Kiara's pov

I woke up and looked at the clock. It was about 6pm in the evening. I was hoping that Melissa will be back but she wasn't. So i decided to take a shower. I took a quick shower and wrapped a towel around me and opened Melissa's cupboard for clothes because i didn't have anything else to wear.After searching through her closet i took out my outfit which was a white sleeveless shirt that tied in the front and black shorts with tan

flip-flops. I also put on some nude lip gloss.

When i was done getting ready i heard the main door open and i knew exactly who it was.

Melissa's pov

I am so eager to meet Kiara even though i am very exhausted. When i opened the door i saw my best friend standing right infront of me.I ran towards her and embraced her in a hug.

"I am so sorry Kiara i couldn't pick you up but i promise that i will make it up to you."

"It's okay i understand."

I knew she would understand and that is the resaon why i love her.

"So i forgot to tell you that my boyfriend is coming over for dinner.So would you mind cooking dinner?I really want to help you but i am very tired and besides that i missed your cooking."

"I would love to make you dinner but did you just say that you have a boyfriend and when exactly were you planning to tell me."

I had completely forgotten that i did not tell Kiara but now she knows so there is nothing wrong.

"I have been planning to tell you lately but i just didn't get the time."

When i was about to tell her about everything i heard the door bell ring.

Harry's pov

I rang the doorbell and i was waiting fir her to open the door.As soon as i heard the door opened i quickly planted my lips on hers. At first she was shocked but then she kissed back.After a while she broke the kiss.

"Harry!I have missed you so much."

Before i could say something else i heard someone clear their throat and when i turned my head to see who it was i was astonished.

Kiara's pov

I cleared my throat when i saw Melissa kissing a boy because it was getting awkward but when i saw who it was completely shocked.

"What the hell!"

"Melissa do you know who this jerk is and what is he doing in your house?And why on Earth did you kiss him."

"Can you stop asking questions and let my lovely girlfriend answer you and by the way what are you doing here?"

"Wait did i just hear you say that your my friends boyfriend?"

Melissa do you mind explaining?"

I just can't believe that Harry is Melissa's boyfriend.How will i tolerate this idiot when i can't even stand him for a second and i was just thinking that i might never see him again but i guess i was wrong.

"Melissa is this your amazing friend?I can't believe it.You said she was really nice and she was always there for you when you needed her but i don't think that this selfish brat would care about anyone but her self."

He has absolutely no right to say such a thing about me.

"Excuse me! Can't you see that i am standing infront of you and did you just call me a selfish brat?"

"Will both of you just SHUT UP!

I understand that you don't like each other but that does'nt mean that you start fighting like three year olds.Have both of you forgot your manners?Kiara i can't believe that you are acting so imature and Harry i didn't expect this from you."

Maybe Melissa is right i am acting to childish but it's not my fault that he gets on my nerves.

"Now both of you try to act like mature adults.Harry this my best friend and Kiara this is my boyfriend so both of you have to deal with the fact which is reality and nothing can change it."

"I guess your right Melissa but i will try my best to be pollite just for you but if he trys to piss me off i will not hesitate a bit to kill him. So i guess i am sorry Harry."

"Well you should be sorry because you are very stubborn but i guess we do fight like cats and dogs."

Was all that he could say but he didn't bother apologizing.

"Melissa! look he is not apologizing."

"Harry! You better apologize."

Was all she could say.

"Fine i will do it but just for you.I am sorry Kiara please forgive me i beg you."

There was pure sarcasm in his tone which made me angry but i just let it go.

"Now,Melissa i am going to my room."

"No one is going anywhere because i am starving and i want both of you to cook for me."

This is just not happening and it will never happen.

"What!But why Melissa i don't need his help i can cook myself."

I was waiting for Harry to say something and then he finally spoke.

"Don't think that just because i am not saying anything means that i want to cook with you.I hate this idea as much as you do."

Well finally we agree on something because i am glad to hear that.

"I don't really care what you two think because i am not asking you i am telling you so it's better if you keep your mouth shut."

These were her last words before she pushed us in the kitchen and walked off.

Can this day get any worse.

I know it was a boring chapter but it is the beginning and there is a lot of drama coming up.
