I was wide awake. Luke would be here to make sure I'm up any second now, but I have been up for hours. I was dreading this day. My plan was too stay back in the shadows during this training session. I decided to get up before He came to get me. It was going to be about 80 degrees outside while training but I didnt want to show my scars so I choose back leggings and a lose fitting sweatshirt. I opened the door and as if on cue Luke walked into the hallway as if he was coming to get me, but when he saw me he turning into his office trying to play it off. I lowered my head and walked past his office not really playing attention until I ran into Jake. I fell backwards in front of the office door, I didn't pick up my head to look at the panicked Luke running towards me. Jake didn't fall over from our collision because he's built like a rock. Out of the corner of my eye I see Jake hold up a hand telling Luke to stop I flinched back slightly.

"Where are you going?" Jake asked in his deep scary voice. I shivered a little, from the coldness of the hardwood floor and in fear of what he might do to me. I shook my head saying no, I didn't trust my voice. "I asked for answer." He said a little more forceful taking a step towards me. I panicked and scooted back till I hit a wall.

"D-do-down stairs, to go to the garden, master." I managed to get out, tears were running down my face.

"Why were you going to the garden? Aren't you supposed to be training?" He said taking another step forward, making me push myself into the wall.

"To c-calm down before t-t-training, master." I was full blown crying and shaking. All I could think about was all the punches and kicks thrown my way when I cried, I started shivering more and I tried to hold in my tears more which resulted in weird hiccups coming out of my mouth. He nodded his head before walking into Luke's office and shutting the door. Once the door was shut I let all my tears out, and I didnt hold back the shivering. After five minutes or so I managed to stand up on my shaky legs and get down the stairs to the garden.

Luke's POV

"What the hell was that!" I yell at Jake as soon as Sky went down stairs.

"That was me showing you what I mean about her behavior!" He yelled back pushing me down into my chair. "Now you saw first hand what I mean. She had to been taken captured, no way would she be treated that way by her parents. Who ever had her she had to call them master and she defiantly wasn't treated like a princess." He said pacing the room. "I'm alright with her being scared of me, I can handle it, that's why I did that. You can be the one to break down her walls and I'll be the fear she gets over and conquers. Now go train KC and observe Sky, watch how she acts, I'm sure you'll learn a lot." He finished walking away from me and leaving my office.

I took a minute to compose myself before walking out of my office. I went across the hall and knocked on KC's door. She answered the door already in her training gear, which consisted of a sports bra, and spandex shorts. I wouldn't let her go out in public in that outfit but considering how hot it was going to be out side I would let her outfit slide.

"Go get Sky she is in the garden and meet me out back, and be careful Sky got a little shaken up this morning so just be cautious." KC gave me a weird look but nodded her head anyways before running to go get Sky.

"Now we will start this training session with a run through the woods. You will run to the small lake and back. I want you to try and stay with in sight of each other." I said in a stern voice, I saw Sky flinch out of the corner of my eye. KC nodded and started at a slow pace to see how well Sky would keep up and what surprised me was the pace Sky set was much faster than KC's. Probably because she doesn't know how far away the pond is. It's about a 2 mile run there and 2 miles back. Surprisingly after only 33 minutes Sky came running back through the woods towards me. KC was about 100 yards behind her. When she was finished she was winded but still able to stand meanwhile when KC finished she fell over and almost passed out. I nodded in approval at Sky, I almost saw a small ghost smile on her face but it was gone just as fast as it came. After KC recovered I had my men set up punching bags for us to practice on. "Now when you throw a punch you have to put you whole body into the punch but also me ready to move you r weight to punch with your other hand, like this." I say as I throw a hard right handed punch into the punching bag and then coming around a second later with a left handed punch. I watched Sky while I demonstrated and it seemed like she was lost in a memory. After an hour or so of KC throwing punches into the bag and Sky only doing it when I sent her a glare I decided it was time for KC to get her ass beat by one of my men.

"Mike! Up front now!" I yelled at the group of my men. Mike quickly made his way to the front. "I want you to fight KC. First one to tap loses." I said drawing a big circle in the ground. They both walked into the circle and got into a fighting stance. Mike has always been my go to guy when my new trainees are being to cocky. He knows to let them get a few punches in and then put them on their ass. "Fight!"

KC threw the first punch, hit Mike right in the nose, it was bleeding pretty good, but I've hit him harder. He let her throw a few more punches before punching her in the cheek and swiping her legs out from under her, and pining her by her neck. She would have been dead had he wanted to kill her. She quickly tapped out and he released her. Sky was slightly trembling in the corner but not as bad as I thought.

"That is enough for today, KC, Mike, go to see the doctor and Ice the bruises. The rest of you clean up this mess and then you are dismissed. Sky why dont you go clean yourself up a little." I got a lot of yes sirs and the sky nodded her head and everyone left. I had my work cut out for me with Sky.
