As Steven looked at Lily who looked at him Lily nervously answered.

Y-Yes."

"Perfect." The figure said sending chills down Lily's spine as she looked at the others as she stood in her fighting stance just in case but what startled her the most is that the shadowy figure blew a horn all of the sudden the drill turned into a spike that looked like a needle to Lily as it landed on the same hill where they were.

"Move!" Garnet ordered as she grabbed Amethyst while Steven took Lily's hand as they all ran away from the giant drill as it drilled into the ground.

"Hey!" Amethyst called out "nice park job, dingus!"

"Amethyst!" Lily scowled "are you trying to get this person mad!"

Amethyst shrugged.

The drilled dogged more into the ground but it stopped finally as Lily looked up she noticed that the same figure jumped high in the sky and landed on the bottom of the drill.

Lily noticed her gem was. A pink upside down heart on her chest, she has a pink complexion, magenta eyes, a small pointy nose, and cerise hair that is styled into a pair of spiky pigtails. She also has three black lines underneath both of her eyes reminiscent of running mascara. Her clothing consists of a plum-colored top, puffy pointed hot pink sleeves, puffy rose shorts, hot pink wrist-length gloves, white stockings, and a pair of rose knee-high pointy boots.

She chuckled.

"Well, we'll, well, we'll, well." The figure said "lemme get a look at the menagerie." She used her eye as a telescope making Lily's eyes winded as she stood her ground "you must be Amethyst, you must be Garnet, Pink and Purple Diamond's Pearl." Her eye turned back to normal "wow. They took you with them, isn't that just....swell?"

"It can't be." Pearl said frowning.

"Oh, but it can be!" The figure in pink laughed evilly "and it is. I got a new style and a few new toys that are gonna put an end to your happily ever after once and for all!"

"Whoa, whoa!" Lily walked up to her "t-this has got to be a misunderstanding!"

Steven walked next to her "in case you have heard, we've established peace across the-."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, I've heard!" The figure in pink scoffed "I've had your little message to the universe on loop!" She suddenly brought her foot out Lily saw this and gasped as she was kicked back hard making her fall on her back while Steven was flown back on his stomach as Amethyst caught Lily in her arms with a gasp as Lily held her stomach in pain.

"Steven!" Lily helped Steven too his feet as the others got their weapons.

"I just love that part!" The figure in pink said glaring "where Pink and Purple Diamonds spends the rest of their days on this nowhere planet!" She laughed "with a bunch of nobodies!" She jumped off the drill

Spinel:
That's right, I heard the story over and over again

She rushed over towards Lily and Steven making them gasped as Steven held Lily protectively.

She went towards Garnet who was ready as she tried to punch the pink Gem but she dodged all of them, she went towards Pearl flicking her nose, the Pink Gem went to Amethyst pulling her hair over her face making it hard for her to fight as Amethyst yelped.

The pink gem grabbed Pearl putting her upside down.

What did she say about me? What did she say?

She used her foot to roughly spin Amethyst around making Lily gasped worried for her friend.

What did you do without me? What did you do?

She grabbed Garnet started to juggled her around Lily held Steven tightly and protectively.

Did you play games without me? What did you play?

The pink gem rushed over to Steven and Lily but grew bigger as her arms and legs grew above them.

Did you think all this time that I wouldn't find out about you?

She finally grabbed all the five of them slamming them against their backs making them all groaned.

That's right, I heard the story over and over again

She let go of them as she swung herself on the top of the drill.

Gee, it's swell to finally meet her other friends

Steven groaned as he rubbed his head he gasped as he saw Lily on the ground groaning he quickly went to help her as she lay in his arms she looked up at him and held his hand.

"I'm okay." Lily told him making him sighed in relieved.

"She's running circles around us." Garnet told the team.

"I'm rusty, give me a break!" Amethyst scowled.

"It really is her, but she can't be serious." Pearl said making Lily looked towards her mother figure.

"You know her, Pearl? Can you tell us who she is?" Lily asked.

Spinel:
Who am I? Who am I? What are you even saying?

The pink gem walked down as she leaned down against the railing of the drill.

I'm the loser of the game you didn't know you were playing

She brought out some kind of weapon she threw it in the air then caught it easily but it changed into like a scythe-like weapon.

The pink gem jumped down as she showed off her moves with her weapon making all the others backed away with full speed but she pushed Steven back making him smacked into Lily as they both landed on the ground.

Oh, that's right, I heard the story over and over again

As she once again shows off her moves with the scythe-like weapon she rushed over to hit all the gems but the girls duck out of the way as she stretched her legs around the drill.

She stretches up to the lighthouse all the way in the top as she held on.

The pink gem flung herself towards the three gems who was running towards her.

