Running from the bar as soon as the performance was finished. Taehyung hated it,he hated it so much he wanted to cry. The impact of the guy's voice on Taehyung was a lot and it was strange,it felt nostalgic for some reason and the strangest part is he doesn't even know who that person is. This was the first time Taehyung saw that man with an angelic voice and was handsome as hell.

Nothing ever had this much impact on Taehyung for years,literally nothing. Taehyung has felt heartless since like….forever. But tonight he felt emotions he never knew he could experience again in his fucked up life. The suffocation that he felt because of the flashback he had,almost made it hard to breath.

But when he heard him sing,he never felt that relaxed and just hypnotized by his voice. This is why he hated it,he can't let someone control his emotions...not again. He has lost alot everytime he let his emotions control him,he can't lose more. He has been hurt enough.

The rain stopped a long time ago,Taehyung was now infront of his apartment that he shares with his friend,Park Jimin. He took the keys out and Opened the door with it. He got inside,closing the door with his foot.

The first thing he saw when he got in was the blond boy sitting on the couch,looking at him with a serious expression. He made him remember his dead mother.

"Taehyung you are home so late,where were you?" Jimin questioned him,worriedly.

"And you are early? Did you just spend an hour at the club?" He asked him back,not answering his question.

"When i called i was already at the club for two hours. I came home like ten minutes ago and you were nowhere to be seen. You told me an hour ago you are going to go home but you are coming home now so where were you?" Jimin first explained his side and then continued his question. Taehyung sighed,he didn't wanna tell him. He doesn't want Jimin to know about the angel he saw today.

"Nowhere Jimin,I am going to sleep" Taehyung replied,totally lifeless. Jimin scoffed and yelled his name.

"Taehyung! stop walking away from me,where were you? Are you okay? did you had a panic attack again?-" before jimin could say more,taehyung interrupted him.

"Shut the fuck up Jimin please,stop acting like my mother and mind your own business" Taehyung told him,giving him a glare. He saw Jimin looking at him with pity,he hated it. He turned around and went toward his room. He slammed the door shut,making a loud noise,leaving the older boy alone in the living room.

Taehyung knees gave up on him as he sat on the floor,his head against the door as he looked up at the ceiling. He felt his eyes filling up with tears. He is so weak. He didnt wanted to burst at Jimin but fuck he already is feeling so overwhelmed so he took it out on him.

He is a shitty friend, Jimin cares for him that's why he asked. He didn't deserve to be spoken that rudely by Taehyung. He treats Jimin like shit when that guy has always been there for him but he isn't just enough. He can't undo everything that happened. Taehyung is just ungrateful. He should be glad Jimin didn't leave his fucked up ass.

He closed his eyes because his eyelids felt heavy. His body wasn't responding to him anymore as he felt numb. He felt like he couldn't move so he just closed his eyes,tired from fighting himself and soon drifted off to sleep.

"Taehyungie,run away please your father will kill us" Taehyung's mother pleaded to him. Taehyung felt confused as his head was spinning. He saw the glassy tears falling from his mother eyes,he never saw his mother cry this hard. He is only 9 what can he do?

"mommy but I'm not going to leave you,you come with me" Taehyung said to his mother. his mother gave taehyung a heart warming smile and hugged him tightly,sobbing quietly in her son's shoulders.

But the precious moment was interrupted by a loud thud coming from the back. He saw a horrific expression on his mom's face. His mom placed a soft kiss on his forehead.

"Taehyungie,my baby,please run away as fast as you can,mommy will come to you don't worry okay" His mom said her last words as Taehyung felt being pushed away,he screamed so much but he couldn't hear it. He saw his mom just disappearing as he just went more and more farther away. He cried and cried,calling out for his mom.

Out of nowhere he was suddenly laying on the ground,he was looking up at the blue sky,the trees rustled quietly as a feeling of relaxation entered his body. He felt free. 

Hearing a beautiful melody coming from somewhere near him. It sounded really familiar,like he heard it recently somewhere. It was awfully comforting. 

"Behind the faint smile that looked at me
I will draw a beautiful purple shade
We may not be on the same page
But I want to walk this path with you" The same voice that made him sane was really near him. Taehyung never felt this good. Suddenly someone's breath fell on his neck.

"still with you" the same voice whispered in his ears. Taehyung turned around and saw the angel from the bar. He saw his bunny smile,looking at Taehyung like he was his everything. His hand extended towards Taehyung's face but before it could make contact with his face.

Just like His mother,the guy disappeared too.

Taehyung woke up in cold sweat as his breath felt heavy,he was panting and sweating at the same time. He felt breathless. He saw he was in bed now,not anymore on the floor where he passed out. Jimin probably shifted him to the bed.

The whole dream just crossed Taehyung's mind,making him gulp. The thing is,the part where his mother told him to run away,he has that dream so many times. Almost every night he dreams about his mother but the guy with angelic voice from the bar was in his dreams and he disappeared too. 

