Steven watched as Coal started walking outside. He saw her gem flash and she jumped a little. She started to glow and then she changed into a grey and black tiger. "Hop on, Steven!" She said. Steven walked towards her and jumped on. She ran with a jolt and leaped over rocks and cracks in the ground. "AGH!!!" Yelled steven. "Hah! Relax buddy this is only the beginning!" Answered Coal. Steven noticed something running quickly in the forest. Coal stopped for an unmediate second and then chased the animal. Steven looked closer and saw it was a deer. Steven didn't scream anymore. The wind blew threw his hair and he felt calm. All of a sudden, Coal reached the deer and leaped at it. She bit into its shoulder and clawed its back. The deer gave up immediately and slowly died. Coal was silent and so was Steven. She grabbed the deer in her mouth and ran to the cave again.

Once they reached the cave, coal dropped the deer. Her gem glowed and she lit up, turning back into her gem form. She looked at Steven. "Sorry... Tiger instincts" she said as she turned back into her tiger form. "She ate the deer quickly and grabbing small chunks of meat for Steven. Steven looked at a peice and ate. "Mm!!" He said reacting to the flavor. Coal finished up the deer and only left bones to chew on. She walked towards the entrance of the cave and looked at the sky. She let out a big breath of air. "What are you doing?" Asked Steven. "I don't know.." She said. "Wait a second...come with me Steven!" Steven leapt onto her tiger back and ran out of the den.

They ran for a while before reaching a mountain. She climbed up the mountain with him on her back and they reached the top. "Like the view Steven?" She asked. Stevens eyes were wide and he nodded.

Coal smiles and transformed back into her normal form. "Steven..." Said Coal. "Yes, Coal?" Answered Steven. "Can yo- never mind.." Said Coal. "Oh ok!" Said Steven.

Coal and Steven stared at the view for more than 30 min before watching the sun set. Steven noticed Coal had fallen asleep. "No! How will I get home?!?" Said Steven. He started to panic. He felt something flight touch his shoulder. He looked over and saw a green gem. "WATTTTTTT!!" Said Steven.

"My name is Emerald, are you lost? I can help u find your home!" Said Emerald. "Umm.. Yeah.. My friend Coal here is asleep sooo... Ok fine, I can't transform into an animal to run back home.. So I'm lost..." Said Steven. "Your lost! Oh don't worry I can take u to my home!" Said Emerald as she turned into a jade colored dragon. Her eye were light green and her body was darker green. "Woahhh!!" Said Steven Hopping in her back as she flew of into the night sky.
