You know you are having a good time when you don't even know where all the time is going. You forgot the track and when you realise how many days have passed you shock yourself.

That's what Taehyung is feeling.  He has felt so happy this past week. He couldn't ask for anything else because this is the happiest he has been. Jeongguk,this boy would be the death of Taehyung because no one makes him as happy as Jeongguk does. They have been at the peak of their relationship and it doesn't go any down from that.

Staying at each other's places,going out for dinner and always having it together no matter what. Kissing and touching without any shame or regret because they are all that they have right now. No one is there to stop them or become a hurdle in their relationship.

After the storm that lasted years…it's finally calm now. It is a cold breeze that hits your face softly,flowing your hair out of your face and making the warm sunshine hit your face. It feels good. Everyday feels like a date to them, they don't get tired of each other at all.

They even went over to Jeongguk’s mother house and met with her again. She was mad at Taehyung first and very rude to him. Jeongguk tried to defend Taehyung but Taehyung just stopped him and took Jeongguk's mother to another room where they talked. Jeongguk has no idea what went in that room and what did Taehyung tell her because they were inside that room for a whole hour. Jaewon almost convinced his brother to go inside in case his mother did something to Taehyung.

The second they came out,his mother was wiping her tears and just so happy. He has never been so confused in his life. When he asked Taehyung what he said to her.

"I love you" Taehyung said to him.  Kissing Jeongguk on his forehead and linking their arms together,dragging him back to the living room.

Yeah,The rest of the night went so smoothly and Jeongguk just never asked him again because whatever happened…it's all good now so he shouldn't worry. It has been a really good few days.

Taehyung decided he wanted to throw Jeongguk a small party at his penthouse and invite everyone Jeongguk loves and his own friends. Jeongguk was meaning to throw one at his own home so he can meet everyone he's been wanting to meet but Taehyung suggested he should let him do it and it took a lot of convincing to make him agree.

He had contacted all of his connections to make this party the best. His whole place was decorated so nicely with lights and balloons. There was even a mini bar which he hired a bartender from,thanks to Jin he found a good one. He ordered the food in large amounts so it would be a feast from Jeongguk's favourite restaurant. Made sure to invite everyone,he even made a list so he won't forget.

Everything was coming to its place and once everything was ready it was the day. Taehyung's friends were the first ones to show up as they came early to help Taehyung. Incase He needs something. Hour went by and everyone was coming in.

Putting on his pearl earring,Making sure it looks pretty on him. Taking even the pearl necklace that Jeongguk gifted him recently for no reason at all. He took it because  Jeongguk's eyes were literally sparkling when he gave him that and he didn't want to upset him and make him lose the shine.

"Hey Jimin,can you help me put this necklace on?" Taehyung asked his best friend who was the only one in the room.

"Ofcourse give me it" Taehyung handed him the necklace and stood there,Jimin came towards him putting the necklace around his neck and closing it.

"You look really pretty,Taehyung. Jeongguk would love the party. Everything looks amazing outside and many people are already here. I am glad you only invited People who mean something to Jeongguk" Jimin complimented him,Finally closed the necklace from behind.

Taehyung smiled,admiring himself in the mirror. He did look really pretty and delicate. Which is very unlike him and his character. He wanted to change for today because he wants to come as approachable instead of intimidating. He also wants Jeongguk to call him pretty because his heart flutters so much when that happens.

"Let's go out now,You are the host, you should be out when your guests are all here. Even Jeongguk has been asking for you" Jimin added,Taehyung quickly got up.

"Why did you tell me,Jeongguk is already here too?? Let's go. I wanted to be the first one to greet him" Taehyung dashed towards his door,opening it and going outside with Jimin following him.

He was met with so many people, He nodded to the few who gave him smiles and waves. His eyes fell on Jin,Yoongi and Namjoon sitting together in the mini bar,laughing about something. He decided to greet them first.

Jimin was faster than him and quickly hugged his tall boyfriend. Namjoon pecked Jimin’s lip,wrapping his hands around Jimin's waist. Taehyung approached them and just stared at how clingy they were.

"You guys make me jealous. Hi, Jin,Yoongi and Namjoon hyung. Thank you for coming. I am really glad all of you showed up" Taehyung greeted them with a big smile. Jin put his hand on Taehyung's shoulder.

"How could we miss this great party you threw for Jeonggukie?" Jin said to him.

"Yeah,You would have fired me if I didn't come" Yoongi mentioned,taking another sip of his cocktail. Taehyung rolled his eyes,chuckling.

"No,seriously it's a great party. Everything is perfect,especially this bar. It's nice to see everything back to its real deserving place" He knew he was referring to his and Jeongguk’s relationship.

