Perfida was hanging on the rails for dear life "Pena! help me! Pena!" she pleaded and trying to avoid looking down.

"No. No. No. I didn't mean, I didn't mean it," Pena was frozen in shock to hear Perfida's cry for help, she stared at her hands that was shaking, the hands that almost took a life.

"PENA!!" Perfida was struggling to hold on. "Pena, I'm gonna fall! PENA!!"

Pena finally heard Perfida calling out to her so she rushed to her and reached out to her "grab my hand!" she told her. Perfida managed to get Pena's hand began pulling her up but it was hard on both of them "hold on!"

Perfida's other hand accidently slipped which means Pena had to pull up a whole body weight but at least she did not let go then another hand appeared to help, it was Hawkes' "I got you," he said. "Come on, up, up". Hawkes and Pena were able to get Perfida to safety, Perdita was at back feeling at ease that her sister was okay.

"Forget the exorcism, that is the most scariest thing that ever happened to me," Perfida panted, she was shivering from the trauma of dangling up on the air.

"You're okay, you're okay, just breathe," Hawkes hugged her and patted her back.

"I'm sorry," Pena tearfully apologized to Perfida. "I... I didn't mean for that to happen, it... it... was an accident."

"I know, it's fine..." Perfida assured her, she could've that life flashed before her eyes.

"I almost killed you and I beat you up yesterday, you're okay with that?"

"I for one am not," Hawkes groaned with a death stare.

"No but..." Perfida was surprisingly not bothered that she was in the brink of death. "you didn't let me fall". Hawkes and Perdita face palmed.

"But you should've let me fall," Pena frowned which worry Perfida.

"Pena, do you think your brother would've want that for you?" Hawkes questioned her.

"Excuse me, are you her father or something? Why are you butting in?"

"No but I am the police. Look, that's not important, I understand losing your brother feels like the end of the world but what you're gonna do won't take you to him."

Pena was in her knees, she was so crushed that no matter what she did, it was not going to get her brother back. "I have no one," she sobbed.

"That's not true," Ricky said, he just came with the boys as they got out from the elevator.

"Ricky?" Perfida raised a brow.

"I called him," Vance said then saw the situation seems under control while holding the VR helmet. "I just thought he would help to talk some sense into her but I guess... everything is fine, now?"

"Almost."

"So what happened here?" March asked.

"I'll... I'll explain later," Perfida replied.

"Pena, you still have me," Ricky reminded her. "We were friends too before the accident, I can help you, we can get through this."

"You want to help me?"

"Yes," Ricky nodded. "I can be your brother too, I know it's not the same with Void but I'll always be there for you when you need me."

Pena hugged Ricky. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," she wailed expressing her deepest apology to the people she did wrong, Ricky reciprocated the hug. "I'm sorry for everything I did to you."

"I know, I know," he reassured her as they pulled away from each other. "Let's start fresh from here, okay?"

"Okay, I like that," Pena nodded with a big smile in her face.

The others smiled at this sweet moment until the VR helmet buzzed in Vance's hand and the lights were blinking "I think there's someone here who wants to talk to them," Vance interrupted.

"Who?"

"Yeah, but..." Perfida turned to Hawkes asking if she could wear the headgear so that Void can speak to them. "Can I?"

"Fine," Hawkes reluctantly allowed it.

Perfida took the helmet and wear it. In just two seconds, Void took over her "hey, Pena, it's me," he greeted but his sister didn't understand what was going on. "Ved."

"Huh?" Pena dazed.

"Pena, you are talking to your brother through her," Ricky explained.

"Are you serious? I... I don't believe this."

"Pena, it's me. I can prove it to you, remember when you were scared of the dark? I made you this night light out of our old Christmas lights that we don't use so you can sleep at night."

"Ved?" she started believing that it was him. "I miss you."

"I miss you too, sis, I'm so happy that you're okay now. Please, don't ever think about hurting yourself."

"I'm sorry, I just love you too much that I wanted to be with you."

"I get it but I don't want you to destroy your life or anyone else's for me."

"I know that now."

"I'm sorry that I put your hopes up, don't blame them, it was my idea, I really thought that I can go back to my body."

"So what's gonna happen to you now?"

"I believe I'll go to the light and after that, who knows," Void answered then the place got brighter. The twins and Hawkes could see the actual light.

"What's happening?"

"Void is ready to go," Hawkes said.

"After all these years, I can finally talk to you just so you'll leave again?"

"I'm afraid so but I'm not gonna leave without saying goodbye to the both of you and I want to know if you're gonna be okay?" Void told them.

Pena looked over to Ricky and smiled "yes, I will be," she said.

"I'll make sure that she stays out of trouble," Ricky added.

"Thank you, Ricky," Void was glad to hear that.

Waterworks began pouring. "You boys okay?" Hawkes noticed that the kids were finding this part very emotional.

"Allergies," Vance lied, looking away and pretended to cough.

"Yeah, this place is so filthy," March fibbed as well though he sniffled.

"Who cleaned this place anyway?" Leyo added when he was obviousy wiping tears off from his face.

"Hmmp... Boys," Perdita scoffed as she rolled her eyes at them.

Void faced the light, he had this look of content that everthing would be fine once he left then turned to the soulpadres and Hawkes "thank you, for everything that you did for me, I feel like I'm finally... free."

"No problem," Vance sniffled.

After that, he was able to get out from Perfida without being sucked into the VR helmet, she was about to pass out so Hawkes got her before she could fall on the floor. Perfida woke up and saw that Void was standing in front of them with the light up ahead. "Goodbye, guys," Void said his farewell.

"Goodbye," everyone said back while crying, the three boys embraced one another, Pena and Ricky hugged each other again.

