~Tag, You're It!~

Hi yes I made this thing, enjoy it-

------

Looking at me through your window

Dep glanced around as she walked, her movements slow and cautious. Thing is, she had no idea where she was. All she knew is that she was walking through darkness, a pale moonlight filtering down onto her.

Boy, you had your eye out for a little

Dep sighed in unease, a feeling that someone or something was watching her. She was tense, constantly glancing over her shoulder for anything that might harm her. Her head lifted as she heard some sort of distant noise, her unease rising, feeling her breathing become shallow.

"I'll cut you up and make you dinner

You've reached the end, you are the winner"

Dep blinked as she heard the words practically chime in her head, sudden panic flourishing through her figure. Her feet grounded her into the pavement, feeling as if they were 100 pound weights, her heartbeat growing faster, arms separating from their crossed position along her chest to rest at her sides.

Rolling down your tinted window

Dep glanced around cautiously, still planted in her spot. She felt anxious, a strange wave vibrating from around the place she was in. As her eyes adjusted and she looked around, she realized she was in the alleyway she had met Austin in a while ago. She blinked, shaking her head as she thought of the voice she heard.

Driving next to me real slow, he said

"Let me take you for a joyride,"

This time, Dep could hear it clearly. It was him, she could tell by his voice. Fear immediately made her frozen and silent, the footsteps she heard growing closer didn't help at all. She whined, struggling to lift her foot and step forward, continuing in a fearful and slow walk.

"I've got some 'candy' for you inside.."

Dep could hear the footsteps behind her, quickly whirling around to gaze around. Her eyes were immediately dragged to the shadows, which she swore she noticed a glint of some sort of sharp object. She froze as a cloud moved away from the moonlight, revealing a hint of blonde locks and a quarter of a pale face, a tiny bit of a grin shown as well. Dep flinched as the clouds rolled over the moon once more, instincts lifting her legs and turning her body to run.

Running through the parking lot

Dep could hear her own thudding footsteps, followed by the swift following of him. She let out a fearful yelp as a knife whizzed past her head, causing her to pause before continuing, faster than before.

He chased me and he wouldn't stop

Dep continued to dash, but the alleyway seemed endless.

"Tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it.." Dep could hear the voice sing, the figure appearing in front of her, causing her to screech and dig her heels into the ground, her entire body skidding as her shoulders thudded onto the pavement. (A/N: Sort of like when someone "bails" off of a skateboard. For a visual)

Grabbed my hand, pushed me down

He loomed over Dep as she lay in front of him on the floor, and suddenly he had shoved himself down onto her, a squeak being forced out of her throat as she felt the weight.

Took the words right out my mouth

Dep roughly shoved herself from underneath the other, trying desperately to escape, but he had an iron grip on her hands and she couldn't do much.

Tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it

Dep flinched as the spark of silver shined in the pale moonlight once more, her eyes closing before feeling something impact her head and darkness surrounded her.

Dep blinked, still seeing nothing but pitch black, whining as she tried to stand and felt something tug at her arms. She leaned backwards and felt a long, cold object on her back. A pipe. She pulled at her arms again to no avail, squirming as she whined in panic.

"Can anybody hear me?! I'm hidden underground!"

She desperately thrashed around to try and break her arms free before a dull light appeared over her head. She could barely see a few inches in front of her, most of the room still dark. From the light, she could see a pure white floor that she was knelt on. She turned behind her to her best ability and saw just a measly piece of cloth holding her in place.

"Can anybody hear me!? Am I talking to myself?!"

Dep again yelled out to nothing as she kicked her legs off the floor, a satisfying ripping sound coming from behind her, although she fell right back near the pipe. She whipped her head around and saw most of the cloth ripped, a few thick threads holding it.

Saying, "tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it"

Deps head lifted, unsure where the voice was coming from. She could hear her own voice clearly, but this one.. It sounded like it was everywhere, bouncing off the walls.

He's saying, "tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it"

Dep shuddered, fear striking through her as she imagined it was him, panicking with the fact he could've heard her ripping the cloth in an attempt to escape.

Little bit of poison in me

Dep sat silently in her position as the shadows moved around the room, and the light above her seemed brighter. She heard echoing footsteps, shuddering gently.

