Park Ha Joon and Lawyer Srinivasan are in a video call with the Cabinet Minister of Defense and the State Minister of Home Affairs, who are accompanied by their advisors.

LAWYER SRINIVASAN: Dae Hyun Corp. will build an industrial park bringing in 5,000 new jobs to the ministers' state.

STATE MINISTER KLANAING:  Are you deaf? The deal was for 150 million dollars. The yellow freak is out of jail right now because you agreed to pay the 150 million.

Lawyer Srinivasan watches Ha Joon from the corner of her eyes.

Ha Joon, busy on his laptop, doesn't bother reacting - What else can I expect from an educated nincompoop?

LAWYER SRINIVASAN: Mind your language minister  Klanaing, Mr. Ha Joon is a respected citizen of-

STATE MINISTER KLANAING: Where is the 150 million dollars?

HA JOON: *Looking at his laptop*  Down the drain.

STATE MINISTER KLANAING: You-

HA JOON: You should have known, that I would be left with no money, when you sent my company's stock into free fall.

STATE MINISTER KLANAING:  What the-

LAWYER SRINIVASAN: We have no money. Dae Hyun Corp. lost 500 million dollars in a day because of your act. For now, the industrial park is what we can offer. It will bring 50 million dollars in revenue to the state every year from the first day of its operation.

ADVISOR: It is a good deal.

Mr. Khinesud, the Cabinet Minister quietly watching, steps in.

CABINET MINISTER: We will take the deal. I will announce the park in my rally in Attangr, next week.

LAWYER SRINIVASAN: Yes minister.

The screen goes blank.

Lawyer Srinivasan sighs, shutting off the screen and holds up a large envelope, uncertain.

LAWYER SRINIVASAN: I have the papers ready.

Ha Joon looks up from his laptop and holds his hand out.

LAWYER SRINIVASAN: *Not moving*  Your parents will not be happy with this.

HA JOON: *Continues to hold his hand out*  Then  make sure they don't learn about this.

Lawyer Srinivasan reluctantly gives in and hands him the envelope. He pulls out the papers and reads them.

HA JOON: They are scrupulous. *He slides the papers back in carefully and closes the envelope.* I'll need to use your office for an hour.

LAWYER SRINIVASAN: Sure. I have to be in Mr. Bhatt's office for my next appointment, you can take your time.

Ha Joon resumes the video call on his laptop.

HA JOON: I have gone through the list. I want us to tie up with A June's Paradise. I like the work they are doing with teens.

MR.KHAN: *Reading through the list*  A June's Paradise. *Finding it*  Yes Sir, they run a highly successful program of connecting teens with mentors and achievers in their field of interest.

HA JOON: That is the kind of NGO I want Dae Hyun Corp. to be associated with. Contact the organization and set up a meeting. I would like to take this forward myself.

MR.KHAN: Yes Sir.

HA JOON: Now, Mr. Taka, I have the bi-weekly numbers and they seem to be in order. However my concern is the environmental regulations being changed in district 9.

MR. TAKA: Yes Sir.

LOCATION: CA [Chartered Accountant] Bhatt's office, Bhatt & Srinivasan, The Financial Law Firm, West of Cord Road, Myit. TIME: 11AM

LEO: But you used all the money to buy Dae Hyun Corp. shares yesterday?

ANA: Yes and now we have it back.

LEO: I don't understand.

CA BHATT:  Your sister purchased Dae Hyun Corp. stocks at their lowest yesterday afternoon. By the end of trading day the stock price had already recovered by half. Today, with the news that Ha Joon was no longer a suspect the prices have returned to their previous level and you have made 4 times the money you had invested yesterday.

LEO: Me?

CA BHATT:  Yes, You and Analyn. She invested it under the name LeoLyn-

LEO: Leolyn!!! That's our company. *Looks at his sister, doe eyed*  We registered it on my 20th birthday.

CA BHATT: Today she has sold only a portion of the stocks she purchased yesterday to retrieve her investment of 2 million.

LEO: Wow! You made a hell a lot of money in 24 hours.

Ana gets off her seat.

ANA: Mr. Bhatt, can you please excuse us? I need a minute with my brother.

CA BHATT: Sure. Press this button *Points to number 5 on the intercom*  if you need anything. My secretary will assist you.

ANA: Thank you.

CA Bhatt walks out, leaving the siblings alone.

Ana leans against the mahogany table.

ANA: Next time, have more faith in me.