Steven reached his hand out as Lily's eyes winded in horror.

The pink gem in stretch herself and flung herself towards Pearl, Garnet and Amethyst, she cut all of them in half as they were poof away.

The pink gem grinned evilly as all of Lily's family were turned back into their regular gems.

"That's enough!" Steven angrily said bringing out his shield while Lily brought out her glowing purple staff as the end of it has a scythe as it sparks purple a bit, she glared angrily at the pink gem.

"Aw, what's the matter, Steven?" The Pink Gem asked mocking the two "miss your friends already? Well don't worry." The Pink Gem smirked evilly, she jumped in the air "you two are right behind them!"

She spun in the air with her weapon as it glowed pink she slashed both Lily and Steven as their weapons vanished, Steven's skin glowed pink lines while Lily did the same but it was purple as they both groaned as their bodies trembled a bit but their bodies were back to normal as Lily checked if anything was missing she sighed in relief and tiredly.

"That was nothing!" Steven laughed as he sweat.

"Did you had to say that?" Lily asked her friend who stared at her confused.

"Then I guess you won't mind." The pink gem chuckled "if I do it again!" She slashed them again, and again and again making Lily yelped loudly as their bodies glowed pink and purple lines.

"Ow!" Steven called out as the Pink Gem cackling as Lily fell to the ground but Steven caught the weapon "cut it out!"

"You two don't poof do you?" The Pink Gem's smirked making Lily's eyes winded "hmm. Figured as much just WAIT! Your human halves won't stand a chance against my injector. Not after what I just do to your gems!" She said with a singing voice at that last part as Steven held onto the weapon tightly.

"What are you talking about?!" Lily glared at her.

"You weren't always the powerful heroes, were you?" With that she started cackling but Steven strongly pulled the Pink Gem off the weapon as he slashed her from her face down to her arm, she poof away back into her regular gem as it landed on the ground.

Lily rushed over to Steven who fell to his knees as their bodies were glowing lines in their colors, Lily put a hand on his shoulder he looked up at her worried, as they both groaned but noticed that their bodies were back to normal making Lily sighed in relieved.

"Better bubble you before anything else happens." Steven said as Lily sat on her knees to watch. Steven tried to bubble the pink heart gem away but he couldn't making Lily worried "what?" Steven asked himself confused as he looked at Lily who looked at him worried and confused.

"Let me try." She told him as she tapped the heart gem her purple bubble came as it floated in the air, Lily smiled a bit but gasped as her bubble went away as the heart gem floated back down, she tapped the heart again.

"Where's our bubbles?" Steven asked as he tried to bubble the heart gem away but couldn't he picked it up "come on." Steven closed his eyes, straining himself making a Lily concerned.

The bubble was coming back as sweat came on Steven's face but the bubble went away as the gem fell to the ground again.

"Steven, don't strained yourself!" Lily caught him as he held her wrests gently, Lily put her hand on his cheek as he leaned into it softly panting.

Both Lily and Steven looked down at their gems as it's glowing was fading away both friends looked at each other in worry.

"What's going on?" Steven asked.

"I don't know but we need to go back home with the gems safely." With that ordered Steven nodded as he and Lily carried the gems back.

The beach house.......

Steven was sitting on the couch with his hand covering his mouth worried about his friends as their gems lay on the table along with the Pink Heart gem. Lily was pacing back and forth with sweat on her face as she mumbled to herself trying to figure something out.

Lily stopped pacing as she looked up with her arms around herself bags could be seen under her eyes as she can hear Greg panting coming up the stairs as he opened the door.

"Steven! Lily!" Greg rushed inside towards his son "I came as fast as I could! Are you two okay?" He looked down and gasped "holy s-s-she really got everybody!"  Greg noticed the heart shape gem "is that her?"

"Yeah." Steven sighed as Lily came to sit next to him looking down at the gems worried.

"Who?"

"No idea." Steven said.

"Why?"

"No idea." Lily shook her head as more sweat was coming down her face.

"How?!"

Lily looked towards her friend's father annoyed a bit but she sighed as she brought out the weapon from her plaid shirt pocket she pressed a button to bring out the scythe-like weapon as it glowed pink scaring Greg as he moved back.

"Waah." He yelped fearfully but soon sighed in relieved as Lily brought the weapon back to normal.

"It did something extra weird to us." Steven sighed as he put his hand on his chest "and now our powers aren't working right."

"Look." Lily brought out her staff but as soon as she did it vanished making her gasped as she suddenly fell forward as she felt dizzy, but Steven grabbed her arm pulling her into his chest as she lean on him panting.