"Thanks hyung. It was about time, I was getting too lonely anyway because Jimin never shuts up about all the adventures you guys go to,all jokes aside I am glad he found you,he has become less insufferable" Taehyung joked around,making Jimin punch his arm playfully.

"I hate you but you are right,dick does wonder to you" Jimin responded,Namjoon glared at him. "Jiminie" He warned.

Jimin laughed,falling on his boyfriend. "Sorry sorry I love teasing you" He kissed Namjoon's nose. Making his dimples pop out.

"Ok,I am not going to watch this PDA. You guys watch them and don't let them fuck in my room. I will go check on my other guests,See you" Taehyung left the couple with Jin and Yoongi who already looked really tired of them.

"Yes boss" Yoongi replied,Taehyung chuckled and bid goodbyes with them.

He walked through the crowd to find more familiar faces,even though most faces were familiar, just some faces that only Jeongguk knows and not him.

Accidentally bumping into a man because he was too busy looking for Jeongguk actually. Looking up to see a rather familiar man.

"I am sorry oh my god- wait I know you,you are Jeongguk's friend what was your name,I know wait" Taehyung said to the handsome man who just chuckled,watching Taehyung think.

"I would be offended if you forgot me,Taehyung-sshi because we have more history than me just being one of Jeongguk's university friends" The familiar handsome man mentioned. That suddenly clicked something in Taehyung's brain.

"Eunwoo!! Cha Eunwoo,Right?"

"Ding ding ding" He imitated the bell,telling him he was correct.

"Oh my god,Hi my bad forgetting since you are right we do have more history than that but I hope we are good now though?" He questioned him.

"Ofcourse, a lot of time has passed. It's all in the past,I…even have a boyfriend now" He mentioned shyly,A genuine smile on his face.

It made Taehyung feel happy for the man even though they barely know each other. "Oh,that is amazing. I am so happy for you,You should introduce me to your boyfriend- oh and also have you seen Jeongguk I am actually trying to find him" Taehyung asked the other boy who chuckled and then nodded his head.

"Ofcourse,I was actually just going there" He pointed to the other side where he saw a lot of familiar faces,including Jeongguk's. "There are both of our men. Let's go, you can meet the rest too" He was talking about Jeongguk's other university friends.

Eunwoo led the way,Making it through the crowd to the other side where everyone was sitting on the couches.

He saw Jeongguk friends all sitting around each other and an unfamiliar man who he assumed might be Eunwoo's boyfriend and finally Jeongguk who looked starstruck the second his eyes fell on the boy.

The younger boy immediately got up and dashed towards Taehyung, Taking him into his embrace. Wrapping his arms tightly around Taehyung's waist,Who was taken back. He hugged him back with a bigger smile.  "I was looking for you everywhere in this room"

"I know,sorry I just came out of my room"

Jeongguk pulled away,His hands resting on Taehyung’s waist. Eyes scanning him up and down shamelessly. The pearl boy raised his eyebrow at him in curiosity.

"You look so pretty,I felt the air knock out of my chest the second I saw you. These pearl accessories compliment your honey skin so much,baby. I knew these would look great on you" He complimented him, he giggled at how cute the younger one was being and pecked his lips softly.

"Thank you,handsome. You look hotter than me,this silk shirt showing off your chest like that. You should button up this is dangerous" He complimented him,ogling at his chest. "It's all yours anyway baby"

"You guys are disgustingly cute" Another girly voice came from the side. Making both of them snap their heads to look at the person.

"She's right,I think they forgot we are even here" Yugyeom said,agreeing with his Fiance. "Can't believe you left me for a man, Gukkie" Yugyeom joked around.

"You are literally engaged." Jeongguk said,Rolling his eyes. Taehyung pushed Jeongguk away,shocked by the news. Going to the engaged couple.

"Hi,Oh my god. You guys are engaged?" Taehyung asked as Jiyoon offered him her hand so he could look at her ring. It was a diamond ring and it was so pretty.

"Yes,He finally proposed after 6 years of us dating and me throwing signs that I want to get married. It's pretty right?" Jiyoon asked him.

"Really pretty,Congratulations, invite me to your guys' marriage" He left her hand,Really happy for them.

"It's amazing you guys all found someone" He looked at Jeongguk’s one friend left.

"What about you…um Mingyu? Yeah" Taehyung asked and the whole group suddenly started to laugh.

He was confused by why they were all laughing and Mingyu was just hiding his face. "Did I miss something?" He asked Jeongguk who shook his head.

"No baby,Let's just say Mingyu is still very very single"

"He is going to die single at this point"

"He will marry himself,don't worry guys" His friends joked around,laughter erupting at the table and Taehyung felt bad for laughing.