No one else ever came in the same dream as his mother,this guy was the first one and it scared him. He knows he should forget him as soon as possible because....it won't end up good if he doesn't.

Taehyung gets up from his bed as his feet touch the ground. He goes to the bathroom so he can freshen up and go to 'work'. He did his business in the bathroom and cleaned himself up,he was still very sleep deprived but he can't sleep in,it's not acceptable with his job. He quickly changed his clothes,putting the one he wore yesterday in the basket.

He felt a pang of pain in his head out of nowhere,ofcourse he drank the strongest shot last night his head is going to obviously explode. He groaned in pain,grabbing his head and sighing.

He went out of his room,sucking it up. He is used to pain anyway this is nothing compared to the other pain he felt. He saw Jimin sitting in the couch,looking down at his phone. He didn't notice Taehyung until yet,as both of their eyes met.

Taehyung remembered how he blew up at his best friend last night when all he was trying to do was look after him. It's better to avoid him isnt it? Jimin has every right to be mad right now. So without looking at him twice. He made his way to the main door but before he could exit the older boy's voice stopped.

"Taehyung! wait,have breakfast. I made it for us and I was waiting till you get out so we can eat together. Come on sit down i will bring it" Jimin told him,stopping him from going to work already. Taehyung's gaze softened,he still cares for him so much,now he just feels like a dick for acting the way he did with Jimin.

Taehyung made his way to the couch and sat down. He winced in pain as his eyebrows knitted together. His head was pounding. Jimin noticed how Taehyung kept on touching his head again so he assumed he was having a headache.

Jimin came with the breakfast,putting it on the table. It looked really delicious. He also put some medicine to the side.

"Eat first and then take medicine. Lets start" Jimin picked up his chopsticks and started to dig in,sitting right next to Taehyung. Taehyung gulped and started to eat too.

"Its really good jimin...."

"Thanks tae"

"also i'm sorry for the way i reacted last night i didn't wanted to-"

"shh it's okay tae i know,you are very stressed. Just let loose okay? dont let anything get to you. I'm fine,let's just eat and then we can go and meet the old man" Jimin told him as he stuffed the food in. Taehyung smiled at how understanding his friend,he is lucky to have him.

They both ate breakfast and once they were done,they both collected their things and went to meet their boss who suddenly called them.

"V and Jimin,you guys did a good job with your last missions. Now that those two are out of the way,they probably got the idea that we definitely are not here for friendship. We have gotten to the hard part now,Eliminate their boss so we can conquer their area. Now i called you both,you two are one of the strongest we have so who do you suggest should go?" Their boss asked them with a stern face. Jimin furrowed his eyebrows.

"How Is just one person going to kill their boss? it's not that easy. We should invite other members and have a meeting and a full plan to eliminate him" Jimin stated the obvious,Taehyung nodded in agreement with him.

"I know but we need a leader. I won't be present here so i won't join. I don't want Hoseok to lead because i don't want others to think he is leading because he is my son. Its either you or V but of course if you suggest someone else im open to it" Boss said to them as he eyed both of them. There was silence for a whole minute,not knowing what to speak. 

They know it's dangerous,they are eliminating the boss which means eliminating the rival gang. Their gang is one of the powerful in Seoul right now. It will be dangerous,they could get killed just because of one mistake. If they won't succeed it will be all the leader's fault and he could get killed by the boss for it,it's always been like this.

"I'll do it. I will lead" Taehyung spoke up with a blank expression. Both of the other men turned their heads towards him. A smirk on their boss's face and Jimin had a confused expression.

"Good,I'm glad you decided to do this. Gather the members you want in your team and make sure you succeed. You know what will happen if you don't. Good luck,both of you can go" He dismissed them as they bowed a little and turned around to go out.

Once they were out,Jimin grabbed Taehyung by his arm and pulled him back,face to face with the younger. Taehyung raised his eyebrows at Jimin while he glared at him.

"Why did you say you wanted to lead?!" 

"Why not Jimin?"

"Taehyung do you know how fucking dangerous this is,we have a 50% chance of succeeding,if we dont he will kill you Taehyung!!" Jimin exclaimed,his voice echoed around the hallway. Taehyung pushed jimin back a little.

"I know Jimin,I know what I'm getting into,What do you even expect chim? we are in a gang we are fucking living in here knowing we can get killed any second. if i die,I die. Death doesn't scare me anymore" Taehyung replied back to him. Jimin scoffed at Taehyung's answer.

"Taehyung it might doesnt scare you but its scared the fuck out of me. Taehyung you are my family,I don't have anyone beside you and Hoseok. You guys are all i fucking have!! I can't lose you" Jimin got emotional,he saw how tears welled up in Jimin's eyes. 

