This episode was ok. I can't say it was the BEST, but it was good. I mean, it was kind of a cool down moment after the previous episode Mr. Greg, or at least it helped me cool down. Don't hate me but Peridot kind of gets on my nerves now. My expectations for her were shot!

Her and her tablet now too. But lol, shortie squad. Oh-and let us not forget the amount of shapeshifting in this episode! I really really wanted her to shapeshift but I guess I got better with her METAL BENDING POWERS!!!!!! That was cool!

I knew her beloved tablet wouldn't drown...I just didn't know what to expect. Like maybe Ame would catch it with her whip and say sorry...or I dunno. But metal bending...I wonder where the show is gonna go with that.

The biggest question is if gems on Homeworld weren't MADE with powers (speaking for the new ones here, like era 2 Peridots) then how'd she get hidden powers? Does that mean it's there all along and the Diamonds don't know this? The gems on Homeworld can't unlock their powers because they don't know they have some? They don't know they're not practically useless without their tech? Maybe they need some heartfelt moment to unlock them...but does that mean that the Diamond's supplies aren't in fact low....they just think so. They aren't able to give the gems they want the RIGHT powers they need. Ah fuck me, I dunno. Speaking from the mind here. It all doesn't really make sense....who cares, just waiting till new episodes.

But I wanna point out this line "They can't make Gems like they used to." Makes me scared for the episode Gem Harvest. Just because I think Diamonds may do sonething much worse to other LIVE gems just to create other ones that are much more needed. Namely, something having to do with Jasper. I don't know what yet.

This episode was mostly fun and cute and her new alien buddy is awesome. I want that alien buddy. I want fanart! I want lemons of it!!!! >:)

Just because I enjoy the show for it's seriousness, sorry to all who thought that it'd deserve more. I dunno, Peri kinda makes me mad now. :/ I need some Peri/Jasper interaction dude. I crave it.