LEO: *Sheepish*  Of course, I'll-

ANA: How can the only 2 people I love in the world have such wrong opinions of me?

LEO: Don't count me with Hyung. I'm not-

ANA: You're worse. *Leo looks heart broken*  You have known me all your life and you thought I abandoned you. Me? *Tears well up in her eyes.*

LEO: *Rushing to his sister*  Ate, I'm sorry.

ANA: *Wiping off her tears*  When you have such low expectations of me, how could I have even hoped Ha Joon would have loved me?

LEO: *Sincerely*  Ate, I am sorry.

ANA: *Pats Leo's cheek softly*  I know dude, you were just caught up in the situation, you're just a kid. *Smiles*  I promise you, I'm never going to leave you. *Smiles mischievously* Even when your 'Babe, are you okay babe?'  girlfriend takes over your life, I will still be with you.

LEO: *Blushing involuntarily*  She's not my girlfriend.

ANA: Yeah, yeah. I know. *Leans off the table.* Just make sure to use protection.

LEO: Ate, she's not my girlfriend- *Stops himself seeing the not 'Buying your bullshit' look on Ana's face.*  I'll make sure to use protection.

ANA: Good.

She flops on the soft leather couch. Leo plants himself next to her, pulling one leg up onto the couch.

LEO: Why did we change our accountant?

ANA: Because the last one ratted us out to Mom and Dad. We are changing lawyers too.

Leo looks worried.

ANA: These people are the best. Don't worry, Mom and Dad will not be able to control them.

LEO: *Unsure*  And SeroniX Tech? Are you giving up on that?

Ana smiles and holds Leo's hand.

ANA: SeroniX Tech was and will always be ours. When the time comes we will take over, for now we have other things to do. Just keep your mouth shut in front of Mom and Dad.

LEO: *Sighs convinced*  Obvi. I really thought you had lost your mind and was giving up everything for Hyung.

ANA: I won't deny I'm crazy about Ha Joon. I don't think I can hide that fact.

LEO: *Laughs*  Even a blind person can see from a mile away how head over heels you are for him. *Looking concerned*  But he doesn't deserve it Ate. *Seeing the stern look on her face again*  Anyways, now that Hyung is cleared from the investigation, will you go back to his house?

Ana fiddles with her phone.

LEO: Ate, where are you going to live?

ANA: *Scrolling through her phone*  I'm looking.

She gestures Leo to look at her phone. Leo smiles, looking at the apartment listings displayed on the screen.

LEO: Oh! Get one with an infinity pool. *Looking smug.*  We can have epic pool parties on the weekends.

ANA: *Smiles*  You think your Babe will let you?

LEO: Ate come on, Jaya is not like that.

ANA: Sure, Jaya is not like that. *Gets off the couch*  Come on we have to hail a cab, I don't have a car anymore.

LEO: Yeah, I don't know why you had to sell your Mercedes for Hyung-

He shuts up the second his eyes meet Ana's.

LEO: Sorry, I will shut up.

Ana walks out the room and Leo follows her meekly.

LOCATION: Elevator, Bhatt & Srinivasan, The Financial Law Firm, Myit. TIME: 11.45 AM

Ha Joon stares at the envelope in his hand as the elevator door closes.

HA JOON: Will she sign?

The door pings open on the next floor and Ha Joon's heart stops mid beat.

Ana and Leo, looking equally taken aback, stare at him from out of the elevator.

HA JOON: Going down?

LEO: Yes.

He walks in and stands leaning against the back wall of the elevator. Ana steps in, resetting her composure.

LEO: Ground floor please.

HA JOON: *Surprised*  Sure. *Pushes G*

LEO: *Looking at his phone*  Ate, the cab will be here in 2 minutes.

HA JOON: Why are you taking a cab? *Looks at Ana for an answer.*

LEO: Just helping the economy. You know.

Ha Joon swallows the swear dying to leave his mouth.

The door pings open on the ground floor.

Ha Joon steps ahead and turns back, blocking the Soriano siblings.

HA JOON: I'll drop you.

LEO: *Before Ana answers*  Yes, Ate. We should let Hyung drive us.

ANA: Leo-

LEO: If we travel with him in his car, the world will also realize he's not a wanted anti-national anymore.

Ha Joon punches B1 with his fist, regretting it's not Leo's face, all the while maintaining his poker face.

HA JOON: Good.

He steps back in and the elevator door closes.

HA JOON: Where are you going?

LEO: To Ate's office.

HA JOON: SeroniX Tech.
