Shadow rubs his eyes as he lays there on his bed, after that hallucination, he couldn't bring himself to sleep, laying on top of him was Rouge who was sucking on her thumb and hugging the Sonic doll, in her arms, she is wearing a yellow onesie, with a white bunny on it. Midnight was laying on the floor by the bed.

"Shadow~"

The darker hedgehog only covers his eyes, his ears pinning down to his head, as he shifted a little being careful to not wake or crush Rouge.

"Shadow!!"

There was a bang that he heard from the window, seeing that Midnight and Rouge didn't react, he was only imagining it...or his insomnia was making him hallucinate.

"Shadow...Look at me!!"

There was a cracking sound from the glass, Shadow quickly looked over at the window, he saw Sonic but he was covered in blood and has a knife in his hands, a crack on the window.

"I'm coming for you my Love..."

Shadow only shifted back away from the window of being careful not to push Rouge off of the bed. When he blinked Sonic inside and hovering over him, it felt so real yet he knew it wasn't, that was when he heard a whimper...why was he terrified?

"You were always my favorite..."

Shadow closed his eyes "Just leave me. ALONE!" He threw a green energy spear at the blue hedgehog to only cause the hallucination to fade away and the spear to hit the wall with loud noise, causing Midnight to jolt awake and Rouge to grip Shadow's chest tightly, in reflex. The darker hedgehog looks at the area that he saw Sonic and only realized that he wasted a chaos spear on his hallucination...he just rubs his face with his free hand, he should really tell someone about this insomnia and hallucinations, but at the same time.

He sniffs the light from the energy faded away as the spear disappeared leaving a crack in the wall. That night he only quietly sobbed to himself.