Perfida woke up and immediately saw what went on "wow, he's free," she said in amazement. Perdita was happy for him that he found peace, Void simpered once he walked to the light.After that, he disappeared along with the light that the place got dimmer.

"He's gone," Hawkes said to them. "He's gone to the light."

"I'm just glad that he's in a better place," Pena cried more while Ricky consoled her.

Things got better from there. Days passed, Brett was able to reconcile with Crol, they met in TocaTokyo to talk things through while Toca was watching them behind the counters pretending he was cleaning it.

"I want to say I'm sorry," Brett apologized, he put his pride aside, it was difficult for him but he learned that their friendship was more important than any conflict that might come their way. "Not just what I said to you but also how I put the blame on you when things was happening in the VR park, it's totally not your fault because... I checked it thoroughly the other day."

Crol accepted his apology and did not expect that he will too, "thank you, Brett, I'm sorry too about what I said."

"You're forgiven, I guess the stress of having a business got the better of us."

"What are we gonna do with the VR park?"

"The place is still ours but the computers, we need to replace them all and Toca can't help us financially for the time being but..."

"Are we friends now? great." Toca emerged to them with a big grin. "Actually, that problem has been solved, my virtual reality game lover friends, we have a surprise for you two."

"What do you mean?" Brett asked, Crol was just as confused. They walked to the VR park and the two were surprised that the soulpadres, they were also grinning "what's going on?"

"I don't know." Perfida acted coy. "Why don't we go inside and see?"

Ricky with his dog, Rory and Pena were in the control with new computers that were set up and ready to be use. Brett and Crol were awestruck to see the new equipments plus the room itself was restored, they were like kids in Christmas eve "what the... what?" Brett was speechless.

"You're... you're Ricky Ridell," Crol recognized Ricky even after the deformed face.

"Yes," Ricky said and shook hands with him, "And you must be Crol, nice to finally meet you and this is Pena, Ved Void's little sister."

"Hello! Pena."

"Nice to meet you, Crol," Pena greeted back.

"What are you two doing here?" Brett uttered. "And these computer... wow! where did all these come from?"

"We each spend our AresMart gift for one computer," Perfida explained.

"Not only that, Nyles, our friend from ArtCore and Pena, are your new investors for the VR park so now there'll be no more glitching that can happen in the future." Toca winked at Brett, telling him that Void won't be a problem anymore. "Yes, I'm gonna have my money back. Ahem... not that it's important."

"No way, can this get any better?"

"Well, I'm think of working here with you guys," Ricky announced. "I can still help out here in the control room."

Brett and Crol's mouths dropped on the ground. "Yes!" Brett excitedly answered. "If that's okay with Crol."

"Of course, I am!" Crol was just as giddy.

"Stellar! did I use that word right?" Ricky quipped.

"Yup," Perfida answered.

"Alright! let's do this and just one more thing."

"What's that?" Crol asked.

"We work like a team because no matter what hurdles we'll come against us, in the end, we're on the same team and we work together to fix it, got it?"

"Got it," Brett and Crol agreed to follow that advice.

"Okay so now that we're all good, what about the name? Do you guys want to change it?"

"You're okay about changing the name?" Crol questioned.

"Sure, this is your property now not mine."

"I was thinking SimulaStar," Brett proudly suggested again but everyone cringed and shook their heads because they couldn't say that they didn't like it.

"Lame," Perdita commented since no one other than her sister can hear her.

"Let's just stick with V&R park. Anyway, thank you everyone for lending a hand, you all are stellar people."

"Yes, thank you for your generosity and support," Crol added.

"We're all happy to help," Perfida replied.

"Now, come on, let's go back to TocaTokyo to celebrate!" Toca howled as he invited them. "Milkteas and takoyaki on me!" everyone jumped for joy as they walked out there.

Back in TocaTokyo, the soulpadres were at the side talking while the others were dicussing their business ventures "you know, I thought after finding out that Void can't get back to his old life would be the most saddest thing that can ever happen but looking at it now, it's very much a happy ending," March said.

"It's nice when everthing all worked out, huh?" Perfida said back. "Hopefully, everything can be like that."

"Yup," Leyo answered while enjoying his milkteas.

"This stuff is intense, do you think it'll get easier?"

"Mmm... nahh," they answered together but then they noticed that Vance has been quiet since they got inside the restaurant because he was messaging someone on his phone.

"Vance?" Perfida called out his attention.

"Hmm... oh, sorry, I was just talking to my boyfriend."

"Boyfriend?" March was dismayed even Perfida was shock that Vance was in a relationship yet she was glad that of all the guys he could like, it wasn't her sister's bestfriend.

"Oh! I didn't know you have a boyfriend," Perfida said who was stunned since she knew March liked him so much.

"Yeah, I do," Vance said. "It's nothing serious yet, we just happen to confess our feelings to one another a week before I moved here and we agreed to keep in touch to see if we can do long-distance and so far, I think we're doing pretty well."

Perfida glanced over to March who was heart broken. "What's his name?" Leyo asked.

"Topher," then Vance showed them a picture of him, the guy was very attractive, he had man bob black hair, nice jawline, tan skin tone and had this mysterious chill guy vibe.

"He's..." Perfida did find the guy attractive but when saw March was feeling miserable so she pretended to think that he was not good-looking. "Aight, so not my type, whatever."

Vance raised a brow at her response then his phone rang "oh, it's him, I'll just take this," he stood up and went outside to answer the call.

"Sure," Perfida then turned to March. "You okay?"

"I will be," he said with a soft tone but Perdita was smirking like a sly kitten that March was crushed. "Let's just enjoy today and also prepare ourselves for Thoto!"

"YES!! plus, it would be nice to take a break from this ghost stuff when we're there." Perfida glanced over to her twin and shrugged her shoulder in reponse.
