(A/N: Jeongguk is wearing this iconic outfit from sowooza concert later at the bar scene)

This might be the dumbest decision Jeongguk ever made. Walking into this park to meet someone who he knows for only a day. He doesn't even know why he agreed when the other person asked him to meet him here. He could literally kill him and bury his body here in this park and no one would know. Yeah he really isn't the smartest at times.

The warm breeze hitting his soft skin. All the trees were rustling at the same pace,the weather was so pretty today that's for sure. The sun was out but it wasn't too hot or too cold, just perfect weather to go out. He sighed as he looked around trying to find the person he is here for.

Suddenly feeling a hand on his shoulder,making him flinch. Immediately turning around to see the man he was waiting for. His eyes fell on his body and he wasn't wearing a suit surprisingly. He was wearing loose jeans with his white shirt tucked inside the jeans. He couldn't help but stare because this man is pretty buff now he is seeing him without multiple layers on top of him.

"Looking for me?"

"Yeah,you look...young" Jeongguk commented. Making Yamane laugh,he walked over to the bench nearby and sat down,making Jeongguk follow him and sit down next to him,still keeping a distance between them.

"Thanks,i dressed to impress so i'm glad you noticed,you look gorgeous as usual" The younger boy was now regretting his decision to come.

"Thanks? Why are you still flirting with me? I have a boyfriend you know that right" he reminded him. Yamane snickered at the mention.

"Yet you are still here with me" He responded, making Jeongguk gasp.

"Wow,I can't believe you just said that. I have no intention of leading you on, sir I hope you know that. I am very much in love with no boyfriend and I only came here because I had a nice chat with you yesterday and I wanted to be friends with you." Jeongguk felt offended because he couldn't believe he think he would cheat on Taehyung with him.

"Hey relax,I'm kidding. I know you are very in love with your precious boyfriend but I am just saying you know. Tell me where your boyfriend is right now? did he contact you after your fight with him?" He asked the younger one,who looked down at his lap. Fiddling with his fingers.

"He's a very busy so he didn't had time to contact me-"

"Didn't have time to contact his boyfriend? Isn't that a bit weird for you. Don't know about you but no matter how busy I am I actually call or even just text my loved ones once a day. Especially if we are in a fight,does he really love you too if he isn't bothering to check up on you after a fight?" Jeongguk hates the fact that this man is actually making sense.

He doesn't know what to respond with. Picking up his phone to see if he missed any calls or texts from Taehyung but there was nothing on the lockscreen. A wrenching feeling inside his chest.

He doesn't like this at all. He doesn't want to fight with Taehyung. It's like someone is tugging on his heart very roughly. The nails going deep inside the skin,The blood symbolising his undying love for the man. Oh lord, how long can he go on like this?

"You have no right to assume our relationship and how we handle it. We are perfectly fine and he would contact me-" Jeongguk's voice was interrupted by his phone vibrating.

Immediately picking up and seeing a text. His eyes lit as a grin replaced the smile on his face. The earlier tugging stopped and he felt like he could breathe properly.

"He texted me. He cares about me, that's why I told you to not assume something you don't know anything about" Jeongguk shoved his phone screen into Yamane's face.

The other guy looked at the phone and his face fell. Clicking his tongue in annoyance as he looked away. "Go ahead text him back"

He didn't need his permission to text Taehyung back. He unlocked his phone and texted him back.

Taehyung,how are you? you didn't text me all day I was getting worried are you okay?

I am good. I am going to Japan so I wanted to tell you beforehand.

Japan??? why?? for what? for how many days

Jeongguk turned off his phone afterwards. He tried to force a smile on his face but it was a bit hard. It's too obvious Taehyung lied because no matter how busy he is,he always responds...better,this bland and not very interested in Jeongguk at all.

On the other side,Yamane was looking through all of this. How Jeongguk's facial expressions changed from very happy to feeling like he got hit with a brick. He isn't very good at hiding his emotions,you can read him like an open book.

"So...how did it go?" He was rubbing salt in his wounds and he very much acknowledged it.