"Fuck all of you guys. I did date someone but we broke up last year. It's not my fault no one handles ass fat as mine." He tried to shrug it off.

"It's alright. I understand,you know I have many single buddies so I will hook you up with someone" Taehyung said to him. putting his shoulder.

"Thank you Hyung. You are my only real friend now,I'm dumping all these fake hoes" He gave them a middle finger and put his head on Taehyung's shoulder,jokingly.

Jeongguk put his arms on Taehyung's waist and pulled him towards himself. "Now don't go and take my man,I hardly just got him back" He was being possessive.

"That did shock me honestly. I really thought you and Taehyung were done for real this time. It's been 5 years you know but you guys find each other again. I want something like this. Just don't hurt my best friend again" Mingyu commented on them.

He glanced at Jeongguk, giving him these lovey dovey eyes. They really did make it after so many hardships they are finally together.  "Thank you, I wouldn't even dream of that," Taehyung answered.

"I am more shocked at how Taehyung got so much more handsome than the last time we saw him. I thought people get old when they reach their 30s but you look maximum 25" Jiyoon added,lightening the mood.

"I was thinking the exact same thing. You have to be a vampire" Eunwoo backed her up.

"He looks like a dilf now" Mingyu said,Making Taehyung raise his eyebrow. "What is a dilf?"

"Oh my poor child" Yugyeom answered, making others laugh. He really doesn't get younger people's humour, maybe he is getting old.

"It means Dad I wanna fuck." Jeongguk told him.

"Why would you want to fuck a dad? I am not a dad?" Taehyung asked him,Jeongguk smiled at how cute he was.

"You usually call someone a dilf when they look really mature and hot. Doesn't matter dad or not like you are really smashable" Jeongguk was giving him these dangerous eyes and he was trying so hard to not get turned on right now.

"Please don't start eye fucking eachother again"

"Not my fault,he is so hot. It's hard to control myself when I have someone as hot as him by my side." Jeongguk kissed Taehyung’ neck ,making Taehyung move back a bit. Surprised by the action.

The conversation continued with laughs and banter being thrown around the table. With people going out and others joining in the conversation,the whole table was lively all the time. They even played some party games and had lots of fun as the night went by. The sweetest part was Jeongguk’s arm stayed on his waist the entire time,with sneaky kisses in between. He was clingy and Taehyung absolutely loved it. This is all he ever wanted.

The night was coming to an end and some people even left,the main people which were Jeongguk’s family,his friends and Taehyung’s friends were all still here. Taehyung saw Jimin coming towards him and just nodded. The signal, Taehyung quickly looked at Jeongguk and intertwined his hands with the younger’s. Jeongguk gave him a puzzled look.

“Everything okay?”

“I have prepared something special for you,so follow me” Taehyung said loudly.

he doesn't want to hide and he could already hear others cheering and giving them endearing eyes. Jeongguk was still confused, so he stood up and let Taehyung drag him to supposedly the balcony. He took a key out and opened the balcony door. “And here I was wondering why the balcony was locked when I was looking for you earlier.” Jeongguk said to him.

“Yeah,I didn't want anyone seeing this before you. I feel like the balcony has been kind of our thing you know what i mean? Come on let's go inside” Taehyung opened the door and Jeongguk went ahead,walking into the open air.  Leaving the door open so others can glance.

This balcony was bigger than the normal balconies because This is a penthouse,everything here is better than normal. The way Taehyung decorated it for Jeongguk was amazing. The glass railing were draped with fairy lights,with big lilacs and blue flowers on the handle of the railing. The whole ground was covered with lilac petals,it looked like it rained flowers here. There was a big heart made up of flowers, which looked so extravagant. There were flowers everywhere; it looked like he was in some kind of magical garden. There were candles on the floor in a heart shape with a big space between them.

He glanced at Jeongguk and saw the boy with his jaw on the floor,his doe eyes lightened and fully wide in shock. He let out surprised giggles. “What the fuck Taehyung,this place looks so beautiful,i love how good it smells and this is so beautiful” He was rambling.

“I decorated it all myself, I told the party planner to leave this for me because I wanted to make it special for you, except the heart of flowers though,I ordered it. I am glad you liked it” Taehyung gave him a smile back,taking his hands once again.

“I loved it,no way you did this, it is so amazing thank you but what is it for? This all grand gesture” He asked Taehyung, who just dragged him in the middle of the candle heart so they were standing in front of it.

“Jeon Jeongguk”

“Kim Taehyung”

“Stop,im trying to be serious” He pushed his shoulder playfully, Jeongguk nose scrunched as he smiled,apologising for interrupting. Taehyung took a deep breath and started again.

“Jeongguk, I feel like I have been meaning to ask you this question but I just couldn't find the perfect time. That is why i convinced you so much to let me through this party where everyone you and i is there. So they can witness us” He took both of his hands in his own and squeezed them,looking down.

