"WAKE UP"

Just as a pillow hit my face I groan that kinda hurt. I sat up with an annoyed glare. I looked at Pepper. She had a proud smile on her face. I rubbed my eye and hissed

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" She laughed clearly unfazed with how annoyed I am. She gave a smile in return

"Get up School starts in half an hour and you need to have a shower and everything," she said, placing her hands on her hips in a mother kind of way. I thinned my lips. I forgot about school. I moved to sit on the side of my bed.

"Ok ok now get out, "I said while getting up she didn't say anything but as she walked out I heard her say

"I'm making Eggs and bacon, you better be ready." She closed the door behind her. I walked to the bathroom and locked the door behind me. I slowly undress I'm still tired and awakening up by a pillow isn't my way of getting up.

As soon as I was undressed I hopped into the shower adjusting the water until I was satisfied. I let it run down my body. This is waking me up.

I grabbed the soap and started to rub it all on me. I was humming a quiet song. I wash my body off and turn the water off and hop out. I wrapped a towel around my waist and I walked out leaving a little water trail. I grabbed a white shirt with blue jeans along with a black jumper.

I put them all on slowly, still not happy about the greeting I got. I slid the hoodie over my body and greeted him with these. I unplugged my phone. As I walked out of grabbed my bag and headed downstairs

I found Pepper. She was still cooking but I saw a plate of bacon beside her. I'm guessing she is cooking the eggs. I set my bag down beside the door frame and place my phone and my other personal items down.

After that I grabbed 2 cups and set them down, I grabbed the orange juice from the Fridge sitting that down too. Then suddenly my phone started to ring. I thought about ignoring it but pepper read my mind.

"Pick it up," She said putting the eggs with the bacon. I sighed but with Pepper around, she doesn't take no as an answer. I picked up the phone and answered it.

"Hello?"

"Hey honey sorry for calling you so early but all I'm gonna say is that I and your father will be gone for a while maybe 2 months roughly. But we will send you money ok hun?"

I thinned my lips they are hardly ever home I let out a small breath and replied

"It's fine Mum I understand"

"Thank you we promise next time we come back we'll home longer than we usually are- I'll BE THERE IN A SEC- sorry sweetie but I need to go now text me if needed love you bye!."

Then the call ended, I put the phone down.

"Everything good Tony?"Pepper asked setting the plates down. I sat down after she did and poured the orange juice.

"Mum just called me saying she and dad are on a business trip"I replied slipping my juice Pepper gave me.

"Again? They were only here for a week before they left. What did she say in the end?"

She ate some of her bacon. I looked down at my food.

"That when they come back they'll stay longer"

Pepper didn't say anything all she did was sighed, we continued eating in silence it wasn't a comfortable silence but...it was nice. Then she almost choked when. She looked at her phone and raised an eyebrow confused. She shot up.

"WE GOT 5 MINUTES" My eyes widened checking the time she wasn't kidding. We left the plates on the table and grabbed our bags and personal belongings.

We didn't take the car because of the traffic, we ran down the not so empty pathways. I saw the school insight I checked my watch. We still have time- I collide with a wall. I hit the ground hard and I groan at the impact.

I looked up to see the 'Wall' but I was taken back to see Steve Rogers. He is the Captain of the footy team. He looked down at me as Pepper watched.

Surprisingly he held his hand out. I eyed it for a while and eyed him suspiciously. I eventually took it and he helped my feet. I brush the dirt off my ass.

"Sorry" Steve replied as he rubbed the back of his neck I stopped my movements and stared at him. He looked Kinda cute- not today gay thoughts I thought

"It's alright I didn't see where I was going" he nodded then suddenly pepper grabbed Me

"WERE LATE NO TIME TO GAY AROUND" she yelled while dragging me away Steve followed behind walking. I'm guessing he doesn't have a class just yet.

We stood outside the door panting hard and the moment we opened the door the bell went.

"You guys are lucky" the teacher spoke looking up from her position, she pushed up her glasses.

"Sit down"

We sighed in relief sitting down in our seats.