This was Taehyung's weakness,he cant see any of his friends crying. He hates to see people he loves cry,be hurt. He and Jimin joined this gang together,at a very young age. Both of them were orphans,all they had back then were each other and it's still the same. They know they have eachothers back no matter what. They lost many people they love together and they can't lose each other.

Taehyung saw how tears fell from his eyes. He took him by his neck and pulled him in a hug.  Jimin buried his head in best friend's chest,sobbing. Taehyung patted his back.

"Im sorry,im really fucking sorry. You won't lose me ok? you won't ever lose me,don't worry I'll be here with you. I'm sorry for taking this position but we won't lose Jiminie,Just trust me. I won't go down this easily. Afterall you are coming too,you would protect me right?" Taehyung comforted him. Jimin smiled as he pulled away,wiping his tears.

"Yes. i know,im sorry its just you and hoseok are all i have so it made me emotional"

"i know you are all I have too. Let's just gather everyone and get this over with"

Taehyung and Jimin were now standing in front of all the members they wanted on their team. They were sitting cluelessly, not knowing why V called them and where is boss?  and it seemed like Taehyung read their minds.

"I know you guys must be wondering why the fuck is V standing here and not boss? well We have a new mission and it's quite a huge one. Boss, unfortunately, won't join because of the reasons you all don't have to know. So i will be leading this mission" 

"Ha! You are going to lead us? what a fucking Joke" Jinsoo said,he is also a important member of gang but annoying as fuck and hates taehyung with passion as he thinks of him as a rival.

"Yes im going to fucking lead y'all because Boss was impressed about how fast i finished YOUR mission Jinsoo. So Respect me since im superior to you now. If you don't want to do this then I can gladly tell boss that, you wouldn't like that now, would you?" Taehyung called him out,making some of them snicker. Jinseo looked down in his lap in humiliation.

"..No" He muttered.

"Good,anyway Let's start shall we?" Taehyung said as the lights of the room were off as Taehyung opened the projector. A picture of A middle aged man appeared on the wall.

"This is Kang Sungwoo,the leader of the north gang. I recently killed his right hand man,who actually gave me most of the information about him. He is 56 year old,they have a really strong gang. They have also done alot of fucked up shit,sex trafficking,illegal drugs selling to minors,he was also accused for child abuse and rape. So he is a pretty fucked up person with a more fucked up gang which is why we are going to eliminate him" Taehyung paused for a minute as the whole room turned into chaos. Everyone just had something to say.

"Eliminate him??? how will we do that?"

"Are we strong enough to kill them?"

"I don't want to do this,its like going at your own funeral"

"This is impossible,we are nothing compared to them"

"Shut up!!!!" Jimin silenced them as it was really annoying. "I know all of you have alot to say,so if you dont want to do this you are welcome to leave" Jimin said to them with a straight face. He saw how most of them were looking at each other with unsure expressions.

Taehyung chuckled as he saw some even leave,fucking cowards. He cant blame them,this is a deathwish but they are in a fucking gang what do they expect?. Taehyung won't lie. He is surprised Jinsoo is still here.

"is that it? hmm good. Let's continue,Hoseok please tell us his schedule so we can decide when to attack"  Jimin spoke up as he looked at Hoseok who also didn't leave. Hoseok nodded and opened his research in his laptop as he started to speak.

"He mostly has underground projects going on but we are lucky we decided to do this now because next week this same day,He is holding a 'charity' event. It's not charity,it's just a cover up for his dirty work in the background. Many other leaders will be there and it's a public event. Most of the gang members will be outside for security and only few inside as press will be there too. So this event will be a perfect time to attack them" Hoseok explained all the details about this event. Taehyung smirked its all going how he wants it.

"Good,Well we got the picture. Next friday we will eliminate them. We will divide into two teams,one of us will go in and the other will stay inside. Hoseok you will stay in the car and inform us of his directions in case he tries to run away. One of us just needs to get a little close to him and put the tracker on him. Now that we got little details covered,let's go in depth with this tomorrow. From now let's take care of things we will need during the mission. You guys can leave,Hoseok you stay" Taehyung endes the discussion which wasn't even the discussion. They all left the room and only Hoseok and Jimin were left.

"So???? why did taetae let me not leave" Hoseok said as he got closer to Taehyung,putting his arms around his shoulders.

"I wanted to ask if you are okay with me leading this? you know you also worked hard for your mission but your dad-" Taehyung was immediately cut off by hoseok.

"No definitely not Taehyung,instead I'm happy you are leading this,it's alot and you are so capable of this. Don't ever think that  Taehyung-ah. How about we go and have some drinks to celebrate?" Hoseok suggested to them,making Jimin chuckle.

"Im in'' Jimin said to them. Both of them were now looking at Taehyung.

"Really guys? it's 6pm only"

"and??"  

"fine lets go"