"There's something wrong with us, Dad." Steven told his father worried as Lily looked at him, she pulled her shirt down just to see her gem glows fading away as both teenagers looked back at Greg.

"I just have no idea what's going on." Steven said worriedly as he covered his face sadly.

"It feels like I don't know who I am anymore, again!" Lily stood up and walked up to the window to look out hugging herself.

"Well, kids, now you know how I feel almost all the time." Greg told them as Lily turned around to look at him "you know what else? Any moment now, the Gems are gonna do that thing where they glow and float in the air and reappear better than ever." Lily smiled at that as Steven gasped Pearl's gem glowed a blueish white glow as it floated in the air "see? Here she comes. Good old Pearl."

Lily grinned feeling relieved that her mother figure is alright but soon frowned as she stood next to Greg as it shaped into an actual Pearl.

"Huh?" Greg said confused "well, that's new." He looked towards her, Lily shrugged.

"Please identify yourself." Pearl's voice asked.

"Um, Greg Universe." Greg shrugged as Lily now become worried since she can feel that something is wrong.

"Greetings, Um Greg Universe. Please state preferred customization options."

"Uh.....what am I supposed to say here?" Greg asked Lily.

"I-I don't know." Lily shook her head "s-she never done this before."

"Default setting selected, please stand by."  The Pearl flew away as it floated in the kitchen as Lily walked a bit closer with her hands covering her mouth eyes winding as it gently floated to the ground, came out Pearl glowing softly as she finally came out making Lily grinned at this, the boys rushed over to Lily's side grinning as Pearl stepped out.

Pearl opened her eyes too see three strangers looking at her with smiles on their faces as Lily rushed forward.

"Pearl!" Lily smiled "thank goodness you're back!" Lily held Pearl's hands in relief but soon frowned as Pearl's hands moved out of hers, Lily stepped back a bit hurt as Pearl walked over to Greg, Steven put a hand on Lily's shoulder she looked at him worried but he only gave her a small smile telling her that everything will be okay.

Pearl:

My "Um-Greg Universe?"
Thank you for bringing me into the world

Greg felt weird as Pearl held his hand, Steven and Lily rushed to his sides to watch this.

With that Pearl's new gem sparkled a bit making Lily's eyes winded.

"What's going on?!" Both boys asked in shock as all three noticed the gem seems a new version.

"Could her gem be cracked?"  Greg asked as Steven looked closely.

"It looks fine to me."  Steven shrugged as Lily paced back and forth but soon noticed Ruby's gem began to glowed and floated up, she brighten up.

"Ruby! Are you okay?" Lily asked the red gem who looked at her startled.

"Ah!" Ruby yelped "Who are you? You're not my assignment!"

"I could really use an explanation here..." Greg said confused as Lily's eyes winded confused.

"You and me both." She said to him backing up towards him.

Pearl:
Allow me to illuminate!
A Ruby guard
But just a single one
They tend to come in teams of three or more

Sapphire came back to normal.

A precious Sapphire
She sees the future

"My Sapphire! As my sworn duty and sole purpose, I will protect you with my life!"

"I know you will, that's why I predict you won't last more than a day." Sapphire told the red ruby.

"Huh?"

"Come now." Sapphire moved Ruby away as Amethyst gem glowed purple.

"Amethysts!" Lily grinned but soon frowned noticing she looked different "Hey, Amethyst?"

"Hey, Amethyst?" Amethyst repeatedly said to Lily who sadly frowned.

"What? No, you're Amethyst!" Steven said

"What? No, you're Amethyst!"

Pearl:
You must be right
This is an Amethyst
Except an Amethyst is big and strong
This one is not the best example
Something is clearly wrong

"I do say, something is clearly wrong. What are all these different Gems doing in this strange place?" Pearl asked confused.

"Pearl, don't you recognize them? Don't you recognize me?" Lily asked worriedly "what about Steven, you HAVE to recognize Steven!"

"Hmm, well, I certainly recognize my "Um-Greg Universe!" Pearl said looking towards Greg as Lily faced palm.

"Ohh, boy."

"As for you, hmm." Pearl looked closely to Lily who hopefully looked up at her she was just barely reached to Pearl's nose.

The Pink Heart Gem started to glow as it floated in the air making Lily's eyes winded as she brought out her glowing staff but soon gasped as it went away same thing happen to Steven with his shield.

"Get back!" He ordered bringing his shield but it soon vanished, the Pink Gem giggled as she glowed back to her normal self but she seems more sweet and kinder.

"Yippee! I'm so excited to meet you!" She wrapped her hands around the two friends making Lily tensed up as the Pink heart Gem brought herself towards them making them fall to the ground.

"You're not mad?" Steven asked as Lily stared at her confused as her eyes has bags under them again.