"Good,went great actually. I should get going now. I have to go back to Mi Casa for my job. Why don't you come watch me sing on the weekend. You can meet Taehyung too while you are it"

"Sounds great. Would love to see my competition see you there on weekend,Jeongguk'' He got up from the bench and patted Jeongguk's head multiple times before walking away.

He was glad the other man went away because he was scared he would break out of character if he didn't. He took out his phone again,texting Taehyung once again because he doesn't even know why he told Yamane Taehyung would meet him when he doesn't even know if Taehyung would be back from Japan till then.

That made him smile a bit. It felt a lot better than their previous conversation. This felt like Taehyung actually cared about Jeongguk and it made him feel validated.

He got up from the bench too and head out of the park. He has no business being here anymore and also he needs to do rehersals for his show. Also find a cute outfit for Taehyung to see him in when he comes back.

Weekend came by so quickly without even realising it. It felt like it was the start of week just yesterday. Guess this is what happens when you are too busy to even notice what day it is today.

Entering the bar the second it hit 8pm. Walking inside with his black boots tapping on the floor,making his way in. He could feel stares at him from the back of his head. Can't blame them he looks amazing tonight.

Putting in extra effort as he was wearing a full black outfit. A black t-shirt tucked into black pants. Wearing a black overshirt that had cutouts all over it,showcasing his tattooed arm through it. Giving like a tease. His hair slicked back with the help or gel and some chains around his neck.

A little makeup on his face and he looked like he was ready to perform in a boy band any moment now. That could have been nice but he's going to keep it lowkey to only a bar performance right now.

"Fuck Jeongguk,you look hot as fuck and you want me to not flirt with you...you make it hard when you look like this" He traced his finger on Jeongguk's face.

The younger moved back,chuckling. Not wanting a man who is not his boyfriend touching him. "Thank you but still doesn't mean you can flirt with me. I dressed for my boyfriend. I am finally seeing him today. If you see him around do tell me"

"I don't know what he looks like?" Yamane asked Jeongguk.

"He would be the most handsome man in the room the second he walks in and I am really not joking at all" Jeongguk chuckled at the man,patting his shoulder as he made his way to the stage.

Checking in to see If all the equipment are ready and working. Turning on the music system and the mic. Going close to the mic as he grabbed it.

"Hello,I am back once again. Your one and only. Tonight I am going to sing a very special song for a very special person" Jeongguk told them,making some of the people in audience perk up their heads in interest and cheer Jeongguk on. He heard the bar door open and he saw the man he was waiting for enter the bar.

Their eyes meeting the second he came inside. A smile taking its place to Jeongguk's lips. Feeling like his whole world stopping when their locked eye contact. The man who keeps him up at night now taking a seat. He looked so handsome. A bit tired but still very handsome. Wearing a beige colored suit but instead of normal length coat he had a long coat on.

Giving off very intimidating and mysterious vibes. He really looked amazing but question is when does he not.

"This person is someone I love so much. They have been with me and my days have just gotten better. I love them so much and I want them to know if I could spend all my lifes with them,I would do it again and again. I'm singing Moonlight by chase atlantic, Taehyung my love this is for you" He winked straight at the boy,who smiled softly at Jeongguk.

the little red color forming on his cheeks,making Jeongguk laugh. He can make a grown man like Taehyung blush and here he was doubting himself. It felt nice to have this little moment with him after they have been kind of in middle of a fight. There is alot of uncleared air inbetween them so he hopes they can solve that after this.

"Busy on the weekend,caught up in your own small world~ well I might wanna see it then. Call it hesitation,boy~ We're running in the moonlight" Jeongguk sang the first few verses.

He changed the pronouns and the 'girl' to 'boy' because this is for Taehyung after all. "We're dancing in the open waves~ You're hangin' for a good time, Something that'll make you stay" He just wants to look at Taehyung throughout this whole song but he has to engage with audience too.

"And boy, you fall down again,You tell me you're all out again. We're running in the moonlight,Could you show me the way again?" Raising his eyebrow at the handsome fellow,smirking at him. He was bopping his head to the music,ready to sing again.

