"I almost made her give in. But both of you ruined it"

I almost ran to my office with a pissed face. He was playing with me. He had almost made me break my restriction. I was feeling angry towards him but more towards myself. How did I let his innocent facade fool me? How did I forget he is a manipulative man? 

"Manipulative jerk" I muttered under my breath while pinching my nose bridge. 

I was stomping in my office with a pissed face when suddenly the door of my office was opened. Jane was standing there with a mischievous look on her face. 

"What are you doing alone here?" She questioned me. It made my face turn red because of the previous incident that happened in his office. 

"I--I was about to go back to work," I said in my straddled voice while looking at her. 

"You can work later. Come with me" she walked towards me taking my hand she started taking me towards his office. I didn't want to go back to his office. 

"Jane I have some important work to do," I said while trying to stop her but she was in no mood to listen to me. 

"Did you have your lunch?" she asked me before I could say anything more. I don't want to go to his office. 

"No," I said with slumped shoulders when we were almost in front of his office. 

"Good, then we can go out for lunch. It's been ages since we had lunch together" she said in her delighted voice while turning her head to look at me.  She had a beaming smile on her face and I couldn't refuse to do it. I gave her a small nod. When we walked inside I saw Nina and him talking with each other but they stopped talking when they saw me. His eyes remained fixed on me as we walked in. 

"Why did you run away without even saying hello? It seems like you have forgotten us," Nina asked with narrowed eyes while looking at me. 

"N--no I haven't. I just remembered that I need to send some important emails" I made up a thing in nervousness so she could stop her from looking at me like that. She laughed listening to my excuse. It made me even more nervous. She knew I was making it up. 

"Isn't she cute?" Nina said while averting her eyes from me to Mr Addams. 

"Why do you think I stole her in the first place," he said in his deep voice while looking straight into my eyes. A smirk played on his face. It made my face turn red. I still glared at him for what he was going to do to me. But he puckered his lips as if mocking me. I clenched my jaw and glared at him. 

"Nina let's go, we are hungry," Jane said while nudging my shoulder. I stopped glaring at him and moved my head in yes. 

"Yes, let's go. I'm hungry too" she said while standing up. He too stood up and buttoned his jacket. 

"Let's go," he said in his deep voice, making me poke my elbow to signal Jane that I don't want him to come with us. Jane understood my signal. 

"You are not coming with us mister," Jane said, making him look at us with furrowed eyes. 

"Yes, we are going to have girls talk over lunch and men are not allowed" Nina joined in with a big grin on her face as if she understood that I didn't want him to join. 

"You guys are ditching me," he said in disbelief with his grim face. 

"Yes," both the girls said with a grin on their faces. 

"Oh let me remind you something. You came here so we three could have lunch together" he taunted both of them with his forest green eyes looking at them accusingly. 

"Change in plan. Eat your lunch alone. Don't keep crying like the kid you are just because we didn't take you with us" Nina said mischievously and blew him a kiss, making him sulk at us. We soon left my office once I took my bag. 

"Where are we going," I asked them once we were seated in the car. Nina was driving with Jane seated beside her and I sat at the back. 

"We are going to Villin's" she declared as she roared the engine. 

"That place is good. But you know what's more good,'' Jane said while looking at me through a rearview mirror with a smirk on her face. 

"The chef there is too hot to handle. I bet food gets cooked on its own because of its hotness,'' Jane said while fanning herself. 

"Really," I asked in astonishment with raised eyebrows. 

"Yup everyone who works there is hot. It's an all-male staff restaurant and that's the reason why I love to go there" Nina said with a grin on her face. I was excited to go to this place now. 

''We will pick Ava up on our way and then go there," Nina said while taking turns. I was delighted to know Ava was coming too. It felt like we were going to have a blast at lunch. Soon we picked her up and then went to a restaurant. Our seat was reserved so a waiter guided us to it. 

"Look at him. Don't you think he is hot" Ava said while nudging me towards the open kitchen where we could see all the hot chefs working. His hotness matches Skyler's. Where did that thought come from? I swallowed hard. 

"Yes he is smoking hot" I blurted out without realising it as my eyes remained fixed on him. Everyone went silent and when I looked at them they were looking at me with surprised faces. 

"What," I asked while blinking my eyes and it made them burst out laughing. That's when I recalled what I said made my cheeks turn red. 

"Don't you think girls if women started to work here it would be so hard for her to work with all these smoking hot men around her?" Nina asked us as she jiggled her eyebrows while looking at me using the word I said. 

"If she wants to work here she needs to disguise herself as a man to work here," Ava said, making us look at her in surprise. 

"Why?" I questioned with furrowed brows. 

"Because that smoking hot chef doesn't allow women to enter his kitchen," she said while gesturing towards the head chef of the restaurant. 

"Is he a misogynist?" Jane asked, wrinkling her nose in dislike. 

"I don't know. Maybe he has his reasons" Ava said while shrugging her shoulders. We all nodded our heads in understanding. People do have their beliefs and rules when it comes to their business. We can't judge them just because they have different approaches to their work. 

"But don't you think it would be so thrilling to work here in the disguise of a man? It would be a blast in the locker room every day" Nina said, making us all laugh in agreement to it. We soon ordered our food. Until our food came we were talking about the charity event hosted by Milliers cooperation that we attended last week ago. We were teasing Jane because she got drunk and called Zanvil Gay. After all, he kept on puncturing her plan of seducing him. It was on that day when Jack proposed to Nina too. So many things happened that day. We kept laughing while recalling that day. 

"Guys sorry for being late" we heard a familiar voice which made us look at him. Matt walked towards us and took his set. It was a surprise for me. It felt like we were having a small get-together. 

"What took you so long,?" Nina asked while sipping on her mocktail. 

"Work, my boss was not letting me go" he exclaimed as he took his seat. 

"How are you?" I asked him with a smile on my face. 

"I'm great, how are you," he asked me while keeping his bag away. 

"Good," I said while sipping my drink. 

"I'm thirsty, let me order something first," he said and looked to the side to calm the waiter but stopped in the middle. 

"Am I in heaven?" he asked, looking at the open kitchen making us chuckle at his question. Soon our food arrived and it tasted so good. We had lots of fun while eating our food. 

"Listen, girls, I have something for you," Matt said when he was done eating his last bit. We looked at him waiting for him to speak. 

"As you all know you ladies are my lucky charms. Only because of you I got the contact at a top fashion company," he said while looking at us, making us grin at him. We denied it saying it was his hard work that's what made him get the contact. 

"There is going to be a competition in the Bahamas this weekend. The company will pay for all the expenses of travelling and staying. Would you guys like to model for me again?" He asked with hopeful eyes. We all looked at each other and then at him. He was looking so hopeful at us. We didn't have the heart to break it. 

"Yea we will," I said after everyone nodded in yes. He gasped in happiness. 

"Thank you so much, guys," he said with a big grin on his face. I felt a mixture of feelings inside me about going there. I was excited about all this. 

"Bahamas it's going to be fun"
