Sabre was stressed, to say the least, ever since he got the mysterious letter, he barely got much sleep because of it. To keep his mind distracted, he kept working to help the Steves as best as he could. He doesn't tell Light Steve or the other leaders. He simply just doesn't want to get them involved with his situation. He wants to solve this himself without worrying anyone else anymore. Shaking his head, Sabre put down the note book he always wrote in and went downstairs to get a cup of water.

Once he was done, he put away the cup and went to his room again, changing his clothes to something more familiar. Specifically, his chicken onesie that conventionally has a tail, he was okay with it.

Smiling softly, Sabre takes out a book and puts in some photos, as well as some letters and leaves them on the desk. He had a feeling today would be his last, so he decided to leave the house and hang out with everyone one last time.

It was at the end of the day, he said his silent farewell to everyone and was currently talking to Funny, Sabre knew something was off. He didn't mind. Today was his last. "Hey funny? Can you come with me for a moment?" Sabre asked, Funny nodded and followed Sabre to his room. "Funny, I know you're a traitor. You don't need to hide it from me anymore." Sabre said, looking surprised and shocked funny. "How did you...?" He trailed off, Sabre shrugged. "I just had a feeling you would betray me. I'm not surprised. You hate me for what I did. Don't you?" He asked, Funny nodded, taking out a sword, ready to kill Sabre.

Sabre smiled sadly, he knew there's no point in struggling. "Funny, if I die... Will I be buried next to rainbow?" He asked with a hint of sadness, funny nodded. "You will. Is there anything else you wish to say before I kill you?" He then asked, pointing the sword at Sabre's chest. Sabre just looks at Funny with a simple smile.

"Tell only the leaders what has happened to me."

Funny nodded, without hesitation, he stabbed Sabre through the chest and kicked him to the ground, took the sword out and stabbed him a few more times. Now, just watched Sabre bleed out.

Sabre wasn't surprised, nor was he sad. His smile never wavers, he was happy. Funny stares at Sabre, confused. "Why are you so happy to be dying?" He asked, Sabre just smiled in response. "I'm free, free from the pain you all have me..." Sabre weakly answered, Funny Steve was silent, he doesn't regret his choice in killing Sabre.

Sabre felt a warm feeling, he was leaning against the wall now the sword still through his chest, Funny was not regretful for his decision. Sabre just smiled, then he heard Orange Steve. "Hello Sabre, are you ready to move on?" He asked, holding out a hand. Sabre smiled one last time. "Yeah Orange Steve... I'm ready to move on..." Sabre takes Orange Steve, his mortal body becomes lifeless, whereas his soul went with Orange Steve to the next realm.

Funny gotten all evidence of him causing this and ran to the rainbow citadel, feinting fear and told the leaders what had happened to Sabre.

As soon as The leaders gotten to Sabre house, they did in fact found Sabre, leaning on the wall, pale and lifeless. Funny was Right, he was dead. Orange Leader, which we will call Ky'ten, covered his mouth, trying not to cry at the mere sight. Blue Leader, who we will called Coreval, comforts Ky'Ten, while Green Leader, who we will call Kevin, checked on Sabre mortal form, confirming he is in fact Gone and bow his head in sorrow Respect. The other leaders bow their heads, they weren't sure who did this to Sabre and why....But Ky'ten, Indigo Leader who we will call Helios and Green Leader, who we're gonna call Ventos, realized they Failed Both Rainbow- No, Orange Steve and Sabre. With this thought, Ky'ten fell to his knees and cried, he failed the two people he see as his sons. While the Leaders just bow their head, distraught by Sabre death.

Meanwhile...Funny slipped out of the house and went to his own home, making letters, forged in Sabre handwriting, making it seem as though it was Sabre that sent Funny death threats. Funny smiled, he wasn't sorry for Sabre's death, he wasn't sorry for splitting this kingdom apart in the process either. He got rid of any ways that it was him that made the letter, then pretended to be scared, going to the other leaders. Showing them the threat that Sabre 'Made'.

Yellow Leader, who we will call Kazu, takes the letter from Funny and reads it, he is silent for a moment, then looks at Sabre's body. "How long?" Kazu asked Funny. "A few weeks." Funny answered, Kazu nodded a little then left the room. Funny, hiding a smile, Kazu believes the letters of lie, so naive and blind, is he not?

Ky'ten sit next to the bed that held Sabre lifeless form, he was still upset by the fact he failed to keep him safe, what's worse, he was never there for him in his darkest time of need, thinking about it made him feel even more guilty. Shaking his head, he stood up, defeated, he was about to leave the room, until he noticed something on the desk. He walked over and looked at what was on the desk, he saw the notes that were given to him, heck, there were even threats as well. Ky'ten felt angry at this, then remembered the last time he saw Sabre, well, before today at least.

He tried to tell him that something was going on and he blindly ignored it, not realizing the consequences.

Holding back the tears, He continued to look at the other stuff on the desk, then found a Letter addressed to him. He picked it up and read it.

"Dear Orange Leader, Ky'Ten,

If you're reading this letter, then that means I am gone. I am with Orange Steve and Red Steve, most likely. I want to say, Thank You. Thank You for being there for me when I was feeling down or scared, I know you would probably blame yourself for my death. Just know, it is not your fault. I'm sorry I left too early, but I guess I can't handle the stressed and pain I dealt with throughout the time I was, well, back I guess. Anyways....I guess this is a final farewell Orange Leader, maybe one day, we will meet again. But before I end this letter....Don't Trust Funny." -Sabre

Ky'Ten reread the letters a few times, he can understand Sabre trying to ease his guilt, but what did he mean by not trusting Funny?.....

I know I should be getting the request I got finished and uploaded, but people on Sabre discord seems to like this story I made up, so yeah, I made a lot of short story on Sabre server. Yes, I'll likely write more short story from there and If I feel like it, I'll post them here. Until then, see ya in the next story. :D