"You're talking in and out of the subject, Just call me when you're finished, are you done yet, boy?" He sang the lyrics,hoping this song will help me convey his feelings right now. He hopes Taehyung understands what he is trying to say.

"You're falling in and out through a sunset, And I just wanna know if you're in love yet boy" Singing softly,His angelic voice making everyone weak in their knees.

The nature of it all" He singing so passionately,putting his whole soul into singing this song. He saw Taehyung looking down at his lap,thinking.

Once again singing the pre chorus and the chorus. Looking around the bar,his eyes finally falling on the boy who he forgot existed In last 2 minutes. Yamane was sitting just some few seats away from Taehyung. They both hadn't acknowledged eachother presence yet....atleast Taehyung hasn't yet.

He looked pissed,there was this smug look on his face but it felt like he was mocking him in some kind of way. Jeongguk couldn't express what he looked like but he didn't looked happy. He just focused on singing the chorus.

Figured anyway because Jeongguk is pouring his heart out for Taehyung here and Yamane has to watch that. he feels like he's a bit mean for inviting Yamane to his public confession to Taehyung but he needs to know where he stands if he wants to be closer to Jeongguk. He can't lead anyone on ever again,not after what happened with him and Eunwoo.

"We're diving through the bottom of the ocean,Swimming through a bottle of emotions,boy" Grabbing the mic with both of his hands and closing his eyes. Letting the melody lead him through the bridge.

"Maybe I was thinking you would notice" Opening his eyes and pointing straight at Taehyung. "I was runnin' through the forest when I wrote this,boy" He sang the bridge in a deeper voice than he sang the rest of the song.

"And he just wants to talk through the daytime qnd I just want it all when the time's right. Yeah, she's about to fall for the third time. The nature of it all~" his voice got a bit harsher. He could feel people cheering him on more. Making feel better.

"busy on the weekend" Finally singing the last chorus of the song. Looking at no one else but Taehyung only. He is singing this for Taehyung. He is doing it all for him because he is his only motivation at this point.

Taehyung on the other hand was feeling multiple emotions inside him. He was sad,happy,angry just everything. He felt bad for being mad at Jeongguk when he knows how much younger loves him and this song helped me realise alot of things he wasn't looking at before.

Has he always been this dense. How can he be mad and jealous at Jeongguk when none of this is his fault. The younger loves him so much and he doesn't even appreciates that. He wanted to cry but tears won't come out.

Walking towards the stage,bumping by a few people as he saw Jeongguk singing last fee verses. Finally he was standing near the stairs,waiting for him to finish.

Singing the last verse and the whole bar erupted in clapping and cheers. A wide grun on Jeongguk's face from all the support. He bowed a few times, mumbling thank yous as he got off the stage. The cheering went on for solid minute. His ego was going through the roof at this point.

His gaze falling upon Taehyung who was staring at the end of the stairs. Giving him a shy smile as he walked towards him. Before he could even mutter any word he was engulfed into a hug. Taehyung's arms wrapping around Jeongguk tightly as if he is scared Jeongguk would slip away if he let's go.

Burying his face into younger's neck. Pulling closer and closer. He was too surprised to even move. This was the most intimate hug ever. He hugged him back instantly,patting his back. Having no plans to let go.

"I am so sorry for being a dick to you. You didn't deserve it. I am sorry for not replying to half of your messages ever since I have been gone. I apologise for everything" He confessed what he felt.

Jeongguk just chuckled,kissing Taehyung's neck softly. "It's alright,apology accepted. I missed you so much just seeing you made me so happy that I am not mad at all for anything. I am sorry too for pushing you to your limits. We were both at wrong and I'm glad we both apologised because being away from you sucks a lot" He giggled at what Jeongguk said. Pulling away from the hug.

He pecks Jeongguk's lips softly. He really missed kissing him. He wants to kiss him all over once they get out of here.

"You look really handsome by the way. I felt breathless when you walked inside the bar" Jeongguk grabbed his hands as he rubbed Taehyung's palm with his thumb.

