mewed as she backed away, horror in her eyes. "WHAT! of course not those are just rumors" Coonpaw hissed, "Oh"said Minty looking astonished then rubbed her muzzle to his fur, (yeesh this girl is desparte) thought Coonpaw embarrassed "So...." Mewed Coonpaw "what's for breakfast" Coonpaw chirped,"we're not clan cats, we have to wait for breakfast" Minty mewed softly. "What do you mean?" Yelped Coonpaw "Our twolegs give it to us" mewled Minty, "Wait you're Kitty-pets!?" Coonpaw yowled, "So that's what you call us.." mewed Minty.
