Technically true but at the same time not...
They were definitely working together. I believe Rainbow Steve was held against his will or something...

To be honest it wasn't just Rainbow Steve being Void Steve that I was suspicious over. There were way more possible outcomes.
Like:
-Rainbow Steve Possessed
-Rainbow Steve mind controlled
-Rainbow Steve And Void Steve switched bodies
-all three Steve switched bodies
-Elemental Steve was in Rainbow Steve (I know... a long shot...)

The list goes on! But I think we all learned something from this guys! You can never trust anyone in this Saga! Also never get too attached to someone. Something bad will happen to them in the next week or so... and you'll regret it... like the walking dead!!