"Coming from you? do you even know how illegal you look right now. Who let you be this fucking hot. I want to devour you up,want have this inked arms around my waist and doing t-"

"Ok chill we are still in public,love. Lets leave this talk to when we get home" Jeongguk cut him off immediately. Taehyung chuckled at him.

"Oh wow,Is this your boyfriend,Jeongguk?" a voice came from behind them. Making both of them turn their heads towards the man who just walked in on them.

"Yamane,Yes. This is him,my boyfriend, Kim Taehyung. Taehyungie hyung, this is Ahn Yamane a friend I met like some days ago at the bar" Jeongguk introduced both of them. He saw both of then exchanging strange glances.

"It's nice to meet you,Mr.Yamane- wait...I think we have met before haven't we ?" Taehyung asks the Japanese man who just chuckles.

"I was waiting for you to remember. Yes you did met me,last Friday when you came here looking like a shiny disco ball. We had a nice chat about your boyfriend here but now I feel embarrassed" Yamane laughed.

Taehyung let out some forced giggles too even though he was skeptical of this man because of obvious reasons now that he knows how he knows Yamane. He was talking about Jeongguk more than him on Friday and now they are suddenly friends? yeah he definitely doesn't like that.

"Wait what do you mean embarrassed? what do you mean you know eachother"

"Well Gukkie,We both met before at Friday he's right when I came here and told you NOT to come. We had a little chat and he kept on talking about how he found your voice really beautiful though i forgot to tell him a minor detail that day" His arms snakes around Jeongguk's waist,pulling him closer possessively.

"Minor?? you have shocked me,Mr Taehyung. He didn't tell me that day that you were actually his boyfriend and I just kept on going about how much I like you,I'm shocked you haven't punched me by now"

"I am not the jealous type,Mr Yamane." He mocked him.

"Your arm wrapped tightly around your darlings waist would say otherwise, Taehyung-sshi" He replied almost immediately. He scoffed at the response.

The air was getting tense. He could feel the two men putting holes into eachother just by the intense gaze they had fixated on eachother.

"Well He is my boyfriend I can hold him however I like and he doesn't mind that. Either way I love how much you admire my boyfriend and I hope it stays like that and doesn't develop into something more. you get what I am saying,right?" He was challenging him indirectly.

"Ofcourse,but no promises. Can't really help when Jeongguk is this good looking" He saw how Yamane eyes were going up and down,checking his boyfriend out.

He wanted to punch this man so bad but since he is Jeongguk's friend he doesn't want to upset Jeongguk and cause a scene at his hyung's bar.

"Anyway,we are going to go. I want to spend some time with my boyfriend as we have been apart for too long,right baby?"

"Right..yeah we will be going,Yamane. Text me if you want to hang out again" He bid goodbyes with Yamane as Taehyung practically dragged him out of the bar.

They got out of the bar as the cold air hit them. Jeongguk felt a bit more cold because honestly his choice of clothing wasn't helping him and it looked like it was going to rain any second.

Taehyung noticed how Jeongguk was shivering in the cold. He quickly took off his coat and draped it over the younger boy's shoulders. He gave him a smile when he felt the older's warmth through the coat. Grabbing his hands as they walked towards the car which was parked a bit further away because the streets were all packed because of the weekend.

"Now want to explain me what was all that?"

"What are you talking about?" Taehyung asked innocently. He rolled his eyes at the older.

"You and Yamane arguing? glaring at eachother? practically lowkey fighting over me"

"How's your head? is it okay now?" Taehyung tried to look over his head dodging the question.

"Taehyung. My head is fine,a week or two more and then I'll get the stitches out, don't worry about and answer my question" He asked once again sternly. The older man sighed.

"What do you want me to do when a man who is obviously flirting with you in front of me ha? You are my boyfriend and I don't feel comfortable hanging out with him when he clearly likes you" Taehyung put his words in the conversation.

"I have set my boundaries though. I told him that I love you and even called him today just so he can see I do have a boyfriend and I'm not lying so you don't need to worry about anything. I get your concerns if you were hanging out with a person who has a crush on you or something I'll be a bit jealous too-"

"-I'm not jealous" He cut him off,making Jeongguk laugh at him.

