*Jamie's POV*

Who the hell do they think they are, trying to seperate Elijah and I? They are trying to take away my one true love. Well, I understand where Klaus is coming from. It's a little thing called... JEALOUSY.

Back before I even knew Elijah, Klaus had a bit of a thing for me. He would protect me, compliment me, help me with everything, even if I didn't want it. He would always insist on taking me to dinner, and having me stay at his place, etc. etc. etc.

Oh, and Damon. He just doesn't want his precious niece, dating an original. He wants to take care of me and protect me from the horrers of life. He treats me like his daughter. He doesn't want me dating guys. Especially Elijah.

Well, if they think they can stop me from loving Elijah, then they got another thing coming for them.

"Well, nice work in there. You really told them. They seemed really upset." Elijah laughed.

"Lol, I know." I replied.

We walked down Oak street as the cold wind blew down my neck. I shivered, as Elijah looked over at me.

"Oh, you look like you're freezing. Here." Elijah said, taking off his coat and handing it to me.

"But now you will be cold. I can't take this." I told him.

"I'll be alright love. You take it. I don't need a coat. I'll be fine." He insisted, wrapping it around me.

I then wrapped my arm around his waist, as we looked into each others eyes. He slowly brushed my long red hair out of my face. His soft lips grazed my pink ones, and for a moment, I thought this could last forever.

That's when Kol ran down the street. Wait, that's impossible. Kols dead.

"Brother, I don't know how this is possible, but I have to find Emily." He said to Elijah. He was so distracted, he seemed to be in a rush.

Elijahs face was tense. He didn't understand what was happening. Totell the truth, neither did I.

"Wait, how are you even here?" Elijah asked.

"No time, I have to find Emily." He replied.

"Emily Jacobs?" Elijah questioned.

"Yeah. I need to know where she is." He replied.

"Wait, I thought she was dead." I stated.

"You know her? And no she's not dead." He replied.

"Yeah, and she's the witch who tried to kill me a few months ago." I answered.

"Sorry, she has been so upset since I 'left'. She has been trying to find ways to bring me back, and I guess it has been done." He said.

"Well, last I saw her, she was in Minnesota." I finished.

"Thank you so much. Make sure you take care of my brother dearist here." Kol said, dashing off.

"Oh my god. I can't believe he's back." Elijah said with shock in his eyes.

"I know baby. I can't believe it either." I whispered, as we walked down the street.

(A few hours later)

"I love you Elijah." I whispered.

"I love you too." He whispered back, kissing me on the cheek and wrapping his arms around me.

It grew colder as the snow began to drift through the air. The stars lit up the streets, as the trees ruffled, and the frozen river glimmered.

We stared up at the sky and saw the milky way. It was beautiful.

"I love the stars, they're so beautiful." I said, sounding amazed.

"Maybe one day we can go down to Alaska and see the northern lights." Elijah suggested.

"I would love that." I whispered.
