I'm working on A New Villain Character. The Character is suppose to be a Victorian Era Styled Character. I'm think like a school teacher. I'm trying put this Character together in my head but, I don't know what Victorian School Teachers are like. I'm researching about Victorian Era Schools and Teachers but, I'll in some other info from you guys.

Info I Gathered:

Teachers where mostly female. More females than males in school. Males would work in Steel Mills, while female worked in Schools. Males did work in schools but there where few in schools.

Left Handedness Was not allowed in school. Students where to write with their right hand and not their left.

Schools where very strict during The Victorian Era.

Punishments where also very strict during The Victorian Era. Ex: Dunce Cap, Writing Lines, Finger Stocks, Etc.