"Mad? Why would I be mad at my best friends?" She asked giggling, Greg helped the two teenagers up to their feet as Lily was even more confused.

"What just happened?" She looked at Steven and Greg who shrugged.

Pearl:
This will be fun!
Aren't you the lucky ones?
Her cut is perfect and she's pink, as well
She'll bring you endless entertainment
Your new, best friend, Spinel!

"Yooooou!" Lily growled out as she tried to charged at the pink girl but Greg held her back, Steven rushed towards Spinel holding her shoulders shaking them a bit.

"What have you done us?!" Steven asked as Greg held the angry Lily back as her eyes glowed purple but soon gasped as she fell to her knees panting , Greg put a hand on her shoulder.

"Lily Flower calm down!" Greg said as Steven shook the pink gem in front of him but she just giggled, she poked Steven's nose gently as Lily looked at her confused panting with Greg kneeling next to her confused as well.

"Now, it's you're turn!" Spinel put her arms around Steven making him yelped as she shook him up and down as she giggled, he groaned, Lily's eyes winded.

"Hey!"  Lily glared "let him go!" Spinel stopped shaking him as he gasped his eyes spinning around, Spinel looked towards her innocently Lily calmed herself down "please." With that she dropped Steven as he landed on his stomach, Spinel rushed towards Lily looking closely at her making her and Greg leaned back as Lily fell on her back she gasped looking up too see Spinel looking down at her.

"Hey look!" Lily looked up at the others "there's more gems!" Lily groaned annoyingly but frowned as she looked at the innocently Spinel who's looking at her smiling brightly making Lily more confused than ever "let's ask them to play."

Lily scooted back towards Steven who lay on his stomach still "w-wait a minute." Steven said going on his knees as Lily lean into him "you don't remember?"

"Remember what?" Spinel asked innocently as Steven put a protective hand on Lily's shoulder.

The drill that Spinel had arrived in moved up and down a bit but didn't do anything else as everybody was outside looking up at it.

"Wowee!" Spinel gasped "that thing sure is big! You wanna climb it or something?"

Lily looked at her with wide tired bags eyes as her right eye twitch "wait, wait." Lily grabbed her hair whenever she is angry or really annoyed she would play with her hair both Steven and Greg noticed this "are you SERIOUS right now?!"

"Lily honey." Greg put his hands on her shoulders as her eye twitched "I think you should move away from her for right now till you calm down." Greg moved Lily away as he put her next to him patting her arm.

"Yeah, what about that stuff you said about how we won't stand against your injector?" Steven asked more calmly but stressed.

"I said what now?" Spinel asked itching her head confused.

"You really don't remember huh?" Lily asked after calming down as her eyes soften at her reaction.

"How about you Lion? Lavender?" Both animals walked up to them "can you make any sense of this?"

Lion roared as Lavender barked making both teens sighed.

"Aw, you're no help either." Steven said, Lily brought out the weapon that Spinel used on them from her pocket looking closely at it.

"At least Steven can store this thing in your mane." Lily told the pink lion as she gave the weapon to Steven who nodded as he went to put the weapons inside of Lion's pink mane, the weapon fell to the ground making both teenagers' eyes winded at this.

"I can't store things in Lion's mane now?!" Steve exclaimed "that's like the easiest thing I do!"

"Let me try!" Lily picked up the weapon as she went towards her dog who panted looking at her with his wide eyes "okay, here we go." But like Steven it did nothing as it fell to the ground Lily's eyes winded as she grabbed her hair "oh come on!"

Steven picked up the weapon frowning as they both looked up at the drill.

"What do we do?" He asked "we've got no friends to help us-."

"Except." Lily grinned as she looked down at Little Homeschool "Bismuth, Lapis and Peridot!" Lily grabbed Steven's arm pulling him with her "come on guys! Let's go figure out how to fix this!"

Lily noticed that the others weren't following them but Spinel who run off giggling.

"G-guys?" Steven asked confused as he looked at Lily who shrugged.

"My Um Greg, allow me." Pearl said to the uncomfortable Greg as she brought out a yellow umbrella from her gem meanwhile Amethyst shape shift into Greg himself as Greg groaned.

"Hmm, Mm-Hmm. Hmm." Pearl hummed.

"Ruby? Sapphire?" Steven asked with wide eyes as Spinel was behind them.

"She's not going anywhere with you!" Ruby glared. "I do see us following him to the countryside." Sapphire calmly said.

"Never mind! We're going!"

"Wait!" Greg called out "don't leave me alone with these two!"

"Just keep an eye on them for now!" Lily told Greg as the others but herself and Spinel were already ahead as they fellowed Steven "we'll be back!" She followed the others with Spinel giggling following her.