I can taste your skin in my teeth

She growled, trying to seem aggressive despite the fear that was shaking through her being, gently twisting her hands upward behind her. She was attempting to grab onto the last threads of cloth to tear it off.

"I love it when I hear you breathing.."

Dep took in a sharp breath, watching as a shadow loomed closer to her from the depths, a face emerging from the close light that surrounded her. She froze as she gazed up at the other, a loud growl exiting her mouth as it was him. Austin. The cocky bitch had a smirk on his face while he stared at the helpless other. Dep had already gripped onto the few strands of cloth, ready to rip them when she needed to.

"I hope to god you're never leaving"

Austin seemed to purr the words, reaching his hand forward to hold onto Dep's chin, which she twisted her neck to roughly bite onto his hand. Austin snapped back with a brute hiss, before Dep ripped at the last bits of thread, pulling herself onto her feet and shoving past the male, giving him a nudge to send him crashing onto the floor as she ran through the darkness. She needed to get the hell out of there. That's all that mattered. GET. OUT.

Running through the parking lot

Dep ran as fast as she could, bringing herself faster than she ever had before. She grunted as she remembered the first time she escaped Austin. She had jumped out of the bedroom window and tumbled down the wall of the brick building, getting multiple scrapes along her legs and back while she did, just to crash into a bush along the ground and sprain her ankle.

He chased me and he wouldn't stop

The memory reminded her. If she's escaped him once, she can do it again. She pinned close to a cold wall as she ran, using the solid surface to guide herself along. She heard the thudding footsteps once more and realized he must be chasing her still. A cold chill rushed through her as she realized he must know this place better than she does, if he dragged her through this darkness down here.

Tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it

A sick feeling hung in Dep's gut, making her pause and stop herself. She reached out more slowly and felt her hand brush against another wall she was fairly close to running straight into. She glanced around in the darkness, Austin's approaching footsteps growing louder. Dep took a deep breath to calm herself and let her hands graze on the wall, soon finding where it led.

Grabbed my hand, pushed me down

Dep went to run along the wall before she was shoved down, yelping at the sudden pressure on her arms and coldness of the floor. She let out a growl, drawing her legs backwards against her back and roughly kicking them upward, sending her attacker backwards, the grip on her arms loosening.

Took the words right out my mouth

Dep snapped around and clawed at who was gripping onto her arms, the low growls of annoyance and aggression telling her it was Austin still, kicking him in the gut once more as the grip was released, standing and running along the wall again.

Tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it

Dep blinked, stopping in her spot and skidding to a stop while turning around. Magic flared at her hands as she summoned a knife, taking a few moments to analyze where Austin was before throwing the knife in his direction, hearing a yelp and blood spatter. She hissed in success and continued to run off.

Can anybody hear me? I'm hidden underground!

Dep growled, having not known where the knife hit. All she knew was that he was stabbed somewhere. That was good enough for her. She had to keep running or she would be caught again, and she couldn't do that. She couldn't submit to this.. this bitch.

Can anybody hear me?! Am I talking to myself?!

Dep stopped as the lights went on and suddenly she could see all around. She whipped around to see Austin's figure still after her, a gushing wound in his shoulder. Dep scowled and continued on, her legs pushing her faster than she ever could.

Saying, "tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it"

Dep hissed, the dreaded voice behind her. She swore she felt something reach for her arm, and that kept her going. She felt as if she could run forever, if it meant she got out of here. By now she had turned so many corners and skidded down so many hallways she had no idea where she was, it seemed the building was expanding.

He's saying, "tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it"

Dep felt a sharp pain in her leg and she fell over, crashing down onto the floor, tumbling forward from how suddenly she fell with how fast she was going. She grunted and glanced back to see Austin stood over her with a smirk on his face, a knife impaling through Dep's ankle, the same ankle she sprained escaping him the first time.

Eenie meenie miny mo

Dep hissed, going to pull herself up before Austin slammed his weight down onto her, causing her to yelp loudly, a growl emitting from her. She struggled under him, only to feel his hands grasp onto her legs.

Get your lady by her toes

Dep scowled and started to thrash around as she felt the ground brush on her stomach and chest- Austin was dragging her. She scraped her nails on the floor for something to grip onto, panic suddenly flourishing through her.

