"Are you ok, (Y/n)?" Steven said. I didn't know my mom let him in my house. "No..."
I say from under my blankets. "What happened?" I feel Steven pat my back. "Lars... That asshole!" I sit up and throw my pillow across the room. "He-he kissed Sadie! Right in front of me! He didn't know I was there but... I want to rip his dick off!" Angry tears started streaming down my face. "It's ok. Don't rip his...thing off." Steven looked at me, like he knew how much it hurt. Lars and I have been dating for 3 months now. It all started when I stared to work at the Big Donut. We grew closer and closer until we kissed on the night it was just us. I knew Sadie was jealous of me. Sadie and Lars had dated before and broke up about 5 months ago. I guess Sadie still liked him though... They had always flirted with each other and nodded at...stuff. But it all went over my head. Who knows how long it had been going on...

*Last Night*

I just cleaned the counters peacefully. Lars was in the back packing up and Sadie went home early. It was nice working at the Big Donut. I get to hang out with my boyfriend and eat donuts all day. What's not to love?
"Y-yes Lars."
I hear Sadie's voice from the back room. "What the fuck is going on?" I whisper. I walk over to the back room and peer in. There it was, Lars and Sadie. Lars didn't have a shirt on and Sadie was pants-less. I didn't dare say anything. I saw their lips connect and I lost it. I ran out of the Big Donut without making any noise.

Lars p.o.v

Last night...last night was great and...and terrible... I got to do the thing (Y/n) would never do with me. But... It wasn't with her. It was with Sadie. I mean, Sadie is great. But, I would rather my first time be with me girlfriend and not my ex. Well, Sadie and I started dating together again about a month into me dating (Y/n).... So, in a way, Sadie is my girlfriend. But I feel sort of bad for lying to (Y/n). I really did love her at first. But our love died down. I still love her... A little just, not as much as I love Sadie. I need to break up with her soon though...but maybe not yet...

Your p.o.v

I stormed down to the Big Donut with Steven following behind me. "Steven, it would be best if you stay outside it could get ugly." Steven just nods as I walk into the Big Donut. "Lars? I gotta talk to you." Lars walked out from the back room. "Oh hey, babe." "Don't you 'babe' me, asshole!" I say with hate. "What are you taking about? Are you on your period?" Lars says with a laugh. "You fucking cheated on me! Tell me why!" Lars looks at me in shock. "I-I'm sorry, I just don't love you as much as I did two months ago..." My eyes fill with tears. "So you have been cheating on me for two months?! You have been lying to me for that long?!" I walk up to Lars and grab him by the shirt.

"You know, I thought we had a future together..." I loosened my grip on Lars' shirt, but slammed him against the wall with full force. "But I guess not!" I punch him in the stomach and let him go so he can fall to to ground in pain. "Lars? What's going on?" I see Sadie walk into the room. "W-what did you do to him?!" Sadie runs over to Lars to help him out. "Gave him what he deserves for being a cheating fuck." I kick Lars in the face and walk out. "I quit and it's over." But before I walk out I say "You two an both shove donuts up your ass." I look over to see Steven with a small smile. "You really showed him." I ruffled Stevens hair and we walked off too my house to grab a couple things.

Me, Steven, Connie and Jamie all gathered together on the beach to do one very important thing. We all burned the stuff that meant the most to us. So we could move on. Steven got rid of some of his moms old stuff. I said he didn't have to but, he didn't want the bad memories that came with those items.  Connie got rid of some of pictures of her and her parents. She said she is her own person and that she doesn't need them. At first, it surprised me that Jamie even came but, it made sense why he did. Jamie got rid of all the love letters he still had for Garnet and some newer stuff. He too had just broken up with his ass of a boyfriend, Kevin. "I'm proud of you, Jamie." I punched his shoulder. Jamie laughed and punched my shoulder back, but it was more awkward.

"Are you sure you want to do this, (Y/n)?" Steven asked. "Yea, you where pretty happy with Lars, it would be a shame if you let all of that go..." Connie said. It may have been true, I did have some of the best memories with Lars; but I threw all of the pictures of him and I, all of his shirts, everything of his in the fire. I felt a tear run down my cheek. "It's ok... We can get through this together..." I look over at Jamie who had his arm around me. "Ok." Jamie kissed my forehead. "I have liked you for a while... But you dated Lars so I couldn't tell you." I chuckled at Jamie. "I guess I like you too." I look up at him and peck his lips. He smiles and we both look back down at the flames. I see a picture of Lars and I burning. But just Lars started burning. I smile.