"Yes you are and it's alright I understand. I will just meet him again and tell him that I don't feel comfortable with being friends with him if he likes me"

"You don't have to break your friendship with him, I trust you" He put his hand around his waist,pulling him closer as they walked together. Jeongguk smiled at the sweet gesture.

"I know but I feel a bit uncomfortable too when he just keeps on flirting with me despite me bringing you up every other second so it's better if I put a distance between me and him" Jeongguk told Taehyung,making him understand the situation. Reaching their car soon.

"Mhm,whatever you think is fit for you" Taehyung smiled at him. Jeongguk went towards the passenger seat and opened the door for Taehyung to get in."Thank you,you read my mind because I really wasn't in the mood to drive. Here the keys" He handed the keys to Jeongguk who closed the door.

Walking towards the driver seat and soon getting inside to start the car. He first drove to Taehyung's apartment complex because it was just closer to the bar than His own place.

After a 25 minutes drive,That's only because of the traffic they were pulling up to the parking lot. He made sure to park in empty space as there were barely any cars in there anyway. Just a few,it was almost midnight anyway.

Taehyung grabbed Jeongguk's hands before he can get off. Intertwining their fingers as he pulled their hands towards himself and kissed Jeongguk's palm. "Sleepover at my place tonight?" He asked in his deep voice which made Jeongguk knees feel weak.

"Hyung..." He trailed.

"Please Gukkie. It's Sunday tomorrow anyway you don't have university and I just want to spend time with you" Taehyung looked at him with puppy eyes. He really was Jeongguk's weakness because he was folded. (A/N: by puppy eyes I mean tata mic face iykyk)

"Fine,let's go. I really can't resist you" Getting out of the car,Walking to Taehyung's side.

holding hands once again as they walked through the underground parking lot. Taehyung was having a great day until he felt something. A strange presence around him. Quickly turning around to see no one.

"Is everything okay?" Jeongguk asked him when Taehyung stopped in his tracks.

He was scanning the whole place to see if anyone else was there. Maybe some security guard or another residence. He has very sharp hearing because of his job so can pick on unusual stuff easily.

Suddenly hearing a gun trigger getting loaded. Eyes widened in shock as he quickly pulled Jeongguk by his arm and dragged behind the pillar. Hearing a gunshot being heard really close to them.

The older man quickly took his gun out of his jacket,loading it quickly. "Jeongguk,do NOT move from here until I say so" Taehyung warned him and the younger one just nodded. Obviously very sad but he has to listen to Taehyung.

The older man quickly came out of the cover pointing his gun straight ahead. Once again seeing no one. He looked at the pillar where the bullet was shot and it had a very low angle. Realisation came upon him.

Slowly Getting down on his knees and fully to the ground. Looking beneath the cars when his eyes met the eyes of a stranger beneath a car like 4 cars away from them. He saw the stranger's eyes going fully wide once they made eye contact. He quickly shot towards the man but his shot was a bit off hitting a car tire instead.

It gave the stranger enough time to get up from the being beneath the cat and running away. Taehyung saw the man trying to get away,He pointed his gun towards him and shot him in the leg. This time hitting straight at where it should be. The man fell on his knees onto the ground,Letting out a scream of pain.

Grinning because of how it hit right where it would hurt and he won't be able to stand up. He doesn't know if there's more.

"Jeongguk,you go upstairs to my apartment and DON'T open the door for anyone else. I'll just enter myself by entering the code. I need to handle this" Taehyung yelled so he can hear him

"What??? how can I leave you here?? Is everything okay? Is it even safe for me to go up alone. Are you okay??" He bombarded him with questions.

"Just listen to me,Guk. I will be fine I...I have shot him in the leg so he won't be able to attack,just go up please" Taehyung pleaded and Jeongguk sighed and nodded. He ran towards the entrance and went inside the building just wishing Taehyung is safe.

Meanwhile he was in the elevator. His phone suddenly vibrated because of a notification. He quickly took it out and the text message that caused it to vibrate was on the screen. He gasped when he read it.
