Reginald: Oh this? That's a funny story actually, after I became leader of the Toppat clan I wanted to have a feature that would make me stand out from the rest of the leaders. It was during one of our store raids that this necklace caught my attention, it was just for show at first but I grew rather fond of it overtime so I kept it.