“I wanted to start with the fact that I am not a good person. I have done stuff i don't even know if god would forgive me for it, I have made so many mistakes and hurt so many people,i have blood on hands jeongguk, I don't know when this empire will crumble on me but i know i can survive it as long as i am with you. I am telling you all this because I want you to know my past and my present will always be a part of me. I c-can't promise I will always be sane,I might have panic attacks and sometimes I might act out because o-of my disorder. I am not an easy person to date” Taehyung stuttered a bit when it came to his disorder because it is a sensitive topic.

Jeongguk just squeezed hands instead of responding because he knows Taehyung isn't finished and he still wants to comfort him.

"It's your decision if you want to be with me but I have made my decision. I won't push you away anymore,instead of that let's be each other's strengths because we both will make mistakes and it's best if we learn together. I do love you so much that I don't know how to put it in words. When I wake up I want to see your face and when I sleep I want you to be the last thing I see. I want us to have every meal together. I want to make you food and go out with you,be a normal couple even if it is just for a few hours. I want to show you off to the world so everyone knows that after all the hardships we went through you are finally mine. I want to kiss you,I want to kiss you everywhere,just mark you so everyone can see you are taken by me." His words are just flowing.

Looking at Jeongguk with such an endearing look in his eyes,his burrows furrowed and it was so obvious how much he loved him. Jeongguk mumbled 'love you too' under his breath once again, not wanting to interrupt this beautiful moment. He was trying not to cry but it was so hard not to. They were both crying.

"All I'm trying to say is,I am a challenge, it will be very hard but I want to spend my entire life with you. I can promise you one thing,that is that my love for you will always stay and continue to grow more and more every passing day. So that's why Jeon Jeongguk,do you accept me as the mess I am and turn around?" Taehyung asked Jeongguk and He was confused for a second.

He turned around and faced the city…there was nothing. Then Taehyung pointed to the night sky. His eyes looked at the sky and he saw drones that were spelling out something.

Will You Marry Me?

His eyes widened in shock as he felt his heart stop for a split second. It was too difficult to swallow. Slowly turned back around towards Taehyung and he saw him bend down on one knee,With a ring in his hands,looking at him like he is his entire world.

The ground sparklers also went off around them and he didn't know they were there. Making it the perfect magical moment. He was sobbing uncontrollably.

"I know we didn't even get back together but I know I don't want anyone else besides you to put a ring on my finger so Jeon Jeongguk will you do the honour of making me the luckiest man alive and marry me?" He finally asked him the real question.

"Yes,Yes fuck Yes I will marry you,I cannot believe this" His hands was in Taehyung’s palm,puting on the ring on his finger. The more he looks at the ring the more he can't believe it.

He was so in dreamy daze he didn't even hear his friends and family clapping and cheering for them as everyone was kind off looking at what was going on and almost everyone saw the drones in the sky. He mouthed a thank you to them and looked back at Taehyung,taking him in a hug.

“I really wasn't expecting it,I thought you were going to ask me to be your boyfriend,not fiancé…it even sounds so shocking saying,fiance,you are my fiancé ” He pulled away from the hug,he was smiling so much his cheeks were hurting.

“I know,I can't believe you said yes” Taehyung said to him. Jeongguk looked at him like are you serious?

“There's no way I would have rejected you. You are the man of my dreams,Taehyung. I want you to know I accept you and your past,you have been through a lot,we have been through a lot and there is no one else I would want to give me strength because only you can provide me with that. I love you so much,Taehyung. I would be absolutely crushed if someone that is not me is waking up by your side doing all the things you said you wanna do with me. I would rather have the whole world crumble in front of me before I let you go,so dont worry about anything because you are mine now and i am yours” He ended his little speech with a kiss.

He has never kissed him back this fast. Their lips fit perfectly with each other, moving them softly ,his hands making their way to Taehyung’s waist. Pulling him closer as the kiss deepened. Taehyung could feel his whole body melting because of the intense emotions he was feeling.

Since forever he thought he was unloveable and that no one would give him the feelings of real love but then came to Jeon Jeongguk and changed the whole trajectory of his life. He showed him that loving is easy but giving the same feelings back and going through the intense emotions all at once,while being true to yourself isn't easy. The heartbreak when they are away from you and are with someone else isn't easy.

It's never easy when they become all you think about. Love is a curse that could only be changed if the right person is in your life. That's what Jeongguk is to Taehyung,he is his heartbreaker,his lover,he has bewitched him and without Jeongguk Taehyung is nothing,vice versa. Love isn't for the weak,it's for those who can handle it and with Jeongguk by his side, Taehyung can do anything.