If she screams, don't let her go

Weak whines escaped from her throat which soon turned into terror-filled screeches as her thrashing to escape got rougher and more power-filled. The grip on her ankles only tightened as Austin slammed his weight onto her back again.

Eenie meenie miny mo

Dep let out a pained whimper as she felt Austin rest his hand on her chin, forcing her head backwards, as far as it could go, forcing another yelp from the other. "Listen, hun, your screams are getting you nowhere. It's the same old game, the easier you submit, the less pain you get, alright?"

Your mother said to pick the very best girl

Dep grunted, the pain on her neck and head starting to get to her, so she nodded weakly. Her head was dropped and she hissed, glaring behind her to Austin as he started to position to grab her once more.

And I am

Dep roughly pulled her legs back and shifted her body, pressing her legs together and kicking at Austin's from the side, sending the other toppling. She stood, ripping the knife from her ankle with a wince, roughly throwing it, aiming at Austin's head. She had spun around, so all she heard was the knife making contact and another hiss of pain as she started running down the twisting hallways once more.

Running through the parking lot

Dep could hear Austin scuffling and soon to chase after her again, but the hallways seemed to be getting clearer. She was taking sharper turns, but there were less of them, and the hallways were longer.

He chased me and he wouldn't stop

Dep blinked, glancing over her shoulder, Austin still behind her, another wound in his chest, but nowhere near his heart. Dep scoffed and continued to run, but, the wound in her ankle ached now, and it was slowing her down.

Tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it

Dep continued to push through the aching pain, desperate to get away from Austin, back to her family with RiDie and the other egos. She wouldn't let anything stop her.

Grabbed my hand, pushed me down

Austin seemed much faster, Dep made this observation, struggling to keep away from him now. Possibly it was from her injury, I mean, the blade went right through her skin and to the other side. She was leading him around with her blood at this point.

Took the words right out my mouth

Dep looked ahead and squeaked as she realized the hallways were starting to loop around in random directions again. She groaned and continued on, trying to push herself to run faster.

Tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it

Every muscle on her ached now, her breathing ragged and heavy, not like earlier. This sparked concern in Dep that she wouldn't get out of this, trying to brush away the aching pain from her injury and the prolonged use of running.

Running through the parking lot

Dep grunted and felt unable to run much longer, her legs simply slowing down, stopping the movement of her run. She scowled and whipped around to face Austin, summoning a knife into her hand. The other paused as he seemed to examine her before he chuckled and leaped at her.

He chased me and he wouldn't stop

As they made contact, Dep realized the mistake she made. Austin seemed so much stronger because of how fatigued she was. Dep hissed and jabbed the knife into his already wounded shoulder, digging the blade into his skin and muscle, her other arm flaring up to grip onto his hand to stop his weapon, a blade like her own, from diving into her side.

Tag, you're it, tag, you're it

Austin started to push on Dep, fighting her position and forcing her to step backwards. Dep's eyes widened and she let out a cold snarl, continuing to push against the other to keep her place.

Grabbed my hand, pushed me down

Dep failed, and after some struggling Austin became free of her grasp and dived his knife into her chest, jerking it around to make a massive wound. Dep screeched, falling down onto her side from the fatal stab, coughing out a few bits of blood. Austin crouched in front of her, ripping the knife from her and smirking.

Took the words right out my mouth

Dep raised her gaze up at him, her vision starting to blur from the pools of blood she was loosing. "You brought this upon yourself, hun. This is your problem." His arm raised, the glint of the sharp knife showing, blood caked onto the edge. It fell, and Dep's vision went black.

Tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it

Dep jolted upwards, whining softly as she glanced around in a slight panic. She let out a relieved sigh as she saw she was in her bed with RiDie by her side, at her house, she assumed with the layout of the room. She couldn't stop the panicked tears that rolled down her face, letting out soft whines and sniffles as she wiped the tears with her sleeve, her head resting on her wrist. On instinct, her body softly curled in on itself, closing her eyes to try and focus, which only brought back the horrible memory of the dream, her soft noises becoming slightly louder out of simple horror. At least she was back, that's the good thing...
