Steven woke up, to find it was 9am, and pitch black out, Amethyst was looking out the window with pearl,

"Pearl" Steven said walking up, she turned, "oh! Steven!" She looked down, "Pearl, why is it still dark out..?" He asked rubbing his eyes.

She looked at Amethyst, who looked back, the two looked up, "I'm not sure... Garnet is investigating" Pearl said slowly,

Steven glanced around, "where's Paridot and Emerald..?" Pearl sighed, "Paridot wanted to show her the 'wonders of the bathroom'" Steven looked down the hall, "sooo bathroom" and he starts walking

The door was open, and when Steven walked in Paridot and Emerald where standing by the toilet.

"And when you press this Lever, the paper substance goes down, and you never see it again!..." Paridot explained to Emerald, "wooow! Scary!" She said wide eyed.

Emerald proceeded to take one toilet paper square and throw it into the bowl, and press the 'lever' down, stood up on her tippy toes and yelled "goodbye paper!" And waved.

Steven walked over and said "hello!" The two turned, and smiled "hello!" Emerald waved, "hello th-" Paridot paused, "hello Steven" Steven smiled, and stepped over to the sink.

"I'm just gonna brush my teeth" Steven starts brushing, and Emerald creeps up, and watches.

Steven slows when he notices the creeping Emerald, who's hat started to push agents Stevens shoulder, "umm, Emerald..?"

She stops moving, "sorry... personal space, got it" she inches away, Steven sighed, "I like hugs, but not when I'm brushing my teeth" she smiled, as well as Steven and he continued to brush them.

After, Emerald had followed Amethyst and Paridot outside, and pearl started to try and stall Steven.

For a reason unknown, she didn't want him outside, in this dark awkward darkness.
