☁︎︎ Third POV

Y/n would like to think that he was normal. Nothing about him stood out to himself. Sure, he didn't act like normal people, but what is normal in the first place? Not like he would know about it.

Y/n saw himself as a normal boy with a normal family. Nothing bad nor nothing fantastic happened to him and he was okay with that. He didn't want anything to change in the first place.

"Nii-Chan!! Niiii-chaaan!!" A young voice called out to the boy.

Y/n trudged through the snow as he walked up the mountain to his home. It wasn't a far walk, only being about 30 minutes to get down to the village. He carried a bundle of sticks on his back as his younger waved both of his arms in the air.

"Nii-Chan is home! Konnichiwa₁︎ Nii-Chan!" Kai said with a bright smile on his face.

"Konnichiwa, Ototo₂︎," Y/n greeted with his normal straight face, but his brother knew that his eyes held happiness.

Kai was a four year old boy with his hair covering one eye. His eyes were heterochronic, making them two different colors. He was never fond of his eyes so that's why he covered one of them, but that didn't stop him from being as joyful as he is now.

"Nii-Chan, how much did you sell today?? I bet it was lots and lots!!" Kai cheered as he walked with Y/n to their house.

"I wouldn't say that, Ototo. It was an average amount, nothing too fancy," Y/n said simply.

Kai pouted, "But you're the best Nii-Chan! You should've gotten loads!"

Y/n slightly laughed, "You're so optimistic."

"Eh? What a does that mean?"

"Y/n! Perfect timing! I need help with cooking," Mio called out as she stood by the house doorway.

Mio was a fair lady, one of the most beautifulest woman Y/n had seen in his life. Y/n was lucky to get his mother genes, to which he was thankful for.

"Hai, Okaasan₃︎! Ototo, take these to Otosan₄︎," Y/n said as he placed the bundle of sticks in Kai's arms.

"Hai-hai!!" Kai cheered once again, "Otosaaan!!"

Mio laughed at her youngest son's childishness. She turned to Y/n who looking off to the direction of where Kai ran off to. She sighed slightly when she saw the blank face Y/n had on. As the years go by, she has never seen Y/n smile a real smile, but she will not force Y/n to do something he can't or won't do.

"Come here, Y/n, let's make dinner for the two wild beasts," Mio joked as she walked inside.

Y/n turned to his mother and nodded his head. He also went inside, not knowing of the faded presence hiding in the forest.

"Y/n can you go get the logs from the shed please? I seem to have miss counted how much we needed," Mio said with an apologetic smile.

Kai and Yuki, Y/n's father, were home now and playing with one another. Laughter filled the house as the sound of fire cracking gave the place life.

"Hai, how many do we need?" Y/n asked as he stood up and got ready to walk out.

"One or two would be fine."

"Nii-Chan, where are you going??" Kai asked as he was climbing on Yuki with a victory smile.

"I'm going to get some wood for Okaasan. I'll be back soon, don't worry," Y/n stated as he tightened his kimono.

"Just be careful, alright son?" Yuki asked as he pinned down a laughing Kai.

"Hai-hai."

The cold breeze hit Y/n's face, nipping as his ears and nose, but he was unbothered having been used to the cold. He shut the door behind him to keep the house warm. He knows how much Kai and his mother didn't like the cold.

Y/n walked to the side of the house. A large box there contained all of the logs that he and his father had collected over the years.

Y/n was about to collect the logs and leave but he saw a shadow on the ground a bit away from him. Being curious he went towards it.

As he got closer and closer, Y/n noticed that the shadow figure was bleeding and most likely pasted out. Y/n's eyes widened at this.

The figure was a male with deathly pale skin and blonde hair. Y/n was quick on his feet to kneel down at the figure to check if they were alright.

Y/n pulled the male onto his lap and checked for any fatal wounds. He found one on his chest and near his neck. He took off his scarf as the cold air bit on his exposed neck. Y/n pressed onto the bleeding cuts.

He wrapped one arm of the male on hi shoulders as he held onto the body. Y/n started to trudge to his house, and he was quick. He noticed that the figures eyes were opening.

"W.... where...." The figure trailed off as they looked around, but is still unable to move on their own.

"Sir, you were founded on the ground bleeding, I'm taking you to my house to get you patched up, alright?" Y/n said with calmness in his voice.

The figure looked at Y/n, slightly surprise, as their eyes met his. Y/n was slightly surprised by the multi colored eyes but said nothing, thinking that it was normal.

"O....kay..."

Y/n only nodded as he continued to walk to his home. The figure stayed awake, trying to comprehend on why the young male was helping him. He didn't noticed the same figure from earlier still watching him.

"Okaasan! Otosan!" Y/n called out as he opened the door, "I need help!"

The sound of steps coming to the door were heard.

"Y/n, what's wro— OH MY DAISIES!!" Mio shouted in surprise of the bloody man on Y/n.

"Help him, Okaasan, Otosan. I found him when I was getting the wood," Y/n pleaded as he gave the bloody man to his mother.

"Right, Mio get the man bandaged, Y/n go get more wood, Kai get some blankets," Yuki ordered.

Everyone nodded and did as they were told. Y/n ran outside to get more wood, Mio carefully dragged the male to where the fire was to keep him warm, Kai went to go get some blankets, as Yuki went to make some tea for the male.

It didn't take long for Y/n to come back inside to see the bloody male being taken care of and sitting up, to Y/n's surprise.

"Are you feeling alright? Your wounds were bleeding a lot," Mio questioned as she and her husband sat beside the blonde.

"Ah, I'm fine now, thank you for your worries, but there's no need for that!" The blonde said cheerfully.

"Okaasan, Otosan, Kai and I got the tea ready," Y/n said blankly as Kai trailed beside him, who was proudly holding a tray.

"Ah, wonderful!" Mio cheered as he grabbed a cup that had tea in it and gave it to the blonde, "Here, it's cold outside so this will warm you up."

"Ne~ thank you!" The blonde said with a smile.

"Don't mention it, we're only helping you," Yuki stated, "I'm Yuki L/n, that is my wife Mio L/n. These are my sons, Kai and Y/n."

Y/n nodded when he was introduced as Kai looked at the male stranger with stars in his eyes.

The blonde smiled, "Well it was nice to know who was my savors name!" He cheered.

Y/n slightly blushed at this but glanced away with his usual blank face.

"Ne~ Well," the blonde sipped on his tea, "You can call me Douma. It was a pleasure on meeting you!"

3) Okaasan means mother or mom
4) Otosan means father or dad
